Had a motorcycle stolen from garage. Have CCTV and photos of the criminals. Reported the crime, was offered victim support (not sure why this is not a rape case) and no contact at all from the officer in 10 days. Of course had I driven past a speed cam 5 mph too fast I would have already received the fine by now. Back to front priorities.

Diabolical but from the foreign wpcso (sorry I have forgotten you and your colleagues name)

Police decided not to prosecute a driver who hit my wife's car while he was pulling out of the pub.

Had witnesses, photo evidence and even tried to flag down a police car who said 'sorry I'm not part of the response team'.

Lazy. This is why the public have lost faith in you.

1. I would rather have "NOT" added a "ONE" star rating, but I was forced to place in a star, inorder to post review experiences!
In actuality the Hertfordshire constabulary are the genuine criminals of this county, I have come to realise.

2012 viciously attack by a racist neighbour outside my home, bitten by his large pitbull dog...
Two strangers; Two teenager girls gave witness statements of the incident which confirmed my statement of events..
Even the attacker stated his violent actions..

Previously i reported to hertfordshire police on numerous occasions of racist abuse/criminal damage/threats to kill and endanger my life, from these individuals, played recordings of verbal abuse and intentions to harm from the abusers against myself and still nothing was initiated by police...

The race relations officer PC 124 Samantha Bailey avoided all contact with myself and solicitor for over 9 months... due to her having crucial evidence to prosecute repeat offender.
Every attempt to contact resulted in responses: "Sam is off sick!"
The race relations officer off for 9+ months?
Day after initial court date, PC Sam bailey phoned me to say she "had just came back to work" and she was sorry she had been ill?
I mentioned the re arrangement of court date!
Surprise... she never attended the new court date either... yet again! Yet the hertforshire constabulary police prosecuted myself!
I was the lone black identity of the incident.
Despite my obvious injuries: which detailed cuts/heavy lacerations/bruising/leaking blood heavy swelling/internal pain on sides of frontal lobe of brain etc..

At court I came with a poor solicitor who added to this diabolical mistreatment of injustice.

The two teenage girls refused to come to court for fear of reprisals as both girls had been intimidated by unknown strangers leading to court date.
An application for girls statement allowed for only one statement to be available to the courts.

Poor police practice lead to myself and attacker both being found guilty.
When I was on the defence from the attacker and company!



2. When held in police custody previously my then home was burgled of all my belongings including motorcycle and such personal valuables.
I have been a targeted individual from these evil people and their malevolent system of corruption and treachery...

Please, shut this constabulary down and do not ever give these curriculum of narcissistic hedonistic criminals whom hale by Hertfordshire Police Constabulary anymore money. Money Hertfordshire constabulary are in receipt of, is vehemently abused for their personal use of holidays and lifestyle preferences!
The Hertfordshire constabulary are a large conclave of professional LIARS, con men/women/fraudsters/dishonest and corrupt police force.
In addition, the title of "Police force" is 100% deceptive of their genuine inclination and intentions.
The Hertfordshire constabulary has a long proclivity to corruption and woeful conduct. Abuse and malevolence which is repeatedly condemned by the police force as false.
"Gas lighting" and all mannerism of Psychological/financial abuse is routinely associated with the "Hertfordshire police constabulary"

It is no surprise the "Hertfordshire police constabulary" has been known as the "Worse police force in Britain and United Kingdom!"

My Cri De Couer: Remains the fact that the European union should force the Hertfordshire police constabulary to close down as of immediately, while implementing all staff to custodial sentences, rather than perpetuate further crimes in the county.

The majority of crimes are linked to the police constabulary in a "Cause and affect" manner, Dominoes!
Police routinely escalate their own income and side earnings from that of impoverished victims by way of theft/Deception.

Ultimately the police title enables mis-use of power and to deceive the vulnerable folk, whom the police prey upon.

Herts and Essex police are an absolute joke!
These days the police are the judge and jury.
There is no innocents until proven guilty anymore.(they believe the first story they're told) They are not doing their jobs correctly.
it's an absolute joke! people now don't even bother calling them as it's just easier not too.

Accommodation was very basic with a shared toilet. Staff were gruff. Another customer was banging on the walls most of the night and threatening to Bang out the custody sgt. Kept me awake.Food wasn t that great, although the all day breakfast was passable. The cups of tea were perfect.

All in all a fairly underwhelming experience, but I enjoyed getting my finger prints and photo taken and the ride in the police car was a delight. Still better than Butlins.

I spoke to Incapable person over the phone today with no help at all. Very rude individual who offered me no support at all. I rang in to report an incident of reckless and dangerous driving she did not want to know. Before I could say anything she put the phone down and dismissed anything I had to say because she didn t feel that she could be bothered to do anything about the matter. before I could ask her name she put the phone down on me. She asked for the registration plate to maybe look into it and then said no don t worry about it. I said do you want to take the numberplates and she said no don t worry about it even though this person could potentially be a danger on the road. Very suspicious ! Even though the car is not even registered to the property that the man lives in. I do not feel safe !!!!! Lazy lazy lazy they don t care
