Was mislead to purchase their Mazda Wear Protection package, in which the sales representative lied about the terms of the contract. Never thought they could bluntly lie like that. When it came to asking for any resolution, they just kept pushing me around different departments. Apparently Freeway Mazda and Mazda think is totally fine to cheat their customers, as no one takes responsibility of this misrepresentation, its safe to believe that its part of their culture and company ethic, as they sounded quite experienced in turning customers down. always assume they will hang you out to dry. In the end, its just 1 customer right? "we can get more sales anyways. people need cars, we can treat them like crap"
Its very sad. in the end they told me "sorry too bad" as if no one is gonna care.

not saying you shouldnt buy from them, but just assume that they wont stand by you and give that extra support. and their sales are free to say whatever they need to get the sales, because there is absolutely no consequences to them afterwards. Zoom Zoom you out.
