The hotel is easy to spot, good location. It is suitable for meetings. The only thing I dislike is parking, they share it with Robinsons Mall. And since they do not have a dedicated parking space at peak times it is not easy. I have no choice but to avail their valet service, which is way expensive.

Quite a clean and contemporary property. But the staff are very customer centric and hospitable.

I was surprised to first a note in my room apologising for a delay at the airport pick up for me. Very professional indeed.

Clipse in club lounge and Jeff at the breakfast were very good in understanding and very prompt in their service.

I definitely will recommend this hotel.

Food is good, restrooms are clean and employees are approachable. However, their carpet especially at the functions rooms is old and very dusty.

The staff are nice and the little note every breakfast is a delight to start a day. However, the swimming pool is still under renovation with a net over the pool. The construction has been around for half year already

a five star hotel, the services Ive experienced was superb..i was like living my life to the fullest, nice accomodation, great tasting foods, the staffs were kind..a place like home but on the other level..

I attended a seminar there, the place was good. Can't say much about the staff because I came there for the seminar. But really good amenities and its connected to Robinson's Galleria.

Excellent breakfast experience to enjoy vegan food. Chef Jim did a soba stir fried veggie, mushroom, taufu with olive oil. I also enjoyed the fresh juices prepared by Radam. Attention to my breakfast request is Jess. Outstanding team. I am definitely back again!

It's accessible and near to many shopping malls. The hotel is affordable and the food at the breakfast buffet is good.

Went there for yearly conventions organized by NGOs and the Ph Government as well. A night costs 6500-7500 PHP, depending on the booking site. For the rooms, theyre bigger than a studio type condo - you pay less infact. I highly recommend this hotel for social events coz it has smaller halls that can occupy 100-300 people. Great for weddings too!

Good hotel in good location. Access to the mall from inside the hotel is a plus. Small maintenance issues but none too serious.

Good location, just behind Robinsons Galleria which you can access thru special walkways at the back of the hotel. Checkin is prompt and staff are courteous. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Free wifi. The breakfast buffet is superb; it starts at 6am and you have many choices, including fruits and salads, soups and cereals. Overall good value for money.

The hotel is very convenient since it's near the mall.

A little warn down, but for the price it is acceptable. The location is nice as it s right next to the mall.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The location is ideal situated in the business center of Ortigas and with direct access to the mall. Comfortable rooms.

Easy access to Galleria. May be difficult to get to since you have to go through Ortigas Avenue.

Consider the buffet offerings at the seven corners resto.

Best location with next door shopping malls. Have a decent inroom dinning options. Nice Spa and Gym jointly owned by Holiday Inn

It's my 2nd time to stay here and as always they customer service is excellent... my 1st stay they upgraded our room to suite and enjoyed the big bathtub 2nd stay its smaller but still very comfortable with bathtub also. Kudos to the crews and chefs at the buffet breakfast... they are all attentive to your needs... they will cook what kind of omellet w/ fillings you want etc foods are delicious. Also great tnx to front desk for giving us a late checkout to enjoy our stay a little longer ;)

Very good breakfast buffet and attentive friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and clean but could use some updating. Also, as a security measure they might want to put keycard access into their elevators since they have an open walkway on the second floor that connects holiday inn, robinsons galeria and crown plaza manila.

Stayed here for a couple for a couple days for business. Room was great. My quality of sleep was good. Service wise, check in and out was fast. Breakfast was great and the selection of food was vast.

The room internet was fast and I was able to work well.
