We came in through the Costco Auto program. We were well-treated and helped by a relaxed, experienced and personable salesperson. The dealership responded flexibly to our financial goals, and we got the deal we were looking for. It was a very busy day there which slowed things down a bit, but we remain very positive about the process and the outcome.
