When I went in to redeem it the wash was closed due to the cold weather so they upgraded my wash to a Don's carwash! I was more than pleased with this! Thanks Corwin Team!

I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord with 66k miles on it, I own this car for about two months when the engine blew up. Then the real nightmare began after trying to deal with their service department which completely has no customer service at all. The service manager was a complete jerk, rude, insolent, disrespectful and snide. They would not deal with us at all on a proper resolution or at least discounting the cost of the service or labor to perform the repair. We were promised that they had been in contact with the Honda company of America to see if a recall was an option for us, but after all of the other misrepresentations and lies I doubt that they had even attempted to contact Honda at all.

I purchased a new Honda CRV EXL at Luther Honda in Hopkins, MN. It was a terrible experience. I happened to be visiting Fargo for the weekend and ran across Corwin Honda. I stopped in to to see if they could explain a few features since NOTHING was explained at the Luther Honda dealership . Josh Swanson @ Corwin went above and beyond to explain my new Honda CRV to me. He took an hour of his time to explain my vehicle properly to me. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from Corwin Honda & recommend them to others. That is true service when they put another dealers customer and treat them with such courtesy and respect.

Drove all the way from michigan to get a vehicle from these guys and definitely not disappointed! They were amazing to work with, the price was great, vehicle was in great condition. They kept it overnight to do some inspections and made sure it was roadworthy; fixed the issue and we were on our way! Very happy with the service, and definitely will recommend and come back when we decide to get a second vehicle!

I went to Corwin Honda just to 'look." I knew it was time to trade in my 2001 Dodge Caravan. Sales specialist Michael Haller met me on the lot and immediately I was impressed with his helpfulness and friendly personality. We sat down to talk about the kind of vehicle I was looking for. After a test drive in a 2011 Honda CRV, I fell in love with it! Michael and the finance staff worked with me to get my monthly payment into a range that I felt comfortable with. Michael continues to call me to see how I like the vehicle and if I have any questions or problems. I am very impressed with the customer service that Michael offers. And I love my CRV!

Great service and easy to schedule. I had a question related to an airbag replacement after I retrieved my vehicle which required me to come back in. However, they made sure to address my question quickly and were happy to make sure it was addressed. I will likely go here for all my future Honda related maintenance.

Worst car purchasing experience ever; and we have purchased few new vehicles so far. We were directly cheated when purchased our car from Corwin Honda. Were promised a new grill, if we purchased a car from them. We never saw the grill. Then they pushed this Multishield overpriced program at us in order to lower the interest rate on our loan. They had the audacity to ask for good review at the end. Lately they also refused to provide service under the "Multishield" . I wouldn't recommend going through a place like this to purchase a vehicle. It is a total SCAM! Travel to another town if you'd like a Honda!

We live in Texas and my wife was visiting her family in the Dakotas and Montana for a few months. She needed a vehicle to travel around and we wanted a reliable and highly safety rated SUV to drive our newborn around. We decided on a 2015 CRV. The problem was I'm in Texas whereas she was in Jamestown which is 80-90 miles away from Fargo. So I called them and managed to work with a nice lady called Rebecca. Though she sounded new and she was pretty accommodating (after consulting with her supervisor) because we had done our research and had fixed on a reasonable price we wanted to pay, the car color and also the CRV trim/model. All this was done through the phone without me or my wife having to step into their dealership. So this amount to a lot of trust required and they didn't let us down. They even outdid themselves by driving and delivering the CRV to my wife. To top it off, they did all the financing, title and licensing for me and the Texas license plates arrived in my mail a month or two later without me having to go to the Texas motor vehicle department at all. All we did was just pay a downpayment through the phone, get our documents signed/notarized and drop it off at the FedEx. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. No intense price haggling, wasting hours waiting, etc. I'm considering my future vehicle purchases with them and hopefully they can ship to Texas then. Highly recommended and I hope that you will have the same car buying experience like we had.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Salesmen were very pushy to the point it made me uncomfortable. Told me I couldn t leave the lot unless I had their insurance, gave inaccurate quotes from other insurance agency s in the area so I would go with theirs. (I ended up staying with my agent) I would never recommend going to them for any car needs. Overall they need to re-evaluate their business practices and be more honest with potential car buyers. O

