We stayed here as part of a Legoland holiday with our 4 year old twins. The hotel was clean, well maintained and the breakfast was very good, good choices and cooked food well done. We ate dinner on our first night and the kids ate free from a buffet style which was good food well cooked, great choice. The a la carte menu was good, and again food well cooked and beautifully presented. I would say a small downside was that the room furniture was a little dated in appearance but it was serviceable not tatty and room was large with an excellent bathroom with bath and shower. I can not believe the price we paid for our mini holiday. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great service

I stayed here at the weekend whilst on a course elsewhere and found the staff to be amazing! They looked after us so well, went beyond the call of duty, and every member of staff we came across greeted us with smiles. All so welcoming. Well done Crowne Plaza Marlow. Great service.

I had booked the weekend for valentines day with also 2 1hour treatments at the spa. For our first night we had two small beds as they claimed to have no other rooms available. On our second morming we had our treatmemts booked however my partner got called first and had her treatment while I waited while no one attended me after I filled out my form, so I sat for 1 hour when finnally somone advised no one can do my treatment as somome has called in sick.. and now 15 days later I still haven't received my deposit back in to my account. terrible experience.

Good authentic Indian food with decent options for veggies like myself. Good health and spa facilities. Strictly following covid govt guidelines but not disregarding guest experience.

Gorgeous hotel - 2 adults 2 kids and we all absolutely loved it - staff are great - beautiful rooms and plenty of space for 4 people (we even had a game of hide and seek!) Plenty of choice for breakfast - play area and football pitch was a fantastic surprise and kids were thrilled! Clean and had everything you would need!

Strange accessing it via an industrial estate, but once you're past that it's in a lovely lakeside setting.

Staff were friendly (maybe even over-attentive) and the room was clean and well equipped.

Food in the restaurant was very good, if rather expensive.

Didn't use of the gym or spa facilities.

Ok for a night but its a mediteranian hotel in the middle of an industrial park.
A bit strange. Room was good as was breakfast but restraint expensive for evening meal when there are excellent gastro pubs locally.

Worst experience in my life. TV broken, nobody came after calling 2 times to reception, 3rd and 4th time they didn't even answer the phone. Air conditioner system makes a huge noise even when it's switched off. Their answer is that it's normal due to the old installation, and that my room is pending to be remodeled.

Absolute shambles of a stay. Attended for a spa weekend. Far from being a spa facility. I went to the pool area and I counted at least 49 people in there. I usually would not mind but don't advertise your hotel as a spa hotel.
NO covid regulations have been put in place for this area. I stayed 2 minutes and left because it was so overcrowded. We then had a powercut for 2 hours. Finally we were overcharged on the bill. When speaking to the manager after the money was taken out of our account nearly a week later, he was very rude and would not listen. He said could we prove that we had not ordered these drinks etc. REFUSING to reimburse this error. We also made a complaint the day of the stay and no-one got back to us. When questioning the manager regarding this complaint yet again he replied Can you prove this? When mentioning the over crowded pool area and covid regulations again he said Can we prove this? The manager definitely needs to go on a customer management course. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS BECAUSE THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE MONEY WITHOUT WARNING YOU THEN WHEN INCORRECT REFUSE TO PAY BACK.
EDIT..Wow, completely lying...We did infact checkout and spoke with the receptionist who was very kind and wrote everything down and explained someone would call us back noone called. Someone called my friend AFTER the review was put up and was very rude. Please do not say we threatened you with a bad review as that is a lie. Please do not think this is for financial gain...I do not need the money. Also may I add, I can assure you I did not spend several hours in the pool, so lying again. Also making out we had consumed many jagerbombs..we had 4 shots between 5 people which was a replacement for the puddings agreed by a manager. We wanted to speak to a manager first to sort it out and to explain our comments regarding the pool and the powercut. Instead of actually apologising for the shambles of a stay you are getting argumentative...Great management skills there.

This hotel is an absolute disgrace!

This hotel is an absolute disgrace!

Me and my partner booked a "Luxury spa break" to which we arrived and there was no such thing just a hotel with a dirty pool downstairs over run with children which wouldnt have been a problem had it had been advertised as that when booking!!!!

We was there for an hour at the most and the hotel are making it very difficult for us, we was so looking forward to a getaway and we walked into hell!

And please do not book judging on the photos on website the hotel does not look like this!!! This hotel has a very dated 80's decor not what is advertised!

Approach with caution people!

Really nice and helpful staff but let down by some basic stuff. Limited bar menu, even more limited restaurant menu and breakfast is a bug disappointment (plenty of choice for once but cold and just not great).

Great for relaxing. I recently came here for a 2 day stay with the family to escape the toils of day to day life. I was surprised to see what a wide selection was available at the (Warren) buffet, both hot and cold food. The pool was great for relaxing by and the kids loved it; I was so relaxed, that as i was sitting next to the pool with my brand new 'Bose quiet comfort 35' headphones, I failed to hear my 9 year old son drowning! I didn't even hear his screams! the noise cancelling headphones are great, i definitely recommend the 'Bose quiet comfort 35s' they are great headphones for noise cancelling. Thankfully my wife was able to jump in and rescue our son and he didn't drown -- Phew, that would of really spoiled our trip! (To an extent).

5/5

Overall, a great little hotel, really loved the buffet and the pool, will be back (without my son).

Hotel with large swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool (inside and outside) and gym. Breakfast in Buffett form is very good for English standards. The selection is rich and fresh. ATM in the house available. A bar for the evening with horrendous prices there. A star deduction for the partly very worn rooms. The rooms are however very large and have individually adjustable air conditioning / heating. The bathrooms are being completely renovated piece by piece. The staff is very friendly and makes an effort. The whole hotel is situated away from an industrial area on a lake. The center is about 20 minutes walk. By car you have problems in the village to find a parking space. In front of the hotel there is ample free parking.

