Brought my car in for transmission oil change, a week later I find the reservoir empty... 1 of the hose was removed and they didn't put it back properly!! I will never bring my car there for any service!! Beware!!

Went to a few other dealerships before Freeway Mazda and I consider it as one of the best experience. Jake Choi was passionate, patient and friendly. I didn t feel pressure to sign at all at any given time. In the end I got a CX5, just 2 days after initial visit. It was marred by the insurance agent at the very last step tho - that insurance agent was super rude and impatient! Otherwise, I totally recommend Jake & Freeway Mazda.
Ive been dealing with this location since 2010 and I have found them to be honest and very efficient. They make good recommendations and have excellent customer service.

Jason and the team were very knowledgeable about their products and services. They were always helpful and willing to take my calls with questions. After the sale, they made themselves available for any followup questions (or computer settings) that I may have. I know that if I have anything that needs fixed on this vehicle that they will also help me file insurance claims. Jason has made me feel like family and I know I'm in good hands.
Avoid this dealership. The Manager Harv Sian has zero respect for his customers. We purchased a Mazda 3 from this dealership and were entitled to a number of Mazda incentives. We informed the sales person Jake that we are repeat Mazda customers and entitled to a bonus which was provided by Mazda Canada. When the bill of sale was presented to us it did not reflect the bonus. This issue was raised with Jake who informed us that it was a honest omission?? When we asked the manager to provide proof of the incentives provided he said his dealership didn't have it, what reputable dealership cant provide their customers with a detailed breakdown of the sale. The manager Harv called me and was arrogant and blunt on the phone, he said he can provide me with proof only if I returned to the dealership in effect wasting more of my time and causing me more grief. This whole ordeal has caused me a considerable amount of stress and I will look into legal options to rectify this issue.
I really liked my experience at Freeway Mazda! The person that helped me was very friendly and informative. He went out and got all the information I needed and gave me an approximate time. While my oil change was happening they gave me text updates and even sent an inspection video which I really appreciated. It made me feel comfortable that they went through everything and said it was good. They didn t ask me if I wanted my car wash and interior cleaned but when I came out it was all shiny and looked great! They even scrubbed my rubber mats inside! When I paid for my service it was also a lot cheaper than I was expecting and it was a synthetic oil change. Throughly impressed with the service I received today! I will continue to take my business there.

I have dealt with a few dealerships over the years and I find Freeway Mazda to be the best. My new car buying experience back in 2016 was a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable sales staff who assisted me in selecting my CX-5. I have continued to use Freeway Mazda for my routine servicing and found the service department staff to be very knowledgeable with a professional friendly approach to my servicing needs. My service in/out appointments have been on time and the service staff kept me informed during my appointments and have always reviewed what service was done along with the status condition of my vehicle's various components. Plus the best part ... my vehicle is given a wash and vacuum. Great service. I highly recommend Freeway Mazda!

Came to Freeway Mazda to replace my wife's 2006 Mazda3. I was amazed at the value for money in what you are getting in these new 3's! Luxury car features in an affordable package. Tracey Churchill was our sales person and did a fantastic job. I drive a pretty hard bargain, I also expect the process from buying to delivery of a vehicle to be smooth and stress free with no issues with the car at all. I had specific instructions like not taking the plastic off certain interior parts and making sure the key fobs they give me are in flawless condition as these ones can show wear easily. This dealership followed my precise instructions to a tee. I was actually quite amazed as I love doing reviews and this place didn't disappoint. The price was met, the car was delivered correctly with a detailed tour of all the technology in this masterpiece. The mazda 3GT is an intuitive machine so having them explain how it all works was appreciated. All in all Tracey was great and Peter the Manger is honest and genuinely sincere. These people make buying a car memorable as it should be. Highly recommend this location as it's probably the best in the lower mainland and I have been to most of them. This one made the best impression on us far beyond others.
I will be back for my services and any warranty work if any. Will update further down the road as the journey continues with this new purchase!
My first new car purchase was from Freeway Mazda eight years ago, and with my needs for a second vehicle I did some research and went there again with a CX-3 in mind as my first experience was a positive one.
I scheduled an appointment with Tracey and on my way in I realized I was going to be a little late. I called Tracey and she was pleasantly understanding and told me she'd see me when I showed up. When I met her at the dealership she had her mask on and asked me to disinfect my hands and we sat down and went over the options I had for the CX-3. I had some questions about modifications on the GS model (i.e. Rim changes, were leather seats an option) and she explained the pricing for those options and mentioned that the GT trim would be a similar price range with a wider range of options. Never once during the discussion did I feel she was pushing me into a more expensive trim option. She had a GS brought around and I took it for a test drive. I was sold on the car and came back to Tracey having pulled up the financing options for both the GS and the GT. After being thoroughly walked through my options for both the vehicle and my financing I decided on the GT trim.
Throughout the discussions with Tracey on the purchase, Peter, the manager, popped in and introduced himself and thanked me for my interest in purchasing through the dealership. He would pop in occasionally to check on the interaction and was very pleasant and friendly.
After the decision had been made, I was directed to Eric in financing and was told he would be about ten minutes, so I went to my car for a minute. I came back about five minutes later and he was not only ready but had already gotten into the paperwork for my financing. I was quickly approved and given a great rate for being a loyal customer. The whole financing experience was quick and painless. I remembered Eric as the person I dealt with my first time because of his enthusiasm and pleasant demeanor.
The insuring process was also very straight forward and painless, with Leilani (I really hope I spelt that right) getting through the paperwork quickly. When I was looking through license plates, she asked me to sanitize my hands before I did.
The whole purchase start to finish was less then three hours, incredibly quick. Eric informed me the car would be ready for pick up later that day, so I came back later with my fiancee after her shift ended to pick it up. I had mentioned during my discussion with Tracey I was getting married and when we arrived Eric quickly came over and gave me the keys and paperwork and congratulated us. What really stood out was that Peter came over and congratulated my fiancee on our impeding wedding, which she absolutely loved.
Through the whole interaction I was impressed by the fact that from the start COVID protocols were followed by both employees and customers. Also, the friendliness and professional demeanor put forth by everyone I dealt with, including the reception desk worker. They were friendly when I was putting down my deposit, and apologized for having to make two transactions when refunding the deposit, which was no big deal. I never felt pressured to get into a more expensive model or trim, it felt like a discussion, not a pressure filled push.
As for the car, the CX-3 GT has been an absolute blast to drive, has so many cool features that I'm still discovering new things even weeks later and has earned me quite a few positive or jealous comments. I love my car and I was very happy with my experience on the whole with Freeway Mazda.
Thank you Tracey, Peter, Eric and the receptionist who's name I didn't get for the smooth experience and great new vehicle. I'll be back in another eight years for my next new Mazda.

