I came in for a very minor problem on my 2011 Chevy Equinox, a slow leak in the left, rear tire. I also needed a recall issue addressed (computer recalibration to signal oil change). Andy Smith was attentive and responsive. I was very pleased with how everything was handled.

Benny Gonzalez was our sales person. He was awesome. He got us in a truck we were looking for. We want to thank him for the execellent customer service he provided. He should get a raise. Thank you Benny! I will recommend my friends and family to him.

After a week without a car- courtesy Chevrolet- decided not to fix my damage car because they though $800 was not enough and even the insurance company had to step in to help. Judy at the body shop kept telling me the car will get fix and they never did! Last time I paid $9,000 and without any questions asked my car was fixed. This time it was a minor fix. It s not fair you guys had me without a car and didn't received any calls! until I continually follow up!

I bought a used car that I probably shouldn't have bought and I paid too much considering the defects it had. Having said that, Keith, in reconditioning has been wonderful with fixing the issues. Customer service has been top notch even though I regret my purchase.

I m not mad that they couldn t make a simple deal, just dissapointed that they didn t listen to me. You guys go through more water bottles than selling cars. Couldn t make a deal that simple math was applicable. The A/C is okay, so that s at least a good sign, but I would try to come once again and give it another shot. I should bring a pillow as well.

We have been coming to Courtesy for years to purchase and service our vehicle. The quality of service is outstanding and really makes a difference to us to have friendly, caring and accountable professionals to deal with. We expect to continue doing business with Courtesy and particularly our service manager, Tim Jackson. The Courtesy Van is a very convenient option for picking up and dropping off which we have used when needed. The e-mails received for reminders and service specials/coupons are clever. All these little extras make a huge difference in retaining customers and absolutely benefits Courtesy because customers spread the word to friends and family.

I really thought this experience would be different since it is "family owned and operated" unfortunately that's not the case I am in their lobby as I write this. I got a true car certificate giving me the amount to pay at this dealer I was assured that that is the case when I got here but unfortunately it wasnt. Came in to buy a cruze but didn't qualify for the loan that was supposed to be right around 16 grand give or take tax and other fees that tack on. So I went to see the used cars I was presented a ford fiesta somehow I qualify for the same amount as the cruze how does that work??? Anyway they Will not be getting my business in the future I prefer autonation Chevrolet over these guys at least auto nation has the true sale price listed on their cars and websites courtesy does not. Really sucks because I was looking forward in going to a new dealer and hope to develop a good relationship with someone other than my regular place that I've dealt with for the last 10 years . I have learned my lesson stick with what I know.

Finally! A dealer that is straight to deal with. No games. Zero! Living in Colorado, I picked out a car from their (up-to-date online I might ad) inventory. Lawraleen Adewunmi (from Hawaii!), from their Internet Sales Department, called and emailed me everything. I put a down a deposit using a credit card, drove down, and was in-and-out with my new car in UNDER two hours!!!. Benny & Mathew (go Blues!) were super helpful with the accessories I needed and even put them in/on while the car was being cleaned. Utilizing USAA's buying service brought me to Courtesy. But Lawraleen especially, and the rest of the staff we dealt with ensured that my next car purchase WILL be a new Chevy from Courtesy. Good job!!

I went to see a truck Friday 7/5/2019, doing just some routine paperwork as the salesman called it, I asked the salesman like a million times if my credit was going to get pulled, the salesman assure me that my credit wasn't going to be pulled, and what ended up happening? my credit got a hard pull when I did not authorize it. I did not purchase a vehicle. Tried calling the dealership 4 times on 7/9/2019 and end up getting transfer over and eventually the call gets disconnected.

This whole experience was amazing! Being a first time car buyer, I was beyond nervous and stressed out before I got there, but as soon as I arrived, Quincy greeted me with a smile and found the exact car (same model number and all) I wanted to see. Him and his team worked with the price and got me financed at a rate that was better than I hoped. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and the overall experience. Thank you Quincy and Courtesy Chev!!!!!!!

We purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu in late November 2015. I chose Courtesy Chevrolet because of the good reviews, so I feel obligated to post this. The car that we purchased was featured on the internet at a great price. After sitting in the sales office, I was offered a "2 for 1" sale. Buy one get one free! I didn't want two cars! I asked for a discount on the car we were looking at and when he said okay, I thought we were going to get a super deal. Turns out he marked the original price up and then gave me a 'discount'. When I brought it to his attention that the advertised price was quite a bit lower....oh, then the discount wouldn't apply. The salesman gave me a glowing report of 'free' oil changes for two years as part of the $2500 service contract. Oh yes....I can get nitrogen in the tires for life for $169! (My bad that I didn't catch that on the contract.) All of these things I could live with BUT today even with a 9 am appointment for an oil change I waited for 2-1/2 hours and in the mean time they were continually trying to sell me things. We're not unhappy with the car, but please don't fall for the free oil change scam. it's not worth it to spend so much time sitting there. I for sure am going to express my negative feeling to corporate on my review.

Just wasted our Friday evening! My husband called on a Ford Explorer that was listed ready today. He spoke with Shola, in internet sales, to confirm that the vehicle was available and told him we would be down tonight to see it. He called again before we left to make sure Shola was available and to let him know we were on the way. He was told Shola was there and available. We arrived 15 minutes later and we were guided inside and left to wait for 15 minutes before another sales lady came to tell us Shola was working with another client, so she was going to take us to see the car. She was nice and got our two children crayons and coloring pages and water bottles for us all and then we walked to a tent where that apparently serves for their Used Car Sales. Again we were left waiting in what looked and sounded like a bad 80's wedding reception complete with round tables with red, blue and black table clothes. All that was missing was Adam Sandler on stage singing, but what the heck it is used cars. Their main showroom was nice. Finally the sales lady came back and said she couldn't find the car in the inventory. My husband offered her the stock number and she confirmed it was in the system ready for sale; however, it was in some area that was closed so she would have to check with her sales manage. Again we were left waiting. She finally returned and said it was in the area where the car is checked over before it can be sold, so it would be "a couple days" before it was ready. My husband said, "But I called and your internet ad shows it has been here 3 days and is ready for sale. The pictures show it on the lot and Shola told me it was available. He knew I was coming to see and drive it." She said we could see it, but couldn't drive it....that is once she found the vehicle. We could walk around with her or she could come back for us. Obviously at this point we were done and not interested in giving them any business. So disappointing, because we were in high hopes that as a long standing family run dealership that we would not experience the same old car dealership tactics we all know and deplore. More disappointing to us is we are a family that works 6 days a week and evenings and my husband happened to get off early. We had a nice dinner and movie planned, but instead grabbed fast food and drove down in the rain to see a vehicle that wasn't even available after we called to make sure it was. It is disrespectful and dishonest to advertise and verbally say that a vehicle is on the lot ready to go.

One of the poorest dealer experiences I have ever had. Scheduled an appointment to go over a 2015 Mustang GT Premium. Checked in with receptionist. The sales guy I was supposed to have was wrapping up with a customer and I got someone else. Disappointing because he seemed cool and enthusiastic over the phone. Replacement salesperson was completely uninterested in selling me a car. Maybe because I m 22 and she was under the impression I m just trying to take an expensive vehicle out for a joyride. She was completely silent during the awkward test drive, in which this car performed terribly. Icing on the cake being the wrench light suddenly popping up mid-drive. I own an EcoBoost Mustang so I m already familiar with this platform, and I noticed a few other issues in the 5 minutes I spent with this GT. Couldn t believe they had it for sale at 9k above Internet price! At the end of the drive, I got out of the car, salesperson got out, and we stood in silence for 20 seconds as I anticipated her to show SOME sort of enthusiasm. Walked way from that steaming pile of garbage (which looked unacceptably worse in person than it did the online photos) and I ll spend my money somewhere else.

Online price was not at all the same as price of car. Buying used but they still tried to tack on about $2000 in extras. Accessories that the original owner paid for. Tinted windows? C'mon. Overall highly disappointed.

I negotiated an out the door price of $16k including dealer fees. I was very clear that this price was to include the dealer fees, tax, title, and registration. The sales manager said he didn t think he could get the rate I was pre-approved at, and came back with a payment schedule at the higher rate. When they ran my credit, I got the same rate that I was pre-approved for. I asked him why my payments were still the same as the higher rate payment schedule, and he said it was because they added an extended warrantee. I agreed to the extended warrantee and signed the paperwork. When I went to make my first payment, I noticed the amount financed was $3,000 higher than what I agreed to. Turns out they still added the dealer fees AFTER the out the door price we agreed to, and then swindled me into signing by telling me it was just the extended warrantee that increased the price we negotiated. So when you are signing paperwork just make sure you ask about dealer fees and ask to see the dealer installed equipment fees in writing before you sign. I get that it how they make their money, but it was very dishonest how they went about it.

