Always friendly helpful staff. They explain things and I feel they do their best to not Overservice, which I appreciate. That's why I would recommend them to friends. I also like their waiting area; comfortable, refreshments and clean.

I would like to give 5 star because i m really happy with the customer service of this dealership and the executive who helped me (Jack). He helped me to go through all the finance options and was really keen on my satisfaction. Even though, I was not sure on buying my CX 5 on that day, I bought it at the end just because of Jake. He does follow-up really well too! Overall, this Mazda dealership does well in the delivery/installation on time and really hope they continue this services to all their customers. I am taking a friend of mine for his car and would recommend to try this place when u planned to buy a Mazda as your first choice. Next part is after 1 month with my CX5. I drove straight to Calgary and my experience with CX 5 is worth sharing. It is really a good car, handle curve really well, less road noise, glued to the road, nice interior, responsive torque, etc. However, the part which I don't like is the info entertainment system, this car doesn't have a apple car play so its a pain to find/search in this existing system and its slow. I really wish mazda should bring apple/android car play to beat her rivals.

What can I say, I have been going to Freeway Mazda since 2010, since then I bought a total of 5 Mazda 3 s including the 2021 Mazda 3 AWD Turbo.. There are other Mazda dealerships near me but I stayed on with Freeway Mazda and I m sure that I will be going back there again... If you are shopping for a vehicle, just drop by there and see for yourself, you will never regret it.
My 2015 Mazda 3 is lowered/modified so I know the risks of it being worked on by other people. I went in for an oil change and service B. Noah, the service ambassador, assured me that I have nothing to worry about my car and it would clear their hoist. 3 hours later I come back to my car with damage to my aftermarket bumper, I've been driving this car with the same bumper I've hit it a couple times, sometimes hard enough to hear it in the cabin. What their mechanic did was way worse, then claims that it wasn't there when he worked on it but is the same person to test drive it. They also claim that I did the damage before hand. Lesson learned I'm not going back here anymore for any service work. You may have oil change for life for free but that's not enough for me to come back again if you are going to treat other people's car like trash
Excellent experience, sales person knowledgeable and no sales pressure and the "BIG" Sales Manager Trevor ..BIG guy ( not a good idea to fool around ) but most important BIG HART. He will go above and beyond to put you in a car and leave the dealership HAPPY. I am a happy owner of a beautiful Mazda Gordon

I cant remember the name for sure, but I think it was John. Our experience with him was exceptional. We needed new tires and we knew it, but we wanted all weather tires, which Mazda doesn't carry in stock. John was able to locate an extra set of all weather tires in the back to use on our car. We service cars at the same time. At the end of the service, he walked us outside to show us where our cars were located. These are 2 examples of where he went above and beyond where an average employee would go. We've always had good service taking our cars in, but John took it to the next level... I'm pretty sure his name was John, but I might be wrong. Hopefully you can look it up.
Overall experience with the dealership was amazing. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with my needs. Jake assisted me by showing me the different features and capabilities of the new Mazda 3 2019. Although there were some minor miscommunications, it was resolved right away. I would definitely recommend this dealership with anyone interested getting a Mazda vehicle.
