Went in for oil change with appointment. Almost 4 hours later no car, Went to service and discovered they were trying to text me about changing my windshield wiper but had the wrong phone number. Do not understand why they could not walk into customer lounge to find me and tell me Suggest some reconsideration on a little more personal touch for customer service.