I tried to buy a new vehicle one 40 days ago, I dealt with three sellers in person and one online and everyone came out liars have no word is the worst thing that has touched me as far as car purchases are concerned

Id have to say this is the worst experience going to a car dealership.. Making me, my fiance and our newborn walk the lot for 30 minutes going to 3 different lots is absolutely inexcusable. And then saying you could pay off my car and then said you couldn't is utterly ridiculous. And then telling me my best bet on my car is to have it repo'd.More than 3 hours later, no vehicle, hit my credit score and a crying baby. Will NEVER return here. Went to HYATT CAR dealership and paid off my car and got me into another one in less than an hour.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!

I contacted Couresty Chevrolet regarding a 2008 Corvette they had for sale. I was calling from the SF bay area so I had to negotiate a price over the phone as their asking price was quite a bit higher than market value.

After speaking with Nate the salesman he transferred me to Brock one of the used car sales manager he lowered the price to something I was comfortable with then he tacked on over $2,000 of dealer fees. I said I'll pass as that seemed a bit shady. Nate then contacted me after several days whilst I was looking at other options. We then agreed on a price for the vehicle with no dealer fees. Which I was happy with, after reading some reviews of the dealer it seems they have a way of "slipping" in fees without the buyer knowing. So I had Nate send me a copy of the purchase order to verify before I flew down to pick up the vehicle. The price was as agreed no hidden fees and I felt comfortable. We already had the term, OTD price and financing settled.

I flew to Phoenix that weekend to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived Nate greeted me and was a very nice salesman he showed me the vehicle and it was beautiful just as described EVEN better. Nate was a great salesman and I was happy to work with him. (That's the only good part about this experience)

After a test drive we sat down with Martha one of the finance managers she was very nice and professional. We went over options for warranty and additional accessories which I declined, we were about to sign the purchase contract but then she started to get busy and she handed me off to the finance manager Jeremy that had just come on to shift. The price on the contract at this point was as previously agreed and she had no mention of me being required to buy anything else.

We waited for another thirty minutes before we sat down with Jeremy he was very talkative and for a reason. He was rushing us and keeping us distracted. Before I had arrived we agreed on an 84 month term with NO hidden fees or "extras". He then started to tell me I had to purchase the tire protection in order to get the 84 month term because he was "buying the bank down" (LIE). At the time I was feeling rushed and I had a long drive back so I reluctantly agreed. As he reprinted the purchase contract I noticed there was about $2800 in "Additional accessories" added. I brought this up and then he began spouting off the same thing about how its a "buy down" so I could get the 84 month term and he said that the dealer was paying it. (LIE) FRAUD! I believed him and was rushed as he knew this too so I signed and went on my marry way. MISTAKE.

After returning home I looked over the contract closer and he just charged me an extra $2800 for NOTHING. He said the dealer was paying it which was a bold face lie along with the whole "buy down" thing.

I've contacted the dealer several times and received NO response except from my salesman Nate, he apologized and was very confused he said he would have someone call me but no one has. I have left several message with Barry and attempted to contact Brock as well.

With no help from the dealer I have contacted an attorney.

BUYER BEWARE. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had, I cannot believe a business would conduct themselves in this manner by conning customers into things like this. Despicable. I would expect this from a small sleazy used car dealership but not a MAJOR Chevrolet dealer.

Had a great experience shopping for vehicle at Courtesy Chevy. The sales staff worked with me to get in the price range I was comfortable with. The finance guy was friendly and quick which helped because it was late and we had two little boys that needed to get to bed. I will definitely look here when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle in the future.

"John Dahle was very good to us. John was not pushy nor did he try and push us to make a purchase. I would and will definitely refer anyone I know that is looking to make a vehicle purchase, to John Dahle at Courtesy Chevrolet. I grew up seeing my parents make all our vehicle purchases at Courtesy Chevrolet, and through all these years they still provide the highest level of Excellence & Customer service"

Went in 11/4/2013 to test drive economy cars. Chose a Volt. After agreeing on a price for the trade-in, after the first ridiculously lowball offer, shook hands on the deal. Waited 45 minutes only to have the salesman state they couldn't give me the amount I wanted for trade-in. Salesman was very persistent, attempting to save the deal. I requested my keys back not once, twice but three times. Third time, raised my voice. Salesman told me I needed to expletive 'Calm Down'. His parting shot was 'Now I'll take my time'. Went into Managers office after waiting another 15 minutes demanding my keys when they arrived. If you are interested in Bait and Switch tactics and being treated with disrespect, than the laughingly named 'Courtesy' Chevrolet is the place for you!

