I really appreciate how late this dealership is open as it is really convenient for those of us who have day jobs to be able to get our cars fixed during the week. I was helped by Michael and he did a great job at keeping me informed of what was going on with my tire and performed the necessary maintenance on my vehicle as requested. I will come back to this dealership.

They are Mr. Gerald, Mr. Charlie Melella and the gentleman who sits on the 3rd table from Charlie whom l forgot his name. I was satisfied with the service l got.

I had a great experience at Crown Honda of Southpoint. My salesman, Richard Powell stuck with me throughout journey. There was a delay in the process but, he would call/text to check-in and see how everything was going. He had my back and made my first time buying a car stressless. I appreciate the support. He even has goldfish and granola bars for the kids when they get hungry during the inevitable paperwork process. I received awesome customer service and I love my new car!

Horrible, horrible customer service! They don t seem to care about their regular customers. I was hung up on three separate times and never did hear from the service rep who was dealing with my vehicle. Be very careful who you purchase a car from unless you have plans of going elsewhere for service. They have a telephone system designed to avoid interaction with the customer. The quality of the work seems okay, just the actual customer service is absent.

Had an appointment for 10:45 am for an oil change and arrived at 10:30 am. We checked in and waited, around 12 we decided to use the shuttle service to the mall and came back around 2 because they said our car would be done around 1. When we came back our car was not done, we asked the guy what was the status of our car and he said 1 more hour, after several hours have passed and it was 5, we decided to pull our car and take it somewhere else. The mechanic didn t even started working on our car and it was already 5 pm! What a waste of time, we were there for most of the day. I decided to take my car for an oil change elsewhere. I will no longer be going here for any sort of service or for my business.

I agree with all of the other positive reviews. I had an excellent purchase experience for my Honda Insight three years ago, and I've had wonderful experience with the service department ever since. Every service representative has been professional, friendly, and truly interested in providing outstanding service at a fair price - and typically the service has been completed ahead of schedule.

I was greeted by Cheyenne and I requested to have my appointment with Mr. Joe P in the service department. The department was super busy that day, but Mr. Joe got to me very quickly and made a cursory opinion of my car based on the service alert and indicator lights on my car.

His assessment was correct. He ordered the part, had it shipped to the Southpoint store and had my alternator replaced within 24 hours of my visit. Joe is top notch! Kind, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to your Honda family. I will continue to come to Honda at Southpoint because of him.

Excellent customer service. Mike did a good job listening to what I wanted in a car. He took the time to go into the different trim features. He also able to match and beat all the competitors in the triangle and triad area. They gave me enough time to make my decision and were not overbearing like some other competitors. All in all, I had a great experience. Cannon, the manager was also great to deal with as well. Crown Honda definitely earned my business.

Very dissatisfied. The salesman didn't seem very interested in helping us. I told him what we could afford and although we found a used van we liked, he said that they would not come off the price more than $100. We ended up getting a Mazda that was newer for our price. It was Crown's loss!

Today I received an oil change. I had an appt at 9:30am they took my car back right away. I was greeted and asked if I wanted to wait, I did. There were fresh donuts and coffee in the refreshment area. My wait time was significantly shorter than past experiences and the gentlemen that worked me up applied the discount for my service before I could ask. Great experience overall!

Drove in for routine maintenance and a software update. My vehicle was taken in within 5 minutes of arriving by Frank. Everyone at the service center was masked up and socially distancing. My service was done in half the time I was quoted and I was out after a very brief service review. The service members at Crown Honda are personable, helpful, responsive, professional and efficient. They obviously strive for excellence and based on my personal experience they earned the 5 star review from me.

This place is TERRIBLE! They falsely advertise just to get customers. I went on their website seeking to buy another vehicle, and I found one within my budget. This was great until I arrived at the Crown Honda, only to discover the vehicle had not been through inspection. I spoke with a few salesman that said they may wholesale the car. My question was "why if I'm interested?" and their response was "the repairs could price the car outside of the market". That was completely understandable but it is also not my issue. I am disappointed because the car should NOT have been advertised until it was a definite seller. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS!