Been there a couple times and the service is horrible. Brought in our new Honda Odyssey for service. I was told we would have a shuttle to take my 2 year old daughter and I back home immediately after I dropped it off. Instead, I sat for over 2 hours with a child seat and a 2 year old. They "accidently" came and went without me and my child after a driver finally arrived for the day. I ended up basically begging for a ride and was treated like a nuisance. I was told there was no more room after the van driver initially neglected to pick me up. If you have children and plan to take them to the kids area, you will not be seen and you will not be transported, no matter who you talk to. This happened twice to me and my child. The worst part was having the same problem with the vehicle door not closing before we even left the lot. I asked them to replace the sensor. Instead, my van is gone all day for service and I have to pay nearly the price for replacement only to be told, "It just needed to be cleaned." Having the door stuck open in the parking lot of Corwin when I went to try it and needing to be somewhere was almost enough to cause me to do some very distasteful things. Instead, I had to leave with the same problem I came in with. There was no more transportation service for the day, so I would need to bring it in another day for repair. I plan to drive to Grand Forks instead next time.

I recently worked with Corwin Honda to lease a new CR-V after my former lease expired. It was quite possibly the worst customer service experience I ve ever encountered. I signed papers for a 2019 CR-V EX. They did not have the color vehicle I wanted on the lot, but had one coming in so I agreed to wait. I was given a highly accurate arrival date that was 7-9 days after signing, which I agreed to. Once the arrival date came and went without the car showing up (and zero communication from Corwin), I contacted my salesman asking where it was. I was continually told it ll be here any day now and that it s on a truck on the way here. They also continuously claimed they had no way of tracking the vehicle once it was on the truck, and all they knew was that it d be here any day now. After 2 full weeks of waiting for the vehicle and many conversations with various people at Corwin, I was finally told the truth that the car was in fact at a dealership in Minnesota and would not be placed on a truck until that truck was full of new vehicles needing to be brought to Fargo.

At that point, I was frustrated and tired of being lied to so I asked to cancel the deal altogether. No money had been exchanged and I never received a vehicle so I had every right to back out. This is when the general manager called me and was incredibly rude. He continually told me that I was not being patient enough, he told me I can t blame Corwin as they are just the middlemen and that they are doing everything they can to get it here. I continually asked to cancel the deal, where at one point he laughed and said that wasn t possible. He also asked if the reason I wanted to cancel was because I could no longer afford it. After talking for over 30 minutes and him refusing to listen to me about canceling the deal, I ended the phone call. At this point I asked my father to help me out as I was getting nowhere with the staff. The GM would not take my father s calls so my dad went to Corwin in person and demanded the deal be canceled. Of course, the general manager was nothing but nice to him in person. They canceled the deal and promised to contact me with all of the information regarding the cancellation process. To this day, I have yet to hear anything from them. I have never felt so disrespected by a salesperson, or really anyone, in my life. Myself and my entire family will certainly never do business with Corwin again.

They've always been pleasant when I've been there, but the sales guys are pushy and obnoxious. I've only been here for service needs, but within the brief 30 seconds I'm outside walking to and from my car, I'm descended down upon like a hawk. I had an appointment to bring my car in for a recall, and had received a phone call that the part was ordered and would be there when I arrived. Well, I show up only to find out that they had sent the part back...? So that was incredibly inconvenient, and I had to wait another 4 weeks for the part to get in. I wouldn't go out of my way to bring my car back here for servicing or shop for future ones.

I lease a Honda Accord 2017. I commute 40 miles a day and during the past few winter storms, my car has handled beautifully on the slick roads! Not only is the car amazing but the staff at Corwin Honda is top of the line! My purchase was easy and quick, my services are timely and friendly, and the location is convenient! My hats off to the staff at Corwin Honda for making all of my car needs possible with a smile!

