I would like to personally thank Mike in the service department.He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure myself and family were back on the road safe. We were traveling from Asheville to Jacksonville. My Honda Crosstour unexpectedly started to loose power and flash the check engine light. We called multiple mechanics in the area with no luck of an appointment at 4:30 PM on Saturday. I then called and spoke with Mike, he proceeded to diagnose my problem as he seemed very in tune to the issue which gave me great comfort knowing he seemed knowledgeable. He then told me the issue was a warrantied known problem with my model and if I brought it in he would personally fix it even with the service department closing soon and get me back on the road. I was amazed just amazed ! He personally texted me the address and waited for me to show up. Upon arriving I was treated like royalty! He did exactly what he said he would. Did I mention I had 3 kids from 11 months to 11 years?? Imagine the stress? I was so relived someone took the time to be compassionate this day. Thank you Mike for going above and beyond! You did not have to, but you did and we are forever grateful! Crown Honda has one fine employee in you. You should run the place in my opinion because this world needs more Mike's.