P.s. This was my 4th trip out to Crown Honda and I experienced the same problem each time.

I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and was told that I needed a new oil pan due to an oversize oil pan plug. ($650 fix). I found it interesting that Crown Honda has changed the oil to my car at least 7 times in the last 2 years and never mentioned the oil plug, but now it's an issue. The manager was very polite and patient listening to my situation. He offered to work with me on the repair. As a customer moments like this make you wonder and fortunately there's other places that I can take my business to.

Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was very nice and friendly and I was pleasantly surprised when my car had been vacuumed before pickup. In addition to the great service, I saved about 3800$ as a result of coming to this dealership rather than the Autopark Honda who had misdiagnosed which part I needed, glad I got a second opinion. I will keep this great experience in mind next time I need service or am looking for a new vehicle.

Tech was very friendly. Just have a issue with the long wait time for an oil change. Was told it takes 2 hours...took 2 1/2. Even though they have a shuttle service it's just an excessive time to wait. Seems they have outgrown their service department and need a much larger space for quicker turn-out. Even though I love my car this may deter me from purchasing another Honda solely for this inconvenience. The wait/scheduling is also terrible for Oxford, NC dealership.

I would like to personally thank Mike in the service department.He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure myself and family were back on the road safe. We were traveling from Asheville to Jacksonville. My Honda Crosstour unexpectedly started to loose power and flash the check engine light. We called multiple mechanics in the area with no luck of an appointment at 4:30 PM on Saturday. I then called and spoke with Mike, he proceeded to diagnose my problem as he seemed very in tune to the issue which gave me great comfort knowing he seemed knowledgeable. He then told me the issue was a warrantied known problem with my model and if I brought it in he would personally fix it even with the service department closing soon and get me back on the road. I was amazed just amazed ! He personally texted me the address and waited for me to show up. Upon arriving I was treated like royalty! He did exactly what he said he would. Did I mention I had 3 kids from 11 months to 11 years?? Imagine the stress? I was so relived someone took the time to be compassionate this day. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond! You did not have to, but you did and we are forever grateful! Crown Honda has one fine employee in you. You should run the place in my opinion because this world needs more Mike's.

Awesome services only place I trust to work on my Honda Crv, managers and staff very friendly, even when somethings wrong they do their best to acomadate the issue, sometimes the wait is long but what do you expect when so many people bring their cars here as well.. big shout to Charles who works here very accurate on the information provided excellent customer service and just an outstanding person, also the manager Kelly Alston great manager of the facility I recommend this place for everything your Honda's need.

She worked very well with us, considering the fact that we were so undecided. Both of us would highly recommend her to family and friends. My experience with Crown Honda falls into two categories: Used car sales and service. In both departments the service was such that we keep coming back. In the case of the used vehicle we needed something unusual... New to the area, my wife and children were flying in before my arrival. We were able to buy the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted over the phone. The warranty took the terror out of buying a vehicle sight unseen, but here's the kicker. The salesman had the car ready to go and picked up my wife and kids at RDU. Service counts.

Speaking of service, that was 225,000 miles ago. We've done our part in that we have stuck to the service schedule. The Crown service department is clean and efficient, and the extended hours means scheduling works well for us. Some will argue that there are cheaper shops - and they are right. But Crown gets it right the first time. And Honda has done their part - that vehicle has never left my family by the side of the road.

Cannon went out of his way to provide outstanding service at all times during the sale and was willing to help out when I needed some assistance long after the sale. I felt in the loop at all times. I went to have my air leaking tire that had a screw in it looked at. I was told it would have to be replaced. I had just bought $1000 tires from there two months prior. i was told Road Hazard only covered "repairs". Only discount was labor ($15). Paid full price of the tire ($207). I had no choice but to buy. A week had passed and was still irritated. Called and spoke to Josh Herald in Service. He went beyond more than I would expect a Honda Service rep to do and looked into my situation, spoke with his manager, and both determined the right thing to do was reimburse me for the one tire. We will still service our vehicle there but I'm still weary of the Road Hazard rules there. Just glad they have some people that actually care about their customers and know right from wrong. Thank you Josh!!!

