Watch out if you buy a used vehicle from these people. They don't really do a full inspection on every vehicle. Nor do they care about service after they sell you a vehicle. They do just enough on the vehicle to make it last 3 months. Make it look like everything is working. If something isn't right or goes wrong. Then its excuse after excuse why its not there fault and nothing they can do to help. Also if you are trying to buy a used vehicle from them. Make sure to look at the price of the vehicle online. As they will try to get more money out of you and try to make it seem like you get a good deal. Overall if there are not going to be getting more money from you then you're just wasting there time. There's no "Courtesy" to be found there.

Very bad experience. They charged thousands of dollars to my loan for accessories without my knowledge. I have never experienced this kind of transaction with other dealers. Will not come back to this place.
Vehicle shopping was really good....I'm not too sure about the service department. I know I need to get lube oil and filter change done to my Equinox, but the service department won't even look at the vehicle. It's been almost 7 months since I bought the vehicle, I feel like I deserve some better treatment
We drove from CA to Phoenix because this dealership offered a great value on the vehicle we wanted. Amber was extremely professional and treated us well. The entire process flowed well from beginning to end and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive to this dealership again.
Worst experience ever tonight. Bait and switch tactics. I have AAA. I'm thinking I'm going to use their free car broker service. I'm so angry at the bait and switch tactics that happened at Courtesy Chevrolet. I was dealing with Oscar on Saturday who I supposedly had an appointment with today, but when I got to my scheduled appointment, he had left for the day, so another guy was assigned to help me, Ryan. This guy instead of starting off where I'd left off with everything Saturday, started the whole process from scratch, and even went back to saying he could get me a new car after I told him I already tried that and it wouldn't get approved and that anyway, I had always been interested in a pre-owned car. I even told him which car I was interested in. He took all my information again and ran my credit, again. They should have had a file started on me with all my information from Saturday. I told him what I was able to put down but as a deferred down which is what I'd agreed to on Sat. After waiting about an hour and a half, he comes back and tells me he can't sell me any car new or pre-owned unless I agree to $2500 down. I tell him, "no way! That's never going to happen! I'm just going to walk away." I get up. He then says they have other banks that would approve me, but the finance guy who deals with that financing went home at 5 because he only works during banking hours. I tell him that I'm mad because he's giving me a completely different story from the one Oscar did on Saturday and way worse numbers, a much worse deal, and I feel mislead. He gets defensive and says he'd never lie. I say that might be true and maybe the other Oscar made a mistake with me on Sat when he scheduled my appointment for after 5, and that I was lead to believe that the only thing I needed today was my pay stub, and then we'd finalize the financing we started Saturday, test drive cars I qualified for and do final negotiations and I'd have a car tonight or tomorrow night at the latest. I told him I don't like what happened and that I was tired, had worked all day, and was leaving. He said fine, didn't offer to get the sales manager, or try to set up an appointment for Saturday with my original salesperson, Oscar, or somebody in pre-owned since according to him, "I'm a new car salesman." He seemed like he didn't want to sell me a car at all unless I could get him a certain type of commission frankly. The guy I was working with Saturday was also a "new car guy," but he wanted to sell me a car. He was fine showing me pre-owned and was worried I wouldn't come back when I left on Saturday. Now this dealership completely lost my business because of how this guy handled everything tonight and because I felt like they were using bait and switch tactics on me, and didn't seem to care about getting my business or the bad word of mouth that's the result of how poor my experience was overall.
When I have them my trade in and the deal didn't work out, I asked for my old car back. When they were mad I wouldn't take the deal they pushed really hard on, they ripped out my front passenger seat belt mechanism. Don't know why, but they did. They tried to tell me that I brought it in that way. Really?!
We spent 2 hours agreeing upon a price that was listed on the website, Anthony talked to his manager and got him to agree after he spent a lot of time trying to convince us that the price on the website is hypothetical for people who qualify for all the discounts (i.e. USAA and farmers') not the sticker price. Then when we were about to finalize everything, he needed to confirm with his manager and he came back with a different vehicle price than what we agreed upon and tried to convince me of other ways to lower monthly payments. Maybe the service was good until the financing. I shouldn't have even inquired about financing with them. It ruined my experience and I had to walk out of there, upset, lied to and disappointed.
Ive seen so many people disgusted with this place. They have horrible service. My friend bought a car there turns out to b a lemon and management wont take it back. Its in the shop once a week shes paying for a car she cant even drive. It was in a big accident and never told her. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. She is going thru breast cancer treatment and has to worry about how to get to the doctors. Heartless at courtesy chevorlet

Don't buy a part unless you know it's the right part because once it's installed theirs no returning it or exchanging it. Sad I even got car from same place sands Chevrolet soon as graduation is over I'm gonna go to Honda and trade it in and I wantes to return thermostat and buy full assembly to thermostat. Policy sucks and ima post this on every Chevrolet reviews on all company's in Arizona go to oreilys or auto zone they'll return it with no problem installed are not. Warning to all chevy part buyers

