Nice place to stay for business. Located close to banks and other businesses. Adjacent to Robinson mall and POEA. Breakfast is great with large variety of food. Clean and well secure place. Customer service is excellent. Usually heavy traffic going to Makati.

Great for conventions. Food is awesome. Location is really good and accessible to malls.

My wife and I are leaving the hotel tomorrow afternoon as our flight to Melbourne is at 9.20 pm.

We are somewhat disappointed with this hotel as we expected the physical condition of the hotel to be in a much better state.

Perhaps the hotel is almost due for an extensive renovations or make over to modernize the image.

We would recommend the Management to replace the Lemon Grass fragrance with something more towards a flowery or a Vanilla extract fragrance. Suggest the fragrance at Pullman or Marriott.

The aroma in the lifts is definitely not inviting at all. We are convinced that the carpets and walls need a proper Steam Cleaning or a nice Vanilla rub down.

Yes, we found out this morning that the Lavetti Restaurant is undergoing a facelift from today. Bravo.

The chambermaid we have is fabulous. Her name is Jajag. Nice cheerful smile and moves fairly quickly. Does a great job despite a busy New Year's Day.

All other staff members are very courteous and well mannered. Although in the breakfast, you can see that the staff are pretty exhausted and at times forgot to smile and attentive.

We will still recommend our friends to stay at Crowne Plaza Hotel Manila as it is in a very convenient location and value for money.

Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria maybe outdated, but they compensate it with excellent customer service. Thay are currently undergoing renovations, and hopefully they could update the hallways and the public areas. I also hooe that they could make their pool area better in the future, since they share this pool with Holiday Inn next door

Expansive ballroom for up to 700 pax can fit easily

pretty pricey for what you get, but then again, some of the rooms are really swank! also, it's right at the intersection of EDSA and Ortigas, so probably best for business travelers.

I was here coz it's our venue for our PNA convention, I love the venue and the crew. But I rate it with one star because of the experience I had during the convention and I blame the organizers of that event! My Gosh!

the worst hotel we've stayed! for 10 days we had a lot to complain but seems like the staffs don't really care! the first night we were in the room with cockroaches some are crawling in our bed and we started getting itchy and bathroom were moldy, we informed the front desk to fix it. the second day we still saw cockroaches walking around the room so we had to call the manager to see it herself and she apologized saying we will upgrade you for the inconvenience, but she only moved us to the same type of room just one floor above. the third day we ordered room service we didn't expect we will find hair in the food and had to call again to have a clean food. the next day we were out of the room the whole day and when we come back and about to lay we saw the sheet with stain/dirty so we had to call again to change the sheet, the front desk said they will send housekeeping right away but we've wait for almost an hour and nobody came so we had to call again and made us upset. then the asst. manager came to try to convince us said they will move us to a suite room and free breakfast for one day and promised to make up for the rest of our stay. then one day we left the room at 11:00 am and hung the door sign to service our room and when we came back around 8:00 pm the room was not made and had to call again for fresh towels and sheets. they really don't care about the guests.

Facilities are passable but the place in general needs a complete makeover...carpets are faded, for instance & made me sneeze constantly. Food is good but uninspired.

Very comfortable hotel and friendly people. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet fully stocked with Asian and Western cuisine.
Update, I returned to this hotel and I have to update the review. The wifi is almost unusable. Speed tests show less than 1 MBPS all over on the 19th "Executive floor". They rebooted and still very slow. They need to fix this ASAP.

Had our 80th Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers (PIChE) National Convention on February 27-March 1, 2019. The place is ok for almost 1500 attendees. I am just concern with their food packaging. Excessive and non sustainably packaging for the some lunch and snack foods. I hope they do a review of how they do things.
In terms of safety, not all doors are open, only 2 or 3 doors are open in the big plenary for the thousand attendees. In case of emergency, this will be a disaster. No safety orientation was done in the convention.

This hotel is by far the nicest accommodations that my family has ever received. They were helpful, courteous, professional and awesome in every way. The breakfast buffet had everything and the staff there was lovely! I cannot give enough stars that could say how appreciative we were if this awesome 10 star service! The manager Rowena went out of her way and assisted us when we had troubles with a rental car. Thank you!!!

Nice place to stay in the heart of Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Very close to numerous shopping malls, and easily accessible using public transport (e.g.,MRT/Bus). Has a good buffet restaurant, but one can venture on other fast food stalls on the adjacent mall. Friendly staff, offering Mid priced rates.

It was a friendly place for everyone. All staffs were so nice and the foods were excellent too. Room service was superb too. 5 stars for me. Highly recommended.

Seven Corners you did it again, you never fail to satisfy our food craving. Always love your food selection from Asian, Indian food, sushi/sashimi and the steak is always perfectly served.

Where do I start??? Rooms need refurbishing! They never refill my coffee station in the room on my 2nd day. Curtains were dirty and worn off. Towels are old and greyish in color. They dont look fresh anymore. Carpet has off smell in the room and in the hallway. I have a super bad experience in this hotel. Should have gone to Joy Nostalg for the same price :( Two stars cause of convenience. Mall access and indoor access to our Manila office.

Spent a week here, room was very nice and all the staff couldn't be more helpful the room service menu was a nice blend of local and international dishes.

The hotel is also next door to the mall which is well worth a walk around.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria for a couple of weeks. The rooms were large and the desk had ample surface area, which was important for me as I spent many long nights working. Room service was quick and a bit more affordable than the other hotels in the area (where I've also stayed). Food was pretty alright; good hamburgers. Mini bar was affordable. Rooms, however, were a bit dark (dimly lit) and the carpets looks a bit warn, which makes the place feel kinda dingy over all. Still, I felt that this was the best hotel in terms of value for price (quality of service, size of room) in Ortigas Center. Good if you're working outside during the day.

The room is wide enough. It is clean. It is in the heart of the city.

Absolutely lovely! The room and the club lounge was worth every penny. I wish the pool was a little bit better tho, but another fabtastic asset is 7 corners. Definitely one of the best buffets you could have in the Metro.

I love this place, so convenient to the mall and eating places. The staff very friendly and the 2 day complimentary buffet was great! I will come back for sure!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff is amazing and there is a variety of food on the breakfast and dinner buffets. During my last days I noticed roaches crawling on the wall near the dessert. I would suggest some pesticides. Fortunately, there weren t any roaches in my room, but the bed felt like sleeping on a pile of card board. Overall, great people, but could use some refreshing on the inside also.

Their standard rooms are bigger than usual. Clean, comfy and cozy. they have two swimming pools which are open until 8pm with a quiet area to relax. Another thing that we love about it is, it's connected to Robinson's Mall, so you can easily grab food and groceries if needed.

Spacious ballroom, function rooms have WiFi. Located right next to Robinsons Galleria. With point to point bus in Edsa shrine to ayala avenue, 5 minute walk to Ortigas MRT station and bus stop in Galleria. Its a great venue.