Service was done for an oil change and brake repair on rear brakes only. I had an appointment for 7:00 for a oil change and tire rotation only, after arriving the Service tech came out and stated that I would be needing my rear brakes done very soon and that my power steering pump had a leak. I had another appointment to get to at 9:15am, so we discussed just adding the brake job but holding on the power steering but I did it on the agreement that my oil change and brakes would be completed by 9:00am. He said it would be , he guaranteed it would be completed by 9:00am or the work would be free. So I said fair enough and the work was started, however it wasn't completed at the allotted time as agreed. It was 9:07, it was close so I didn't complain, but was of course late to my other appointment. So again, this is the second time I've been over on my wait time. First was for another oil change a few months back. Been happy with your service just very unhappy with how my appointment times have been. Would love to have my appointments honored and the times agreed on met.

The service department of Crown Honda of Southpoint is nothing but ridiculous, because they don't offer any appointments and you have to try your luck on a first come first serve basis. If you think they are doing so well that they can handle any volume of walk-ins, well, it occurred to me when I walked in and was told that it was all 'booked' and they could not take any additional 'appointments'. Even when you are lucky and your car will be taken care of, you have to wait for 3 hours for a simple 30-min-service job to be done. This is even the truth when my car had a recall, and it was not my choice to get the car serviced. I still had to walked in by the time when they open (which is recommended when they told you they couldn't take appointments), and waited 3 hours to get my car back (I was told the repair took about 30 mins).
It was amazing that I received a phone call from the sales department of Crown Honda of Southpoint, and was asked to trade in my car. The pleasant sales person encouraged me to make an 'appointment' over the weekend to review the options of a new car and trade-in. This just made me laugh.
If the sales department of a busy car dealership can handle appointments over weekends, if doctors' offices can handle appointments with reasonable waiting time, why on earth can't a car service department handle appointments? The only answer I can think of is that THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS' TIME. With such an attitude, will they care about the service they offer to your car? The answer is up to you.

Prices were high; service was slow. First of all, let me just say that I was fooled by their "appointment" process. Perhaps there's some fine print somewhere but it turns out that when you make an appointment for service online, it's not actually an appointment--it's just a check-in time. So, when we dropped my car off at what we assumed to be an appointment time, they told us that it would be about two hours until someone would be available to work on the car. That's a pretty pathetic system in my mind and did not necessarily start me off with the highest level of confidence for my experience.

I ultimately had them change my oil/filter, rotate my tires, do a brake fluid flush, and conduct a door handle repair (that was part of a Honda Fit recall). They also tried to convince me to let them change my element and cabin air filters for $120--but I bought them at a shop instead (for a combined total of $26) and installed them myself in about 3 minutes total (despite having no background working on cars).

About 5 hours after we dropped the car off, we texted/called to find out the status. When we were finally able to get through to someone, they said it would be ready around 7:30pm (having dropped it off at 12:45pm) but they'd forgotten the tire rotation. To their credit (and the reason for my two stars), they admitted that it was their mistake and did not charge me for the rotation.

When I picked up the car and paid for the service, I noticed a $30 miscellaneous charge on the bill. Apparently, this charge covers "all the bags and stuff" that they use in the back, which gets split among everyone who comes in for service (according to the woman at checkout). Despite the fact that I can't imagine there are any "bags and stuff" that cost $30/car, I wouldn't have been so annoyed with the price had they actually used those items to keep the car clean. There was paper mat on my floor and plastic bag on my seat (to keep things covered) but there was still grease all over my door handles, windows and steering wheel.

Lastly, they had to take the door panel off to change the door handle but they clearly didn't put it back on correctly because it comes loose every time I close my door and I have to click it back into place every time I open the door now. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Crown Honda any time soon.

The wait time is a major issue at this location.