Ivan and Ken were really amazing and helpful with getting me into a car. Before coming to Courtesy Chevrolet I worked with two other dealerships that sugar coated everything when working me. I was told that everything was great and excellent but in the end I was still without a car. Ivan and Ken did not sugar coat and instead they reassured me they would do what they could to help me get into a car. I really appreciate everything and everyone that helped me at Courtesy Chevrolet and will be my first recommendation for anyone I know that needs a vehicle.
Buyers beware!! Very shady dealings at this dealership. I came in for a 2016 f150 2wd for $16,000 as advertised. They added $3000 in fees PLUS wanted to charge me 22.8% interest with 670 credit score! Isn t the 22.8% enough of a amount to make on the loan?? No they wanted to tack on another $3000 to the price of the vehicle. Finance manager treated me like I was dumb.

Went in to look at cars. Sat down to just run some rough numbers, told the salesman I didn't want him to pull my credit yet because I didn't want it to affect my score. I just get a rough idea of what interest rates and monthly payments would be, and when I was ready to purchase he could pull my credit then. Guess what? They ran my credit anyway and dinged me a few points on my credit score...for a car I didn't even want to buy. Beware!

I had a "buyer inspection" done on a used truck I was going to purchase. Meaning the service department was supposed to look the truck over, top to bottom and tell me if it's a good buy. They do a 140 point inspection or something along those lines, it was around $120. Well they did this and gave me the report with some basic fixes. But as I took the truck in to get repaired by my mechanic, he pointed out at least 15 basic things the dealership missed, ranging from, the truck had been in an accident, all the way to, the air filter wasn't even on the truck. How in the world can you miss things like this? I sent an email to the dealership and never got anything resolved. All they tried to do was sell me a new truck. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere!!

Not really pleased with this company. They originally have you give them a 5 star rating and promise to send you a 50.00 gas voucher which I never received. I have had my vehicle just over a year and it's having multiple problems. There has been 7 recalls on my vehicle and the dealership did not notify me once, and every time I call the reception talks so fast I have no idea what was said. I heard they had a great transfer program but now that my 2014 Chevy Cruise is not working I do not trust their "certified" vehicles anymore. This is now my third Chevy that I have owned and I've never had problems with any of them prior to this one so I feel like the salesman sold me a bad car.
The managers, and salesmen here are almost your typical high pressure sales persons, only worse. They will definitely reassure you that a deal is possible no matter the outcome. I had gone there two days in a row and dealt with 2 managers, and 3 salesmen. One of which was a a** hole when I said i wouldnt deal with him. Even with a pre-approval, they were too dumb to listen to my needs. Also, if your trading in a vehicle expect terrible numbers they WILL NOT move on. The used car appraiser is the definition of the word "dumb". They put me at $4k below WHOLESALE BOOK. I will never even consider this dealership in future purchases.

Took my less then a year old silverado crew cab ltz in for a oil change {bought at courtesy} and they WRECKED IT,down the right side rear door to the tire,they tried to fix it in their body shop but did not do it right,Told us they would take care of us but that meant something different then we thought.The service director Mr Neely talked to the owner about the repairs and some cash to make up for the loss of the truck not being factory new. Said they would make us a good deal on a new truck but then offered us below blue book on the truck they wrecked. The owner calls that making us whole, We don't know way we are the ones taking a loss for their mistake, were is the customer service they brag about.
Complete scam! Terrible dealer! Do not go here! They tried to get me in a 19.5 percent APR loan for 72 months, are you crazy?! That's almost $9000 in interest on a used car that is priced at $9777 online that you somehow end up paying $15000 for with a 4200 dollar down payment!??? Makes no sense... So messed up they will scam you!
The place is ok, but I was lied to about my oil changes. They told me I would have 3 free oil changes, but only got one. I appreciate that they provided me so much information about my vehicle, but the labor costs for what they told me are way too much. I wish dealerships would care more about their customers instead of trying to make a buck.

