We had a lovely time. Staff were friendly and attentive. Some minor issues we encountered included not enough seats available by the pool and on the weekend we stayed they were clearly low on staff

I was not impressed at all, they are very over priced for what you get. I had to ask 5 times for a vegan meal because they kept bringing me out meat dishes. The waiters kept saying I ll check then not coming back. They asked about allergy and diet requirements when we booked and I told them that I was a vegan and they still weren t prepared. when my meal turned up it was a risotto with no flavor or seasoning. Very bland.
I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

Beautiful hotel, stunning location. Completely understaffed. Rooms were not ready two hours after checking in. Long wait to get served at the bar. Evening meal complete shambles. Not enough staff, made to feel unwelcome. Shown to table and ignored for twenty five minutes. Waited an hour and half for starters and cocktails. Whole restaurant complained, tables not cleared, argumentative staff , completely flustered. Took three hours for meal, such a shame for birthday girl who had organised this break months in advance. Staff argued amongst themselves, very unprofessional and embarrassing.
Buffet breakfast was beautiful with lots of choice. However again not enough staff to clear tables.
Shame that lack of staff spoils the experience as the hotel has lovely spacious rooms and good facilities.

Paid for a spa day for me and my daughter and was very disappointed. The facilities were manky. The outside spa was half empty and had tepid water. The inside jacuzzi was on an automatic timer and came on for 2 or 3 minutes then was off for about 10 mins. The water was tepid and the jets were freezing cold. The sauna and steam room were OK but quite tatty.
The food was very average. I ordered the duck (choice of 3 main courses) but when we got to the restaurant I was told there was no duck but I was offered an alternative dish.
My daughter ordered a risotto which was very salty and covered in cheap orange American cheese instead of Parmesan. She ate one mouthful.
In our deal, we were supposed to have truffles at the poolside but didn't get those

Nice place. Clean and spacy room (ground floor). Sport swimming pool with 3 broad lines (possible for 2+ people to use). For those who like to swim a lot (like me) water might be cooler. Good selection for breakfast, but on quite a noticable price. Good for business stay.

Our stay here for a month has been so good so far. The 3 M's at hotel were so kind and cooperative. Those are Marshal and Mohan who use to serve breakfast. Along with Mervin (I hope I write it correctly) at front desk, all were so helpful during our stay. Our stay was during lockdown with limited options in hotel but still Miyhal and other staff tried to managed and provided us with Indian breakfast and Dinner. Room service is also good and staff on duty make is very clean on daily basis. I have a longest stay ever in any hotel. On one call, I use to get KitKat chocolate, during our stay, which always give me happiness. As in lockdown, I couldn't go out much. Also, it's a Beautiful view from our room at first floor. To sum up, I had nice experience staying here. It's a recommended hotel for family and business stay.

Great hotel, staff happy and helpful. Breakfast good. We stayed as part of a Legoland deal and would do so again. Pool and sauna much appreciated after a day around the rides.

Wasn't sure directions were taking us to the right place but worth it in the end. Watch out for the poop from the Canadian Geese in the garden as they have been very busy!

Good kids play area .

Bath have and separate shower in rooms was good.

Fancy TV system very slow. A range of channels on the box but ours at least was constipated.

Would stay again.

Generally a good spa night. The first receptionist lady was a bit grumpy, but the second receptionist guy more than made up it and pulled out all the stops to make our stay welcome.

Food wise, breakfast was good. Dinner was fine apart from the fact we had to wait nearly an hour for starters and returned the first steak because it was over cooked. But once it was all ready it was great and nice pudding.

The bar is really nice and a good view of a local lake. Their is a slight view of a motorway or A road in the distance but to be honest I hardly noticed it.

The spa facilities are small but tidy and clean, they could do with a few more sun beds around the pool but overall I was happy.

I enjoyed my stay and for that reason four stars is more than reasonable in my opinion.

A lovely hotel with nice staff. Lot of way to spend your free time actively (pool, gym, running path around the hotel). The area is a bit post industrial, but nothing terrible. Great access to the highways. The room design is modern and fresh. I would give 5 stars if they would be little environment focused.

Well located for the businesses nearby but lacking feeling or personality. Attended for an external meeting, meaning non of us were residents so unable to supply feedback on the rooms or other resident facilities.

