Cool experience with Wealth Academy prelude session

A large hotel and conveniently located next to a large mall and a small walk to the Mega Mall. The hotel is slightly shabby in places, but is very clean. Not a great place to stay for a stop over on a weekday, because it took me nearly two hours in traffic to get from the airport to the hotel. (Only 14km).
Sunday morning from the hotel to the airport was only 30 minutes. Hotel offers airport transfers using Avis vehicles and are easy to book.
Great breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

Great location, easy access to one of the premier mall in the country. Close proximity to several shopping centers and fine restaurants.

Loved my stay in this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean! They were updated and I didn't have any issues at all! It's attached to a mall so location is sweet. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed 3 nights and 4 days and no cooler or refrigerator in the room, requested but the front desk said not available, it was there but was broken and no replacement. The safety box wasn't working coz there was no battery, I requested but still they didn't fix it . I guess they are busy at that time. I'm still thankful though :-)

Another well managed hotel in the Philippines. The best in Quezon City. The staff are very professional.

Crowne Plaza is also a great place to stay with access to Robinsons Galleria.

One of the best event and accommodation place in Metro Manila. It has one of the biggest ballroom hall that could accommodate a large number of guest. Crowne Plaza is very accessible and provide quality service to its clients. Food is really great and its facilities are well prepared for any occasions.

Nice hotel, good location. Unfortunately with a totally useless consierge. :-(

It was much better years ago when I stayed there. Now the rooms and facilities are old. Quality of breakfast has also deteriorated.

Spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Welcome drink, first class security and baggage service. When I arrived they even made sure the taxi didn't overcharge, and the lady at the reception counter, Dennise was also really friendly.

I love dining at 7 corners especially with their hotel made ice creams. Xin Tian Di is a great restaurant if you want to go chinese food. Hotel rooms are nice and big. This is a good hotel to stay if you have meetings around the Ortigas center with quick access to Robinson's Galleria for some quick buys applicable to travelling expats.

Very warm and inviting, not only the guard outside, the receptionist that greets you by but more on the warm ambience one feel once inside the hotel..

A 4-star hotel in the Ortigas Center area. It's very near ADB, Meralco and other corporate headquarters.

The stuff is great. Very friendly. However I am not happy with the old room/furniture. Not for the money's worth. I am sorry but your hotel room/lobby didn't meet my expectation. I am also appalled by the deposit that was required by the hotel desk for consumable items I might use in the room.

I love how this hotel is connected to the mall. Shopping, dining and entertainment is easy and affordable. You save a lot of time, money and stress getting around the very busy and heavy traffic Manila streets. The entrance esp. The front desk could be better but everything else is beautiful and comfortable. People here are very nice and helpful.

If you're looking for a place to conduct your business events such as trainings/seminars and life-changing moments such as weddings and debuts, the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria is your "go to" place.

The venues are adequate, the food are enjoyable and location is easy to find.

My personal experience on these events have been quite positive so far. Although the walk from EDSA to the lobby is about half a kilometer, it's still a good exercise.

Well placed but need updating and the pool is too small for two hotels.

Rooms are big and clean. Some rooms have a bathtub but not all. The building itself feels more like a condominium building rather than a hotel.

As for other amenities, the pool is a little small so it was over crowded when we visited.

I attended an event at the grand ballroom so this review is just for that part. The food was buffet service and quite good. Waiters are very helpful. We had a holding area in the business center but the bathroom had a baaaaaad smell. Over, it's a nice venue for classy events and the mall next door Robinsons Galleria is one of my favorite malls.

Room is a lot larger than usual. Even bigger than more upscale hotels. So-so condition though. It smelled old.

The so accessible in all your shopping needs. They also have conference hall that is good for events, exhibit showcase and forums. I love to stay here for long.

Connected to Robinsons Galleria, Crowne Plaza Hotel is very accessible from one of its floors, makes it easy to get anything you need while on your stay there.

In Manila for business. Hotel was great. Felt like home with the personal touch in small gestures from the staff. Hotel cable can be better though

Unsurpassed customer experience. I don t know if they pay their employees to be happy, but I felt like they were genuinely pleased that we were staying there. John from the pool was extremely attentive and cheerful. Not a single employee showed stress or distain for their job. The breakfast is also a 5 star experience. I will be back.

Big rooms, pleasant staffs, and accessible to a mall.

Don't go by name, this is no where IHG standards. IHG, if you are reading this please relook urgently. Old building, room with dusts you can easily see on the walls of room, restaurant (where you have breakfast).

Best part, from drop off point to reception their staff don't give damn about any help to offer. Your luggage you help yourself. If you try calling from room to operator, don't expect quick pick (feel luck if they do), daily room cleaning and drinking water bottle is offered if you call multiple time and remind them, car service is amazing you book for a place they drop somewhere .

Breakfast experience, no butter jam on table (in fact they are rare on main counter), you order for the/coffee it does not come until you are about to finish ...

Overall it was some cheap lodge experience. Never ever visit

Amazingly attentive staff. Celebrated my anniversary at the hotel prior to departing back to the States. Surprised us with a upgraded room and a little treat for our anniversary. Well appointed rooms. Amazing staff. Beautiful lobby.