I got the oil changed in my 2005, 1/2, 4x4, Chevrolet pickup that I had purchased from Courtesy Chevrolet. The oil change is part of the purchase package with the truck. It was done perfectly as is normal for Courtesy Chevrolet service. Tim Jackson took charge in this and after it was completed he informed me of a small oil leak that they (Courtesy technicians), would like to look at the next time I came in. I thanked him for informing me to this notice and made a note to check my driveway for tell tale signs of the leak. Great team!

I went to Courtesy Chevrolet Friday afternoon to see what they have. I told my salesman Fabian that I just wanna look around, and he didn't try to urge me to make up a decision. I told him what I'm looking for and what my budget is, and then he recommended some cars that met the criteria. I left without buying a car because I wanted more time to do more research around the valley. Fabian was showing respect to my choice and told me to make the best judgment for myself. I am one of those people who don't like to deal with salesman, but Fabian didn't give me that impression; instead he was being respectful and understandable, in which I feel less stress and nervous.
After researching and car-hunting around the valley, I decided to come back the next day and test drove the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. From test-driving to deal-making, Fabian was being super friendly and considerate. He made sure that I fully understand what I needed to know about the car and that he explained well. Fabian is also very caring that he searched around the store trying to find a phone charger for me.
This is my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the experience has been great and not a lot of hassle/stress. Definitely recommended!

Scheduled my appointment for recall and they took care of everything. The service tech also advised me of oil changes available. I also informed them of radio problem which they took care of also. They said they would email me a survey but I never got one.

Second visit to the service shop as my primary battery was not holding a charge. Jeremy helped me out this time and the battery was replaced under warranty after it was evaluated. The only minor issue was I had a new key made for my 2003 Suburban at the parts department that doesn't work. They used my VIN number to key it and I bought the car at this dealership. I haven't followed up on that yet. Great service by all departments overall.

I'm regretting that I went to courtesy chevrolet. The sale manager rip me offor so badly. I bought a car which the price is $14,000 and I ended up $30,000 on my loan contract. I'm so pass off. going to this dealer is the worst and disgraceful decision I've ever made in my entire life. By the way this is my first time buying new car and I didn't have any experience, they took advantage of it. I'm telling you guys if you do not have experience with buying new car, don't ever ever ever go there.

They call me multiple times a week. They won't stop calling even asking them to stop calling me. The sad thing is I even bought a vehicle which was a mistake as it's junk and I have had to put thousands into just to make it run properly. Don't get scammed and harassed daily. Go somewhere else.

The service is outstanding. I've been to other dealerships, but Courtesy Chevrolet, by far, is the best dealership I have experienced. I came into the dealership explaining what I needed and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. I did not feel pressured into any decision. This was truly a wonderful experience. I will definitely refer anyone who needs a vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet. Thank you to Anthony and Daryl.

My experience at Courtesy Chevrolet was absolutely excellent. My visit happened on a Saturday afternoon. I had spent the entire morning looking for a car with my family because my previous car had been wrecked in an accident. By the time we got to Courtesy I was already tired of looking at cars all day in the heat. My husband insisted that we take a look, so I not-so-enthusiastically obliged. Enrique Velazquez, one of the salesmen at the location, approached us with a very welcoming smile. He immediately began asking what kind of a car we were looking for and where our budget was. He kindly let us test drive the Nissan Altima that I now own. We all agreed that that was the car we wanted to take, so Enrique and the Courtesy Chevrolet team worked with us on the price and monthly payment until we all reached an agreement. Everyone at this location was very kind and welcoming to us, and I walked away a happy customer at the end of the day. I especially want to thank Enrique for saving the day. I honestly thought I was going to be carless for another week, but he managed to pull through for me. Overall, excellent place.

I only give two stars because of the staff it must be hard working in the chaos. Usually my husband goes in for our oil changes. Today I decided to go get it done. I have never felt like I've been forgotten like I do here. I was told an oil change would take an hour to an hour and a half with our scheduled appointment. Here is it an hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. The gentleman a head of me said he has been waiting two hours. absolutely ridiculous if I would have known it would have taken this long I would have made different arrangements so I'm supposed to be leaving to pick up my sister from the hospital but instead am stuck still waiting.