I wanted to get my car ready for a long trip that ...

I wanted to get my car ready for a long trip that I was going on this summer.
Totally got ripped off and worst part is issues still exist and I paid $900 (Isn't that hilarious!). Salesman was very good at selling me what he wanted and didn't care much about issues I had with my car. As a result he managed to made me pay twice as much as I budgeted for car service without fixing any of the stuff I wanted fixed.

Here is the list of issues I was concerned about and need fixed since I didn't wanted to take my vehicle in this condition on a long road trip.

-Horn doesn't work.
-Keyless entry does not work.
-Oil change
-Gear getting stuck at Parking
-Car start issue sometimes( had something to do with battery terminals not clean)
-Wheel alignment Issue

Here is what really got fixed and what additional things were sold to me.

-Oil change
-4 brand new tires (Talked me into it, it didn't seem like a critical thing to me.)
-axle fixing (They insisted to get this fixed and due to budget issue I had to compromise on other stuff)

After leaving vehicle with them for 2 days when I got my vehicle back it seemed to be working at first but then during my trip things they "fixed" starts to break down again. And on the top of all that CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.

In short, They are great salesmen they know how to sell things they want to sell and they seemed least concerned about customer's problems. (My friends warned me, I wish I had listened to them.)

Big fan of Honda but totally unsatisfied with Corwin Honda Services. Will be buying a new Honda Accord soon but NOT from Corwin.

George Shipley was direct, efficient, honest, and friendly in locating a quality vehicle to meet our needs. Had a minor issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase and without hesitation George had us bring it back to be corrected, gave us a temporary vehicle to use until the issue was resolved, and at no cost to us. Will need another vehicle by next year and we are already working with George to help us find our next vehicle. DJ Hawkinson was honest, diligent, and friendly in working with us on the final total vehicle cost, fees, and services to meet our budget.

He took me through the different vehicles I should consider and he made it all very easy to understand. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I would highly recommend you check this place out! I was really lucky. I walked into Corwin just to browse. I was expecting a big car dealership to be more stereotypical on the sales situation. Mike Sims showed us a bunch of new and used cars that fit what we wanted around the price we wanted. Ty also came and helped find us a great deal. It was an ideal situation because I didn't feel like I had to be a strong negotiator. They were easy and honest to work with. After we decided on the purchase (a couple days later), Isaac worked with us to make sure everything was as smooth as possible.

What made us lucky is that they worked out a great deal to help us through the covid pandemic. Carly worked with on the paperwork and was really patient when my wife had to drop out of the room to take a 45 min call as well.

A huge shoutout to Mike and Isaac from sales, another Mike from finances, Ty the new car manager, and Carly from the title office. They really did a great job making everything easy.

Double-check all paperwork because they will place things on the agreement that you never asked for like gap insurance or dealer installed aftermarket parts which they "forgot" to install, so you would be paying for something that you never asked for and isn't even on the vehicle. When confronted they will exclaim that they forgot, why do I keep hearing similar experiences from other people though? Corwin should be careful or the BBB will be called to investigate.

Worst place ever! Do not recommend! They lie when they say they inspect their vehicles! They will sell you something that will break down a month after you own it! Sell you an extended warranty that does not cover anything! Will Completely take advantage of a single mother buying her first car with financing! The service department will help fix it of course so they can get more money from you. Don't worry the guy who sells you the car in financing will not return your calls or help you with anything!