Been coming here for a while and this was the first time the customer service was Horrible. Wasn't sure of the protocol so I stayed in the car after pulling up to the Bay doors. No one came to greet me after several employees walked by me several times. So I walked up to a guy who seemed pretty busy but wasn't friendly at all. He said someone would be right with me. I stood there for over 5 minutes while employees saw me but acted like I was invisible. Finally a young man approached me and got me checked in very quickly. My appointment was at 2:30pm. At 6:30, I had to call the service center to see if my car was ready. I've never had to do that. They were closing in 30minutes according to the service tech. Horrible experience. I'll go to Cary from now on.

Sent my car to get routine engine oil change, dropped off on appointment at 8pm, but had to pick up the car next day because they can t finish before 10:30pm. I am still not sure if they did the work when pick up the car, because there is no sign of the car being touched ( the dashboard sign still shows 20% oil life just as When sent in) and the car is not rinsed (although it said so on the paperwork). Lastly, the guy who was supposed to deliver the car to me didn t do so at all: he backed the car out from the lot and left windows wide open and A/C on maximum (it was over 100 F outside) then left! I was observing from far away and 5 minutes later I was sure he did not want to do his job, so I went into the backyard parking lot and got into my car and left with anger. What s wrong with you Crown Honda? It s not used to be like this. I sure will not go back again.

STOP STOP STOP..... don t go to this place. Kelly Alstom is the worst service manager. While working on tire rotation they broke my wheel locks key and demanded $181 to replace it. Manager started abusing when questioned on the repair which was the result from service person mistakes. Never recommend this service station to anyone. Made me sit in shop... 2 n half hour with my 3 year old kid. And couldn t able to a decent job. Worst Service Ever.

Everyone is friendly, they can accommodate your car on short notice and they work very quickly. If you have something that will take a few hours, they offer a shuttle to the mall and will pick you up when your car is ready. I've been here twice in 4 months and will continue to come back.

He researched my vin number to see if still was in warranty period, and it was!. They took less than an hour and I did not pay anything. They even gave a free car wash! Highly recommended. Coming back for sure!

I have been going to this location for YEARS, since I was in college and this last trip was hands down the best experience I ve ever received. Demario was the service member who helped me and he was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. I ve always had to wait, even when scheduling an appointment just to see a team member but not this time! As soon as Demario made eye contact, he greeted me. He gave me an accurate wait time and he didn t pressure me to spend more money. He educated me on the proper care for my car and was so easy going about it. He even ran my car through the wash an extra time. I could tell he was constantly checking on his customers and I really appreciate the way he went over and beyond to make sure everyone was satisfied. I can now say proudly that I would refer my friends easily because I know Demario will treat them and give exceptional Chick-fil-A kind of service. If they hire more gentlemen like Demario, watch how the scores go up. Never wanted to ever get anything more done to my vehicle than an oil change, but I am coming back to Demario for an alignment, brake flush, inspection and all the other services he recommended. Job well done on this hire, I felt extremely pleased with my service.

He is Just amazing and went extra mile to help us out with the new technology in our CRV in addition to the service recall that brought us there back in the first place. He even washed our car and did a thorough check up on the vehicle - we are extremely pleased with Gerald. In fact, all are very nice group of people and we have had a very pleasant experience. I took my car in for a oil change only to have my car keys lost by the technician. Was told that I'd get a set made but instead have to return on Tuesday, 1 September 2020. Was given a valet key that I have to fight with in ordef to open my car door. I'm not pleased with Crown Honda of Southpoint. The rating won't let you give 0. I had to ask for a refund.

Worst customer service. I went to this place for safety recall. I made appointment before taking my car to this place for service. While making the appointment They told me it takes 2hrs to complete the repair related to recall. I got there at the appointment time. After checking in the car they told me that it will take 4 to 5 hours to do the work. I told them the discrepancy in the estimated time. They gave me canned answers that they don t how long it will take but will let me know if the work completed early. I said that does not work for me. They really did not help me instead were giving me lecture. I just got my car back without fixing because I cannot wait there for 4 to 5 hrs. They only offered their shuttle to take me to my destination but they don t have way for me to get my car.
This is the worst customer service. I will be looking for another dealer to fix my safety recall.
