Service check-in was very poor! The service reps were not getting to customers in a timely manner for whatever reason. In addition, they would often attend to people out of order...meaning that even If I got there before someone else, the other person would get attended to first simply because they were in the left lane. There are too many inefficiencies!
I used to go to Leith Honda before I purchased my current vehicle. In contrast, their service check-in is very smooth and efficient. Service reps are waiting and ready for people and get them checked-in in a very timely manner.
