Dear Crown Honda

I must say the service today was the worst have experienced. It took more than 4h to have inspection and oil change. I had 11:30 appointment, when arrived the service rep told me it will take 2h, after 3 h if waiting I went to see him, he said let me check, he said that there is brake oil needs to be changed, I will send you an email and tick that do it will be done and if you need the alignment please tick that too, then after another hour I talk to the manager. He came back to me to tell me that it will take another 30 min. So I got the car back around 4:00pm. Even they have not wash the car despite when the rep ask me if I need my car to be washed, I said Yes. I spend over $400 for a service that took more than 4h and they have not wash the car. Worst service I have experienced from Honda. Hope Honda respect their customers in future and improve their service.