Bought a 2012 Honda Civic EX from their pre owned inventory, our sales rep Jake was wonderful from the start, never felt any pressure and helped me feel comfortable about my first car buying experience. The manager Peter was also involved, he made sure to address any concerns I had about the vehicle and was very transparent about their cost and the work they had done. I felt very confident in the condition of the car which was my biggest worry buying used. I drove away very happy and I plan to come back in the future! I went for the regular oil change and examination for my car, they ordered special parts for my car for free after I just told them l kind of hear a noisy from my car sometime when I brake, It was not a big deal, but they really take it as a thing, and followed up appointment with me. We wandered into Freeway Mazda to see what options we had to get rid of my full size pick up truck, as its not very "Fuel Friendly". Daniel Yun was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he provided me with information on multiple options, walked me through all the features of the vehicles, and worked with us to get the payments just where I needed them. After we picked up the vehicle we noticed some very minor damage, scratches to be exact, on the rear bumper. I contacted Daniel to see what could be done, and he asked us to come by, when we showed up Daniel and his manager jumped all over it and had the issue taken care of in under an hour! We were totally blown away by the service, and the fact that it was all done with a smile made it even better. This has been by FAR the best experience to date buying a new vehicle. Go here, you wont be disappointed.

Took my 2016 cx5 (176,000 kms) in for an oil change and repair. The quote before hand was bang on and the staff did everything they could to get the work covered by warranty even though my warrantee has expired.
Also, looked at trade in options. The sales staff were amazingly insightful and listened to what I had to say. They provided me with multiple options and went so far as to price out all of the options so I could make an informed decision.
I determined that now is not the right time for a trade and the staff were accepting and empathetic of my situation and invited me back when I felt the time was right.
I have purchased three cars from this dealership and honestly don't know that I would ever go anywhere else. Between the service provided and the quality of the vehicles, I just can't recommend them enough.
My inlaws bought a mazda5 from freeway mazda in 2006 and have had it maintained there ever since. Neither of them are driving anymore and the time has come to sell the car. It has been sitting for 8 months and I wanted to get a safety check done so I could offer it with any known issues. Mazda did an oil change and safety check and gave me a list of estimated costs for all the issues they found. Because my inlaws had purchased an oil change for life package there was no charge for the oil change and safety check.
Everytime go for oil change. Get a free car wash. Good service. And the staff are very nice !
The service team at Freeway Mazda always provides me with top notch service. My advisor, Darren, always goes above and beyond and is the main reason I've been bringing my cars here for 10+ yrs. He is prompt and courteous and gets repairs /maintenance done on time and at a fair price.

I rarely write reviews for anybody, HOWEVER, Marcus from Service Department is hands-down the best service I have ever had. He's so good that I'm leaving my hometown Mazda dealer to service with him. Not only did he attend to my issue, he went above and beyond his duty to find out different options to provide convenience for me and my family. He also showed absolute empathy and thought about my mom's well being and provided convenience for her also when it came to taking care of my mom's car. It may be little meaning for another person, but he doesn't actually owe us anything, YET he still went out of his way to provide more than amazing service. I am speechless. Our service with him is not even completed yet but I was compelled to write this review for him. Management better cherish this employee. He needs a raise or something! Thank you Marcus!