The hotel in all is very clean and high-end.

The service was not so good, some staff members were very friendly and others were not at all. So it depends on whom you get.

Toiletries were not suited to the amount of people in the room, we were five and only got one of each. P.S they don't have toothbrushes nor shaving kits.

The swimming pool was nice but the child time restrictions were very inconvenient and definitely interrupted our stay.

Standard hotel. Perfectly pleasant if functional bedroom with a relatively comfortable bed and powerful shower . Staff helpful and polite. Not somewhere id go for a romantic night away but perfect as a business venue

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It has a very nice swimming pool and gym. The food was very good. Excellent afternoon teas. Not near transport and a fair walk into Marlow if you don't have a car. Would recommend this Hotel for a great relaxing break.

Nice clean room, nice communal areas, lovely breakfast but food at dinner time nothing outstanding... though restaurant ambiance lovely. Pool area was noisy and not enough loungers for everyone. Treatments weren't amazing i.e back massage was too gentle and facial didn't include the eyes??

I spent 30 days at the hotel. The staff is great, especially the people who work in the restaurant. The rooms are very clean and are being cleaned every day, which is very enjoyable. There are a lot included with the room. The gym is a nice one for a hotel gym. The pool, spa and jacuzzis are alright. Unfortunately the pool is not cleaned that often as I had a bad experience with it. The swimming pool room needs to be refreshed as well. Food is delicious, although the same menu for breakfast gets old. The variety is great, however there is no vegetables in the menu. I think that the prices are a bit more than they should be but overall I had a cool experience for a thirty day stay. The picture is from the lobby bathroom which is spotless and has a unique design.

This review is reserved for the hotel. Well i highly recommend the CP. Set weirdly in the middle of an industrial estate we u approach the hotel a lovely entrance marked by the iconic fountain great you. The staff were very helpful n it was my partners birthday which they immediately cottoned onto n upgraded r room to a kings size room. Special mention to Aaron at the front desk who was funny n very helpful and made our stay special. Room was spacious with a massive kings size bed, very comfortable, shower and bath. All very clean accept a hair on the shower head, 1 mark down. Food at dinner was amazing, tasty, well.presernted n served well thanks to the dinner manager who was pleasant and always smiling. ( took some of the pics). however the fruit daquiri was not done well twice. Do not recommend. Finally breakfast, great variety with more made to order with qourn sausages an option, nice as those horrible vegie sausages r usually the only alternative. All in all a lovely stay, I didn't give a 5 star as the hair in the bathroom n the drink at dinner made the whole stay just short of perfect. The staff nearly made up for this on there own. Aaron at desk n harry at the quad club. Great value for money with the Sunday package.

Very disappointing, in need of refurbishment and very expensive for what you get. Some way out of Marlow otherwise the cost may have been more acceptable. I chose a executive room .. another big mistake as the room was not executive standard and the lounge totally unacceptable.

Crowne Plaza is strangely distant from Marlow town centre. The location is almost riverside but most of the facilities are within the hotel including the pool. Food is reasonable but this place has the feel of a conference-type location.

Comfortable and within driving, but perhaps not walking distance of Marlow high street. Located amongst industrial area. Nice room, but the iron was broken and potentially dangerous. Bar was very expensive as well. Very nice breakfast however.

We we're there for a 2 night spa break with treatments booked.
I was expecting a welcoming email day before saying we look forward to your stay tomorrow or something but, nothing. As other places I have stayed, even premier Inn sends out emails day before.

Unfortunately they had booked the treatments for, on the day of arrival which we we're not aware of as we did not receive any confirmation email. They said there's nothing that can be done. I was very disappointed hearing this.

My husband next day, spoke to the manager and the manager had arranged a full hour full body massage. The massage was the best I've had so far, felt so relaxed and relieved.

Unfortunately due to government guidelines, the sauna and steam rooms we're not at use, only the swimming pool and the jacuzzi but, we didn't feel like using it as it was quite busy and packed with children due to the holidays.

The hotel is located in a very quite area with beautiful views which you can walk out to. But it rained heavily on both days and we weren't able to enjoy this.

The staff we're very polite and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and to the cleaning staff. We enjoyed the indian menu on the first day and the halloumi burger was really nice which we had for lunch next day.
Breakfast could have been better as I've had better and more variety at other places.

We had upgraded to the club room which was very spacious, you can use the club lounge to relax and enjoy drinks, tea/coffee with light refreshments for free but, we didn't put it to use as we didnt feel the need to do so as we had tea etc in the room.

Overall its a good place to stay and eat but I can't say much about the spa experience due to the circumstances.

Had an afternoon tea and spa gift we were using. Excellent facilities, friendly staff and a wonderful afternoon tea with sandwiches and a vast selection of cakes, for which they gave doggy bags to take home. Can't comment on the rest of the hotel. Car park was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. I would recommend the tea and spa package!

The hotel was ok with good room sizes and clean. The location is a short walk from Marlow. However the food was very average being expensive bland and tiny ! portion sizes. This was disappointing as it ruined an otherwise pleasant stay.

Easily accessible location. Rooms of a good size. The bathroom in particular was impressive having a separate bath and shower. Food at the bar was decent and the breakfast in the morning had a lot of choice and was of good quality. Staff were all friendly.

TV was a slow working contraption and the surface tops looked scratched and a bit dated which wasn't in keeping with the rest of the room
