Love the ambience, the accomodation and the service

Friendly staff. Excellent facilities.lobby needs sone airconditioning though.

Perfect for big events. Good food and service too. There is a hotel and more establishments outside the place. More store nearby to eat.

We alwaysnhave corporate meeting in crowne plaza. Food is good.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant. I am an IHG member and in no other Hotel I have been treated as this one. Fantastic!

A very elegant and accessible place when it come to the nearest Robinsons Galleria

Large and clean rooms but it is a bit dated. Maybe more lighting will do the trick as it is really dark with the 60's or 70's design.

Our company had a business function and food was delicious. Waiters were accommodating. The only downside was the tea was limited.

The service was very courteous i'm very satisfied. It's the facilities that is poor parking garage smells so bad because of poor trash handling we got stomach upset because of the smells it even reached the elevators as well as the room. Well be cancelling the rest of our stay to move to another hotel

Typical Hotel but has an access to the Robinson Galeria Mall.

The hotel although is a budget hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are courteous and efficient.
It's not smoker friendly as the only smoking area is a small room in the 3rd floor.
Access to the place is a bit of a chore though as the traffic there is ever present any time of the day so best to schedule things a bit far ahead as it gets really tied up.
Being beside a mall, it is convenient..

A great experience in this place, i really love the ambiance of the place the staff there are so kind. The thing that make me amazed in this places is, theres a place were you can smoke. I give five stars

It has a nice ambiance and good spacious room. The room i stayed in was a very beautiful suite. Only challenge was ordering in hotel meal. Maybe because of the COVID. but options were limited then

Great hotel and staff. right on metro. connected to a mall, great for shopping and eating.

Having stayed in the same room for four years atan average of 5 months per year, I have now seen continued changes and improvements. Management is active in ensuring total service and sustained quality.

The staff here is excellent. They treated me and my wife like we owned the place. Rooms are great and the dining is fantastic.

The hotel has great service, all the employees are smiling and friendly. Our room was large and clean with a nice array of toiletries and amenities such as tea and coffee. The gym was great - lots of equipment. I believe it may be open to the public since it's a Gold's Gym. Only problem is that it was very hot near the treadmills so I couldn't run as much as I normally would. The pool was large but extremely noisy from what seems to be the A/C system blowing from the side of the building. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

Eversince 7 Corners transferred to Holiday Inn due to renovation, experience of customers went really bad. Their well loved steak was not the same when you're at 7Corners. The buffet table arrangement 'magulo'. Tagal mag replenish ng food.
Sana the 7 Corner mgt announced they will stopped operating during renovation. Kasi we their oldtime customers were expecting to see n taste their same food menu. Tapos di pala. Hence we got frustrated.
I can only blame their management. Poor managent. Poor planning.

Beautiful breakfast buffet.rooms spacious with 2 queen beds in 701.albeit street construction along ortigas jars the peace. There is sauna, pool and gym which is golds gym but housed in holiday inn.bar one in the 3rd floor offers live band however it is a smoking room.

Its a 4 star hotel suite. Service is good hospitality...

All the staff is very helpful and fantastic. The management has to consider change in fornitures and renew of the rooms

Gym was not the most convenient, pool was a bit small and dark in the evenings.

One of the best hotels in the area, IMO. For its price it should be. The buffet is good, and there's a shortcut to the Galleria mall. They also have lots of function rooms.

It is a convenient place for training and seminars crews are accommodating

I had to go to the Philippines for work. I spent almost a year total in my 2 work trips there. This was my home away from home the entire duration. The entire staff from front desk, the stewards, chefs and I could go on and on. I went back after my first stay and the cordially welcomed me by name. The chefs remembered my room service meal orders and prepared exactly what I ordered and I'm very peculiar about what I eat. I would recommend this hotel above all that I have stayed at in all my worldly travels. Hats off to the entire staff. Job well done! Salamat

We stayed overnight in their biggest room, with access to their their Club Lounge. The bedroom is quite spacious, same goes with the living area.

Breakfast buffet is served in Seven Corners Restaurant, wherein the selections is quite extensive and very delicious. The service is also very exemplary. Making your dining experience more special.

It has a connecting access to the Robinson's galleria mall at the 3rd floor of the hotel. Which makes it very convenient when you have to do a little shopping.

The club lounge is quite an experience also. They also have a wide selection of liquor being served during the cocktail hour. Same goes with the food.

Their service will really make a guest really feel very special, together with their clean and cozy room.

Overall, although we only stayed overnight, we really felt very special. Thus, we would definitely be staying here again.