I really want to thank Mr. Carlos Valenzuela and Mr. Juan Larios for helping me and for taking their time with me between yesterday and today with purchasing my new car! They both took their time with me, showing me the cars I was interested in and letting me test drive them. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about each car and I really want to thank them for giving me an experience like no other. Carlos Valenzuela was very friendly and patient with me and I really appreciate that he was not pushy or trying to pressure me at into buying a car. When I came back today Juan Larios remembered me and was happy to pick up back where we left off. I was able to pick a car out today and drive home with it in way less time that I thought it was going to take! Thank you Carlos Valenzuela and Juan Larios for helping me, I greatly appreciate it!!!

Our Main goal was to leave the dealer with a new car. The car we had was a disappointment and my children will always tell us that they want a new car. Thanks to Jamie Philips helped us get a 2018 Chevy Cruze. Something WAY BEYONG OF WHAT WE EXPECTED! Thank you! My kids are happy and we are as well. We are speechless! Thanks again!

They were quick, friendly, and offered great customer service. I believe Curtis, the employee that was in charge of my appointment, went above and beyond. He was in contact with me the entire day keeping my informed as my car was being worked on. In the end he even helped me get a lower price than originally quoted.

Terrible service. Was quoted a price by the salesman and a higher one by the finance guy. At that point was told they could not give me the price and payment quoted bu the salesman. Should have walked out. Will never be back. Only gave them 2 stars because I liked the car.
Update: Tried to contact the email address below, doesn't work. Typical.
Updated to one star as it has been a month since my purchase and they still have not submitted the permanent registration.

This was the only dealership out of 10 I tried (including Peoria ford and all the others that claim they accept bad credit, low money down, etc) that was willing to work with me to get a car. They even came and picked me up because I didn't have a vehicle to get there! They worked so hard to get me a loan and they did. They have a spacious waiting area with a full snack bar and always provide free refreshments. Even though I purchased a used vehicle, it came with a 25k warranty AND free oil changes. I just took it in for my first oil change with them and was out of there in 30 minutes. Love this place and still recommend them to everyone!!!

Just watch the salesman here. They sold us a warranty on our car, when it still had a factory warranty still. They lied and told us the warranty was expired. We found out later it wasn't. They are scandalous. I've had to argue to get something replaced under the factory warranty as well. Their warranty they sell you has a $500 deductible.

It's everything you would expect in a car dealership. As far a their service department goes, they could be more honest with wait times. And why make an appointment for an oil change if it is going to take just as long as if I drove up on my own?

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox at Courtesy Chevrolet on Camelback. This is my absolute one stop shop when I am in the market for a new vehicle! Lamar Mclaughlin has been an invaluable asset to me, providing his direct line, responding to all my questions or concerns in a prompt manner and always making me feel like the most important customer there. I truly appreciated all the efforts he put in to ensuring I was able to get the right car for myself and my family and I look forward to my next car purchase @courtesychevrolet

We went there looking to purchase a car. We weren t sure what we wanted and at first didn t feel the vibe as we got followed by a salesman after telling him we were just looking. As we were back at our car we were approached by James Remy. He was very polite and non pushy. He listened to us and showed us multiple options. He was extremely patient as we spent a total of 5 hours there looking and testing different cars. He helped with a smile the whole entire time. Very professional and an amazing place. . We liked the service that we bought two cars. I highly recommend them. If you can ask for James

My husband and i found a vehicle that we were extremely excited to purchase and was being sold at this dealership. The negotiation process took a bit of time but we walked away with a pretty good deal. We only asked for two simple request and were told they would be taken care of. A good detail and tuning of the squeaky brakes. "we promise we will get it taken care of." A couple of days later my husband goes to pick up the vehicle and the buffing was terrible!!! We spoke to them and agreed it was unacceptable and told us the detail dept didn't want to wash the car for a second time but asked us to leave vehicle so the job could be done correctly. Already fed up and ready to leave, we noticed the antenna was missing. The salesman and another associate began to look for it and we were so frustrated that someone shouts, "found it" and the gentleman tried screwing it on and what do you know, it didn't fit. The antenna was taken off of another vehicle! Turns out they left the antenna on when they ran it through the car wash and it broke off! This is a silly mistake that professionals shouldn't make. We AGAIN left our vehicle for a few more days. Left it thursday and picked up Sunday. The car looked better, finally. We got home and what did we notice when we closed the cargo door, white scratches on black paint. Not minor scratches, large deep streaks!!! We sent a picture to the salesman and he told us to bring it in once again. Very disappointed with the professionalism at the dealership. Every employee should be trained again including supervisors and management. Please inspect things carefully. Do a job right the first time and the customer wont bother you again. If they would have kept it simple and said from the beginning, 'you buy the car as is" not "we will take care of it!" its not about telling customers what they want to hear. Customer service and loyalty go hand in hand. To say the least, we were very disappointed with this company.