I have been a customer since 2012; within that time frame I have purchased 3 vehicles to include 2 referrals which have purchased an additional 3 vehicles. My most recent purchase a month ago I must say was a nightmare and has made me question my future business with this dealership. Finance Contacted me a week after the purchase on a Wednesday and requested I go back to re-sign because the original contract was voided and the new contract was going from a 3.9% to a 5.9% interest rate (Which was quite a shocker since that was never mentioned during the negotiation/original term of agreement); may I add my credit was queried a total of (4) time throughout the month of November by Courtesy which is not good. The sad part was the Finance manager contacted me and informed me if I did not come in by the end of that week they will not be compensating me for my time/drive which right off the bat left me in disbelief. Once all was said and done I attempted multiple time to contact someone from management their in order to speak to them about this experience; after multiple call attempts and voicemails left, not one person from Courtesy Chevrolet has returned my call or attempted to follow up. I recently completed a survey from GM which was emailed to me which was rated very poorly. After a few days of completing that survey a Service Manager from Courtesy Chevrolet named Mike Dyer responded to my survey in order to contact them in regards to that matter which I emailed the email address provided and was returned as invalid. I have also attempted to contact my Sales Associate which I have had no luck in getting any sort of call back or response. After all this I have come to the conclusion that this dealership will only provide you that great Customer Service to get you to purchase however once they've received their money the customer service disappears.

We purchased a 2018 Colorado. After a few weeks my husband noticed that the rear of the truck bed was notably an inch lower on the Drivers side than on the passengers side. They refused to fix the problem. Initially when I tried calling the Service Department I was transferred to a Full Mail Box. I finally had to call the Sales Department to get anyone to answer their numbers. Think Twice then think again before using these guys. BTW Bernard in their Service Department was great. Their Service Manager is more dull than wheat toast.

Good customer service. Service department could improve the wait times for scheduled service. The furniture is disgusting. I could not even sit the whole 2 hours I was waiting for my oil change. The food/drink concessions is the worst of any dealership i have been to. There is no complimentary snacks or drinks.

Great service. Showed up early hoping to get in and out early... Thats exactly what happened, and very comfortable lounge/cafe area to sit and have a coffee and relax during the visit.
Purchasing my vehicle was simple and easy, they lived up to the price I offered and worked with me to make a deal. They keep their web site up to date with new and used vehicles. The problem I had was with maintenance took two weeks and the repairs that they said where done did not need to be done. Also there was wires that had been cut causing issues with my radio and overhead dvd player which worked prior to them doing any maintenance. So if you buy a used vehicle make sure to note things that are wrong and not prior to maintenance inspections.
THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR INTERNET PRICING. THEY HAVE A CAR POSTED FOR $41,555 ON THE INTERNET AND WHEN I INQUIRE THEY SAY THEY WILL SELL IT TO ME FOR THE LOW PRICE OF $44,000!!!! I ASKED LAMAR WHY CAN'T YOU HONOR THE INTERNET PRICE AND HE SAID HE HAD MORE THAN THAT IN IT. OK, SO BE ETHICAL AND ADVERTISE AT THE PRICE YOU PLAN ON SELLING!!!! THEY ALSO SAID THEY HAD (YES, HAD) TO CHARGE 8.7% TAX TO ME EVEN THOUGH I LIVE IN ALABAMA. PRETTY SURE THAT IS DOUBLE TAXATION. I TRIED ANOTHER SALESMAN AND SAME RESULT!!! BOTH PROMISED ME A CALL BACK......CRICKETS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THEIR "EXCITING TENT SALE". LOOK AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THE CANNED RESPONSE FROM "BLONG" ON ALL OF THEM. NO, I'M NOT GOING TO EMAIL YOU.

They have now rotated a tire that is leaking twic3 and told me it was fixed both times! When I bought the car they said they would help me move heavy things from the back of my old car that I was trading in and the salesman left for a half an hour so I did it myself! It's too ridiculous for words!

Asked their internet chat a simple question. The only answer "Kyle F." would give was along the lines of, "What is your information so I can have someone call you?" If I wanted to have a phone conversation, I would have called. After several staunch refusals to answer I'm met with "I'm sorry you're not satisfied ... Sales would love to hear from you... Happy Holidays" and terminating the chat session.
If you are looking to buy from Chevrolet Courtesy, I highly recommend Jeremiah! He was very helpful and did everything he could to get me my 2020 Camaro SS! The no addendum charges was awesome. I first went to Chevrolet Chapman and they were not as helpful it was impossible to get an SS. I am glad i went to go see Jeremiah at Courtesy because he made it happen! Although, the car had a cigarette smell Jeremiah made sure to take care of it .

We purchased our Chevy traverse (2014) from Courtesy Chevrolet in Nov. 2016. The salesman Joe Vassis took pride in making sure we had the vehicle exactly how we needed it. He was eager to please and wanted us to walk away happy. I had three children with me and he offered to buy them ice cream to make sure we were all happy and comfortable. The kids received coloring books, crayons, and little hot wheel cars to take home. This isn't something that is done by most places I've been and really sets them apart! Perhaps for the sale you might wonder? No, this man did these things after we signed paperwork and came back to have our deal honored. I know it helped me when there is nothing to do but wait for paperwork. We had some minor things that needed to be addressed with the vehicle. When it came to the final product, he made sure it got done right. We are pleased with the time and effort he took for us, we will refer him to anyone who will listen. Thanks Joe!!!
