Very poor service and communication with customer....

Very poor service and communication with customer. Had an appointment for an oil change and arrived 15 minutes early. After 1.5 hours of waiting with no communication I inquired if my car was ready. An employee (perhaps service manager) researched and discovered my ticket at the bottom of a pile on one of the service advisors desk (BJ). His response was that he was very busy, but no apologies. Service manager did offer concession for additional recommended work, which I appreciated. Overall not a very positive experience.