Tommy was absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived, Tommy was the first person to greet us at the door. He was very warm and enthusiastic. He listened to what we wanted in a car and used his extensive knowledge to narrow down which car would be good for us. We didn t know very much about what we really wanted and Tommy remained patient throughout the process. We never felt like he got angry or aggressive towards us. He also made us laugh a lot and helped lighten up a process that can be otherwise stressful. It felt like we had known Tommy for years!

Freeway Mazda calls me, saying they were interested in getting me into a new CX-5. And wanted to have a look at mine to see what they can do. Even stated that my payments could possibly even lower. Have to say, I was somewhat curious & interested. So they made an appointment for me ( stated- this way, they ll have someone ready to help me out. ). They even went as far as sending texts and an emails to reminding me.....texts were multiple....So 12:15 was my appointment, I arrived 12:10 .....only to be told they were extremely busy and that I d have to wait. Have to say, I was put off to say the least. So I kindly told them I could not & would not wait because I did have an appointment made by them!! I honestly feel if you can make an appointment you need to HONOUR the appointment. Yes who hasn t waited in a doctors or dentists office ....but this whole event was created by the Dealership!! If they were serious & professional about customer service relations then they should practice it. I m not gonna go as far as stating DO NOT GO TO FREEWAY MAZDA!!! But I will say that I WONT BE GOING TO FREEWAY MAZDA.

I had never purchased a brand new vehicle before. I had seen an ad for this specific car (2020 CX-9) and fell in love. I applied online, for financing. I received a message from Salesman Tyler, and it was great how attentive & helpful he was. I d not been to the dealership, but I was treated with respect & not one message was pushy or made me feel like I was under any pressure. I received a call from Eric in the finance department. He worked well above & beyond, to get things set, for me to purchase this vehicle. 2 days after seeing the ad, I arrived at Freeway Mazda, to complete the sale. Tyler greeted me with a huge smile, treated me like an old friend. Unfortunately Eric was off that day, but I had the opportunity to work with Angela. Much like her associate, Eric, Angela also went above & beyond. She was very concise & thorough. There was ZERO pressure from her, to purchase a ton of extras. She explained each item, gave her advice & if I declined, that was that. It was a pleasurable experience. The entire process, not once did I lose the giddy feeling, of buying my first vehicle. Bought a warranty package here when we purchased our Mazda 5 couple years ago. We were promised that the package would cover scratch and bodywork so that we didn't have to go through icbc and pay deductible. Had a minor scratch recently when backing out from garage so we brought our car to Freeway Mazda and they said they didn't cover that. Reason is the car was moving when the scratch happened (?!) So my bf came back the week after and asked what if the scratch was caused by other people when parking and the person escaped, they said no cover either because that is covered by icbc!!! So we asked what actually covered then, the service guy showed us pictures of an example scratch, and it's a about 1mm diameter scratch!!! So don't get cheated by the fake promises the sales guys give. They won't be responsible for whatever promises they made.

Purchased my vehicle from here in 2017 and been coming for service ever since. Friendly staff and great manager. Ed always looks out for his customers. I feel safe coming here that I won't be ripped off. They've taken good care of me and treat me like a valued customer.
Had my car towed there and was told it would take about 5k in repairs to get it driving again and I should just sell it to them for $150 and buy a new car off the lot!! Managed to drive it off their lot and to a mechanic who charged me $300 to get it running again. Scare tactics are not cool freeway Mazda!! Will not consider shopping for my next Mazda there.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Freeway Mazda. I went in for a quick purchase of an oil filter. 1 of the 3 staff members standing behind the counter inform that the parts person was on the phone in the back. It was close to the end of the day and I was the only customer; however, I was kept waiting for 10 minutes as the 3 staff members lingered and watch me stand there without offering to help. Why can't there be more than 1 parts person when there were 3 diddling around? In the end, I left without being able to buy the filter as the staff was unwilling to or seem like they care or want to help in any way.
We went to many dealers when we started looking for a pre-owned vehicle for our family. At freeway mazda, we felt welcomed and treated like a family. Specially our salesperson, Mr. Jake, treated us like his own family. He had patience with us at all times througout our multiple visits to the dealer. He chose the right vehicle for our family and we got satisfactory answers to all our concerns from Mr. Jake. I normally don't say this, I wouldn"t have bought my vehicle if Jake wasn't our salesperson. I will definitely get my new vehicle from Jake. Very Positive buying experience. Tracey helped me with buying my car back in December and made it a very positive experience. Low pressure, and just wanting to help. Freeway Mazda went above and beyond prior to selling the car and restored/replaced various things on the car which makes the car look almost brand new. The rest of the staff were very helpful as well, and nobody was rude either. They won t treat you differently either if you change your mind even if you have put a deposit on a car. Got in touch with Freeway Mazda through their website chat assistance regarding a car I was interested in. First off they were amazing at answering any questions at that moment and I was then directed to Daniel who was in little words amazing to work with! He answered all my questions and was able to take me for a test drive that very same day!