Shady. I am a GM employee and gave them my Family First auth code. I couldnt understand the difference in the GM quote and the Courtesy quote. What I finally figured out was that Courtesy substituted "Market" price for MSRP in the fine print. Funny, the difference between "Market" price and MSRP was within $1 of my 'employee discount'. Very unethical and sheisty. Buyer beware

I had an 10am appointment for an oil change and diagnostic to find out what was wrong with my Air Conditioning. I was told the diagnostic would be completed by 1pm so I waited in their lobby. At 2pm, I reached out to my service advisor AJ (he did not reach out to me) and he stated he was still awaiting the report. A little after 4pm, I reached out again and was told that the A/C would need several parts replaced and he would need time to complete the estimate. However, due to my extended warranty, he couldn't complete it until Saturday morning and repairs wouldn't be completed until Tuesday. As I lived outside the courtesy shuttle range, I had to wait in the lobby until 530pm until a friend was able to pick me up. Saturday came and went, I received no contact from the service advisor or dealership on my vehicle. Sunday the service center was closed, Monday was a holiday (I was unsure if the service center was open). Tuesday afternoon, I contacted the service center as I still had not received a call and was told my service advisor was not in, but someone would contact me over the phone about my estimate. A few moments later I received an email estimate for full price repairs - no mention of the extended warranty. No phone call from the dealership. I attempted to contact the service center back, however, was either placed on hold or nobody picked up the call. I emailed back the 'new' advisor who sent me the quote and asked about the warranty. He mentioned he was not aware of it, but due to the time of the day, it would have to wait until Wednesday and he would follow up with my service advisor to ensure it was taken care of. Wednesday came and went, I did not receive a call or email as a follow up to my vehicle from any advisor. Thursday morning I received a call from my service advisor AJ, saying that he left ill Saturday, and that nobody had picked up his vehicles that were already being serviced. He apologized, and stated my warranty was approved, and my car repairs were underway. I could pick up my vehicle Friday evening. I stated I would be there at 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and the car repairs were not done yet. I waited until close to 6pm before the car was ready and I was able to leave. The oil change was completed, however the oil life % meter wasn't reset. For the more than one week that my car was in the service center, all I received was a poor apology and an excuse for why I wasn't contacted. If my advisor was ill, then there should be procedures in place for his work to be picked up and at least me contacted to say there would be a delay. I was without a car for a week when it should have only been 1-2 days had things been handled in a timely manner. Due to my anger of the situation, I chose not to speak to someone at the time of vehicle pickup as I was already late for a dinner reservation. If I didn't have to bring the vehicle to Courtesy Chevrolet for the extended warranty work, I wouldn't have gone there as I wasted a day of PTO sitting the lobby and experienced unnecessary stress without a vehicle. Warranty work is the only work I will do at this location as in this instance I saved $1500+.

Really, 5 stars. I shopped around at 3 other Chevy dealers and they were not interested in selling me the car I wanted, for the deal I wanted. I was not asking for much, trade in my truck and have the lowest payment possible on the car. I went into Courtesy and right away they made me feel like I was a wanted customer. Robert Hammons did not pressure me, or make me feel uncomfortable. The deal went smooth, fast, and painless. They offer 3 years of free oil change, which is always nice. Highly recommend Courtesy Chevrolet, I will not do business with the other dealerships again after my experience at Courtesy.

The salesperson we spoke with pressured us a lot even after telling him everything we didn't like about the car. He kept coming back with "great news" about the deal he could offer us. After telling him we weren't interested his manager came over and very condescendingly asked us why we wouldn't just buy that car today. The experience could have been much more pleasant.

Worst dealership in Phoenix. Don t believe any salesmen from this dealership. Also if they advertise at a price, know that in little writing, you will have to pay an extra $3000.00 on top of sale price for a package most dealers give you an option to buy, but this dealer forces you to get. Ten minutes after leaving dealership they raised the price of the vehicle from $21,500.00 it was advertised for to $25,999. So why not make us pay for extra stuff to make up for their mispricing. They have no clue what they are doing. Went to another dealership and got treated properly with no hidden cost. It was all upfront like it should be.