We had a group booking of 15. All arranged in advance. Upon arrival all was good. Tom and Harry were very helpful. Unfortunately one of our group had an accident and was unable to attend. Tom assured us that this would be OK.
It was a very hot day so we were lucky. The scenery is great. Unfortunately they didn't have enough sun loungers and we were told there were not any more available. This was a great shame. We made do by using the grassy area in front of the lake and the other chairs.

The changing room was nice and spacious- please make sure you bring a padlock. Showers were also clean and large enough to wash your costume with ease.
We had a choice of indoor or outdoor lunch. Lunch was served on time and the food was well presented. Most people ate the food. A plate did need to be sent back for an 'unidentified object' in the potatoes. The staff were suitably apologetic and we got on with our day. The 'spa' facilities were not great. The steam room was nice, but became grimey as the day went on. At no point did anyone come in and clean it. Same for the steam room. The hot tubs were disgusting. Both the indoor and outdoor tubs were visibly mouldy and you could smell them before you arrived. I have been to spas where the water is checked very regularly to ensure the temperature and cleanliness of the water is up to standard. This was not the case at Crown Plaza Marlow. The pool didn't seem to have much chlorine in it, and again, this became murky as the day progressed. Because of this we really didn't use the facilities after lunch.

Our session was booked from 9am to 9pm. Needless to say nobody made the whole day.
As we were such a large group we made the best of the day. There was a shift when the staff changed over in the afternoon. A manager told us that we needed to pay for the person that had not arrived. We explained that we had been told by Tom that all was ok and that we had all had extra treatments and food so it should be covered. He went away, came back and told us we needed to pay. We said we would like to discuss with a manager, who he assured us would call the following day.

Room and food was ok but attention to detail was poor. Examples: we were greeted for breakfast but then asked to find our own table (never had that happen before). There was no cap in the shower cap box. There was no gel in the shower gel bottle. Weren t asked if we wanted more drinks or how our meal was during dinner. Took over 30 mins to check out because everyone in the queue had an issue (we had been charged for breakfast when was already included in the price we paid).

It was not very good because we wanted to go to the swimming pool and they said come back 2 o clock We were furious about this. Plus we wanted to have a bath and we didnt even have any hot water. Then we called reception and they said something broke down. We couldnt believe it. Dont recommend staying here.

Didn t even stay, my daughter phoned up to enquire about a stay for herself and some friends. The woman on reception was abysmally rude, as the girls are a few months away from being 18 she enquired about check in, the woman told her that it was illegal for them to stay in the hotel and that she should be arrested! Complete lack of respect instead of patiently explaining it to her, just because she s not yet an adult it does not excuse this rudeness. Completely unacceptable, have booked a lovely place elsewhere and will never be giving this hotel our custom. Do not recommend , train staff better!

From the moment we checked in it was obvious we had made the right choice on where to stay to celebrate our daughter's 6th birthday. We were staying for 2 nights whilst visiting Legoland Windsor. The service received at check in was excellent and we were immediately made to feel welcome. The room was more than adequate for our needs for this visit and was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was superb and there was plenty of choice for all our palates. Although we did not get to yse all the facilities at our disposal this trip we are already planning our next trip to the area and will be using this hotel as our base.

The room is large, well stocked, and comfortable. The staff are all very professional and friendly (and great with children). We've only had one meal so far in the restaurant (breakfast) but it was top notch.

Incredibly dated hotel. Staff were by and large brilliant but the lack of understanding and basic grasp of the English language by a few members was unacceptable for a hotel of this nature.

Spa was fantastic, both jacuzzis were out of order when we were there, one chained up. The gym had rusty free weights which again was shoddy.

I wouldn't stay here again

Just popped in for a full English Breakfast to try out their new restaurant. Excellent fresh hot food, fruit and cheeses/cold meats. Much better than most hotels. Particularly liked the scramled eggs, black pudding and feshly cut oranges

I didn't stay in the hotel but the bar area is incredibly scruffy. The sofas have seen better days. The floor is battered. The whole place feels cheap. I'm only writing this review because I've been waiting for ages for table service which appears totally none existent.

This is one of the newer style Crowne Plazas and is clean, well maintained and sits in large pleasant grounds. I have stayed here, been to conferences here as well as private receptions and parties. All are very well organised and food is a decent quality. The main drawback is that the hotel is a mile from the town centre and accessed through an industrial estate, so it's not easy to get to Marlow's attractive High Street without taking a cab.

Cold in corridors. Room fine but no plug sockets by bed and toilet paper cheap and nasty. Bathroom door didn't lock. However, breakfast was fantastic. And spa facilities great. Facial and massage was divine.
