My experience with Crown Honda falls into two categories: Used car sales and service. In both departments the service was such that we keep coming back. In the case of the used vehicle we needed something unusual... New to the area, my wife and children were flying in before my arrival. We were able to buy the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted over the phone. The warranty took the terror out of buying a vehicle sight unseen, but here's the kicker. The salesman had the car ready to go and picked up my wife and kids at RDU. Service counts.

Speaking of service, that was 225,000 miles ago. We've done our part in that we have stuck to the service schedule. The Crown service department is clean and efficient, and the extended hours means scheduling works well for us. Some will argue that there are cheaper shops - and they are right. But Crown gets it right the first time. And Honda has done their part - that vehicle has never left my family by the side of the road.
