I was greeted by Cheyenne and I requested to have my appointment with Mr. Joe P in the service department. The department was super busy that day, but Mr. Joe got to me very quickly and made a cursory opinion of my car based on the service alert and indicator lights on my car.

His assessment was correct. He ordered the part, had it shipped to the Southpoint store and had my alternator replaced within 24 hours of my visit. Joe is top notch! Kind, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to your Honda family. I will continue to come to Honda at Southpoint because of him.
