The GMC Precertification and extended warranty was a big issue with my purchase. I purchased the vehicle on May 23rd, Not even 30 days of purchase the Truck breaks down on June 13th , I couldn't get a covered rental because it would take the certified gm dealership to check the vehicle 5 days due to the amount of work they had ahead. I talked to the dealership about a possible loan since I traded in my old vehicle and not to mention I also put in 8k as a down payment on the deal. Dealership refused to provide a loan or rental. I purchased extended warranty even though the car was also pre-certified. I missed work for 3 days because of this situation.I called the sales manager to explain the situation and never received a call back.I will never buy from GM again and never from this dealership again. The only good thing that I can think about this experience is of course the Sales Representative did a great job finding my needs I understand he is not part of the management department.
