Awesome place for big events such as weddings and debuts. The hotel is also pretty cozy. The restaurants have fine food and the selection is amazing. Have dinner at "Seven Corners" where they serve cuisine from the 7 corners (or continents) of the world. The steaks are awesome!

Good for the backpacker and those carrying light, esp on business trips

Very accessible and the plenary halls are easy to locate. Though there are no smoking areas

My favorite hotel in Quezon City! Attached to Robinson's Manila Galleria, very convenient. Friendly staff and great rooms.

Convenient as it is connected to a mall if you need to go shopping.

Good strategically located hotel. It's affixed to the main Robinsons Galleria mall.

A pretty decent hotel that is in need of an upgrade. The inside is nice but looks dated perhaps a brighter color to liven things up.

My room was up to par with one exception, the climate control did not have an auto option which is a pain if you are trying to maintain your desired temperature.

There is a swimming pool and a Gold's Gym on the 5th floor, the gym is on the Holiday Inn side which is a short walk past the pool.

You can get to the Robinson's galleria mall via the 4th and 3rd floors to avoid the heat and crazy traffic. There is a larger SM Megamall about a 15 minute walk away. Make a right when you walk out of the building in about 10 minutes make a right at the BDO tower, you'll have 5 more minutes to go. There are two 7 Eleven's across the street. The two banks across the street ATM's didn't accept my Debit card because it is foreign even even though it has a chip. Most of the shops in Robinson's galleria did not accept my Discover card so beware if you have one.

Travel times to most of the spots is about 40 minutes average off peak times. Just be prepared to deal with perpetual traffic due to population density and lack of infrastructure a bad combo. They have parking so next time I will just rent a car instead of Uber. They drive like the NYC version of Mad Max so be prepared for battle!

Crowne is a 3-star hotel, as far as I know. They have good service and everything you'd expect from a fairly luxurious hotel in a third world country is well provided. They also house 7 corners and FAB which are really great restaurants. Personally, I prefer the latter. It services Holiday Inn but you also have access should you decide to eat. My only comment would be on Security. In terms of lost and found items, especially during events, when you lose something, don't expect to retrieve it or be assisted accordingly. But safety is a non-issue.

Great breakfast buffet experience. Wode selection of food for the free breakfast buffet. The room and bath room are both clea. With bidet, hot and cold shower and bath tub. The outdoor pool is also good. Staff are helpful and approachable. Kid friendly hotel. Nice to bring your family and kids. Near to the malls, banks, train station. Is recommended if you want to relax and at the same time to have all your necessity near to you. Easy to locate.

Good place to have training and seminar... Conducive to learning.

I have only been here for a conferences... And that work fine

One of the best hotel in Ortigas, nice room and the service was great, highly recommended and will definitely comeback again
