Good hospitality. Well designed room with pocket doors that separate bedroom and living room. Carpet throughout and it smells musty once the elevator doors opened and lingers in the room. Major update is required to remove all the smelly carpets in the hotel. 24 hours room service with limited options.

We're pampered by the hotel staff from the guard up to the club lounge. Will definitely be back. Thank you very much especially to Kathleen and cheenee. See you again.

I thought we were very lucky to find this hotel still had available function halls for our 5-day, 300-pax conference just less than 2-months to our event (when all other similar potential venues were already fully-booked). But it seems the reason is because this was a marginal option as venue for events. The function rooms were old and unsanitary. There were coachroaches, and the fixtures were grimy and in poor condition. The service of the events and banquet personnel started off poorly until we reprimanded them for being late and slow. The food was so-so. Even the billing and processing of payment was slow, needing follow-ups over several days. The staff did not respond to emails promptly.

The place is great for seminar and conference events has large area and the ambiance is cool

Service is second to none. Very hospitable. Turn down service offered here is a lovely touch as well.

Localtion is good. I played the golf at Wakwak CC. And good for them.

Nice 4star hotel. Breakfast buffet is good with little Indian menus. Price is little high compared to other hotels in this area.

Very friendly staff especially at reception & the breakfast in the restaurant "Seven Corners". Enjoyed breakfast with the naan & Indian curries at the "Indian Station". Overall the hotel stay was good & much better than my previous stay in Philippines. The rooms are big & spacious. some improvement/renovation in progress for Gym/swimming pool

I love it and very satisfied! I will definitely go back and go back and go back to this hotel! From staff, service, room, food amenities are just bravo. Plus those freebies from playlab, cinema and icecream! It was an amazing birthday celebration of my daughter ever!

We stayed here for several days recently thinking it would be an equivalent five star hotel. Unfortunately the hotel is starting to show its age. The value is good, the rooms are satisfactory, it is convenient. It is also adjacent to the galleria which is a medium type shopping mall. If price is your main criteria, it will give you a good value. If you want a real five star hotel, you willl have to choose another facility.

This is a great place to stay. Service is good, the rooms are big with comfortable beds. It's also situated right next to a mall that's near a train station. If you get access to the club room, you'll also get free drinks and snacks. The price is pretty good as well, I spent half here of what I would normally spend in a different hotel for a comparable experience.

Accessible to malls, restaurants and entertainments. Nice place to stay with your family.

Located in the business district of Manila, Crown Plaza becomes a great choice to stay if you have work in that area. Also, the interconnection with Robinson Mall is a great convenience for travellers. Rooms and service is quite good.

Oh, hated high rise due to phobia..stayed at the reception area...my friend went up (never asked the level)...stared at people going here and there...the receptionists were so accommodating to the clients...nice place...

Conveniently located hotel, specially if you have business in the Ortigas district. Easy access to the mall and walkable access to public transpo.
Just turning a bit dated with the rooms looking so. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but does the job of getting you full and on your way. Staff is fairly decent.

Nice hotel decent food great buffet breakfast. Awesome staff. Good size rooms with desk and am optional LAN cable for web browsing. 1.5 mbps Internet speeds. Gym is shared with the Holiday Inn and is actually located inside the Holliday Inn. The crowne is connected to the Robinson Galleria Mall and isn't far from the Mega mall which is really nice mall with ice skating, IMAX theater and more. If you get a chance walk over there and check out Lugang resturant for some excellent Chinese food located on the 3rd floor of the mega mall
