This is the fourth car that we have bought at Freeway Mazda. Annie was recommended to us as we weren't interested in high pressure sales tactics. Arnie was very patient and new his product. He was genuinely nice to deal with and patient with our questions. Looking forward to our fifth purchase.

I bought my first Mazda at Freeway. I do all my servicing with them. When it was time to get a new car, I went all the way back to Freeway Mazda rather than purchase from one of the 2 Mazda dealerships within 5 -10 minutes of me. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is wonderful.
Bought my 2010 Mazda 3 Sport back in 2010 and it was the easiest car buying experience then. Now it's all service, and Dan & Darren in the service department are top notch.

My experience at Freeway Mazda was excellent. I am the type to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Daniel Yun is the guy you wanna go for. He was very friendly, helpful, and honest! He worked with me on my trade and gave me a great deal on my "new" Mazda 3. Also he followed up with me via text to make sure everything is going well and to see how I was liking the car. Finance and Paperwork was processed super fast by Eric & got the Car Delivered in 3 days. Also After deciding on delivery day of Friday when i called in on Thursday Morning requesting the delivery to be done today itself they made it happen and delivered it by 5 pm. I'm happy with my purchase & the deal i got ! Looking forward for similar experience with the Service Department...

I've been bringing my vehicles to Freeway Mazda for the past 4 years now and my experience has always been great. Last week, I was having issues with a slow leak on one of my tires and Rafi was great about getting it in and repaired at no charge. They don't push you on services you don't need or can wait. Their waiting area is also nice. They have wifi, tables, coffee so you can easily keep working while waiting. All their service reps are really nice. I have no issues bringing my vehicles there for servicing.
Bought my mazda 3 from here 2 years ago and always come back for service. Prices a bit higher than most franchise auto service centers, however, freeway goes beyond my expectations each and every time making it worth it. I receive video updates on my phone from the staff during the service and make suggestions what else needs looking at soon, rather than pushing me to purchase service that I don't need. I come back fairly quickly to a washed and vacuumed car to no extra charge. Building always feels looks clean and high end. Staff always welcoming and polite especially when you ask a stupid question. Never change!
I've been taking my car in for service to them for a very long time now but it seems as though the time to get an oil change has increased by double since I started. What used to take an hour now takes almost 2 hours every time I do a simple oil change.
I had a really great experience buying my CX-5. I wanted to drive bunch of cars so they let me drive 4 different ones. Also, briefly explained price details about two of the cars I was interested in. So, looking at the numbers it was quite easy to make my decision. Sales person Tracey did a very good job explaining car features and they were also able to accommodate my previous car loan into new one. Finance team member Fui was also very knowledgeable and she explained me what kind of warranty or protection plan will work better for me. Last but not least, even ICBC insurance lady was very helpful. Overall, I love the team enthusiasm and specially Peter who was able to book a black color car for me by checking the inventory right away. I would highly recommend others to go checkout this dealership for your new purchase.
My wife and I bought our first rand new car here. Our sales person was Thai. He was great. Non pushy, genuine and comfortable to deal with. Our Financing was done by Dante who was awesome and straight forward on what was best for us right to the point of giving us money back in the end when they didn't have to. Everything was painless right down to the insurance. These people work as a team and think long term as opposed to just selling you a car and kicking you out. No real pitches because they believe in their product. If you're digging a practical new vehicle to suit your life, go for Freeway Mazda and talk to Thai and Dante. They know what's up.

Been going for service at Freeway since buying my 2016 CX 5 from them. Always quick drop off and service, even when additional fixes are needed. I like the video they send you to show exactly what should be fixed or monitored. No pressure to get it fixed by them though, as somethings I like to do small fixes myself and save money. As dealer service goes this is one of the best!
I bought my car at this dealership and I always get my car serviced here. Even when I have a question or a small issue with my car, I know I'll get professional and honest advice. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel ripped off or cheated. The protocols they have in place make me feel safe when I visit. The tech sends you a video of the work theyve done which I very much appreciate.

Overall, appreciated Darren's follow through on servicing my Mazda that was covered under warranty. I understand that internal warranty programs aren't the most fun to deal with for service centers. Service depts will always be a dealerships cash cow, but sometimes it's just a little frustrating when you get mixed qualities of service (professionalism) and information from different service advisors and then having to confront or advocate for what you should be receiving. In the end, you will get service that will give you peace of mind when you leave here.

I recently had to get some parts for a older mazda miata. The dealership was very responsive and got me what i needed. They also took back some parts I didn't need. Excellent service. Will go back again.

Among the service advisers at that location Mr. Darren is one of them. In these years of my visits Darren has provided excellent service. He gives me practical advise, is respectful, and lives up to his words that led to never having a doubt in my mind. I have had lots of bad experiences with dealerships, but I love this one. Been taking my Mazda and Honda here for service for years; excellent pricing especially for a dealership, they always take care of everything for my car, oil change is awesome they have a shuttle and I pay $70 for full synthetic, checking all fluids, tires, brakes etc, plus they Clean the car and pickup and dropoff.
Jake was so helpful and very nice. It was my first to go Freeway Mazda to find a car and would say that I had a good experience. Best customer service and very knowledgable. Jake would followup with me if I wanted to test drive another vehicle. If I would give him a rate ,its 10/10. Just purchased a brand new Mazda Sport GX from this dealership and I am in love with it! SO much fun to drive and the fuel economy is awesome! Previously had a 2011 Toyota Corolla that was totalled in an accident. Some friends recommended I check out the Mazda 3. Ended up at this dealership initially as I wanted to look at a used one they had on the lot. Wasn't sold on that vehicle, but met Brandon that day at the dealership and felt comfortable with him right away. Friendly, relatable and no pressure sales approach led me to come back on my own two days later and test drive a new model. Once you drive the car it speaks for itself! Brandon was great at communicating with us throughout the process which was timely. All the staff we met at the dealership - Sales Manager Emmanuel and Finance Manager Dante were also fabulous to deal with. Brandon took the time to go through the car inside out with me and followed-up with me after purchase. I have nothing negative to say about this experience and would not hesitate to recommend both Brandon and Freeway Mazda if you are in the market for a vehicle.
Tyler was very helpful in getting me into a test drive. He was friendly and honest, and didn't put too much pressure on me when we realised I don't fit in the MX-5. On Saturdays, the dealership feels small and busy.

I always service my Mazda vehicle with these guys as they are RELIABLE, HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, and TRUSTWORTHY. They always give me a ride home too- which I never ever got from Applewood Nissan.
They have implemented this new feature where they update you through texts the real time work that they're doing on your car. They also send you a quick video summarizing the inspection of your vehicle. I highly recommend this service department of Freeway Mazda. I have been helped by John, Brian, Yusef (idk how to spell his name), and many others whose name I cannot remember; they have all been awesome.
Wonderful experience. Tyler, Eric and the other staff at Freeway Mazda made easy work of purchasing a pre-owned car. From the moment I called, Tyler was knowledgeable and straight-forward. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced and they gave me good value for my trade-in. Eric Tham in finance was friendly and quick to process my financing application. I came over from Victoria, they had everything ready to go on arrival, and had me out in time to catch the ferry I wanted back home. I really felt my time was respected, which is refreshing from a car dealership. They did a great job detailing and restoring the pre-owned car to near new - I am very happy! I would highly recommend contacting them if your in the market and I will definitely be calling them first the next time I am.

I had a mixed experience here I bought my first car and was not happy as sales person made some false commitment, it was annoying in the beginning but later Rafi from service center was really helpful. Went in for a airbag recall notice on my 2008 truck. Was told by the service advisor, that it might be one and half to two hours. Was done, and on my way in under an hour. Excellent service and friendly staff.
The folks are fantastic from Sales right through to Service and Parts. These folks genuinely care about the customer. I service my RX-8 there and have since moving here from Ontario. They have taken good care of me and my car needs. From the appointment process to Dan and Andrew at the service counter to the during service follow up and to the complimentary car wash, these guys know how to take care of my needs. My salesman Jake was so attentive and professional for me to decide my next ride. The whole process with him was transparent enough not to feel overwhelmed. He was able to get me the best deal on a brand new CX-5 that I bought and I didn't need to deal with the managers who will be committed to the best price when you are committed. You ask and he sure will go out of his way to deliver what he promises. Finance manager Eric was also a top notch on what he is doing. No one at the dealership was pushy to sell me something I don't need. Mazda is really underrated brand and make sure you check out this dealership to find out if I am right about it.

My experience purchasing my new vehicle at Freeway Mazda was all positive. The staff were friendly and helpful. If they didn't know the answer to a question I asked, they would find out and get back to me within a reasonable time frame. The sales person I dealt with was not high pressure, yet they made me feel like a valued customer and were willing to go above and beyond to secure my business. One thing I really liked was that when I initially went in to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, the sales person I originally dealt with allowed my dad and I to take the car out on our own, which no other dealership I went to did.
I recently had my first interaction with the Service Department at Freeway after the purchase of my vehicle. Although they weren't able to fix the issue I was in for right then and there, they seemed, for the most part, to be willing to troubleshoot and re-scheduled an appointment for me to come back.

Went for a oil change dropped car off at 1.15 pm picked up at 3.10 pm ni car wash no vacuum excuse was no time 2 hours for a oil change??? Got my car back drove to work the same night smoke coming from engine looka like a leak somewhere I dont think I want my oil change from there again I bought the car new from them back in 2010 I'm very dissappointed in the maintenance dept at freeway mazda very sloppy service I wont be recommending freeway mazda for any kind of service

After getting in a car accident and being told my car was a total write off I was extremely stressed. When I went into Freeway Mazda to look at vehicles after not having a car for two weeks and being unsure of exactly what I wanted the experience of buying a car which is usually quite stressful was easy and convenient. With that being said at no point during my time with Tracy in Sales did I feel pressured or that I was taking too much time deciding. Tracy was relatable and patient while I went back and forth deciding between two cars. I ended up purchasing a Mazda CX-5 on my first visit to the dealership with the support of Tracy. The sales manager Peter also made me feel welcome by introducing himself when I initially came to the dealership and thanked me afterwards for the business.