I m from grand forks and try my best to buy locally but I wanted a crv and they didn't have any on the lot so we took a drive to Fargo on s Sunday to avoid those pesty salesmen. I found a crv I liked so went back down there on Tuesday and met brad. Working with him was a pleasure. He certainly wasn't the pushy type of salesmen I m used to or I would have walked away. Brad was like an old friend then we started business. I felt I got a very fair price and told him I would b bringing my business back to him and would definitely recommend Corwin to my friends but especially to brad. U have a great employee in Brad I give him my highest recommendation

I worked with Jeff Fallgatter from their online marketing team - I emailed him on a Thursday afternoon about a car they just had in stock. Jeff called me at 7pm after they had closed to talk about the car and answer all my questions - I drove out there on Saturday to test drive it but wanted to have it inspected prior to purchasing. Jeff volunteered to take the car to a 3rd party inspector of my choosing the following Monday morning in order to ensure everything was in working order - the mechanics looked the car over and said everything was great. Jeff really went above and beyond in doing this as it was a 3 hour process at a mechanic not very close to the dealership. Needless to say that I drove out there a few days later and bought the car. This was the most headache free car buying purchase I have ever had and Jeff was directly responsible for it. Highly recommend working with Jeff and team!

I should have listened my buddy, 'Don't ever take your vehicle to these kinda dealers. They will rip you apart.' He meant it and I realize now that the salesperson was just fake. What a fool I have been to ask that person to go ahead and change the part, when i already knew that it would not cost as much as that person had given me a quote for. I did not want to do by myself and thought of letting them change it, but with slightly higher price. The time when I was there to pick my car, I realized that person was quoting for a pair of the repair parts instead of just one. Come on !!! The guy should have clarified me about that. They are simply cheaters. Be aware!!!

I bought a Honda Odyssey elite through the USAA buying progam as this ws the only dealer close to me. My salesperson was great every other part of the car buying process was a complete nightmare. Ended up paying twice the amount on the accessories I purchased. The end total ended up being 6K more than initially estimated. The receipt I was provided for the explanation of installation was a carbon copy receipt book that listed 6K as a single item. Similar to the way you could just write up a reciept for $6,000.00 and just add it to the cost of a vehicle. I was so mad that I almost returned the vehicle. In some ways I wish I would have. After all that, the van pulled to the left from the day I recieved it, I've been so anxious and emotional about my initial experience that I can't bring myself to call them about this as I'm sure it will just push me over the edge and I just don't want to deal with the stress.

After a day and a half of my calls being ignored when I called to discuss a vehicle I talked to them about, I finally figured out why. No one wanted to bother telling me the vehicle sold and they were content to waste my time while I tried to get ahold of them about it. Awful customer service and I will never have anything to do with this dealership.

Just wanted to let everyone know how terrible my experience with corwin honda was. The car was signed over to my girlfriend and the bank. One month later as she is supposed to get her first statement the car wasn't in her name. The statements were going to her fathers name. Her father never cosigned or even stepped into corwin. So how the statements were in his name is way beyond me. They also had her bring the jeep back in 1 month after she had already been driving the car. They said they forgot to inspect it. Now 2 months later she finally got her first statement in her name. They also did not inspect when we brought it there because the control arm in snapped in half. Looks like they tried to just wield the part back together, and the part looks years old. She could have got very very hurt if she did not notice and pull over. All i gotta say it took them 7 months to get our first statement out. And they sold us a vehicle that was not inspect before we bought it. No trust for these people please stay away from them.

Working with Payton was great. Knowledgeable salesman, friendly, and helped us through the entirety of our purchase. The whole process was almost perfect; but once the GM (Eric) got involved it went from a pleasurable experience, to almost breaking the sale entirely. Sam and Payton were great to work with. Both helped to keep the experience positive enough to prevent a fallout.

We have been looking for a Honda Pilot for about 4 months as our family has recently grown, not having any luck or having anyone willing to search for us much in Grand Forks, we had been recommended Corwin Honda from a good friend and she had given us Lance Webb name, he was wonderful! Worked with us over the phone, made anytime with with our schedule as we traveled over a hour because even just over the phone I was very impressed! My 2007 Honda Accord wouldn t start so we had the car towed to Corwin Honda. Turns out the starter motor was shot. We showed up at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon and spoke with Alex Kitsch in the service department. Alex handled the problem swiftly and efficiently, especially for it being so late on Saturday afternoon. Without his help and the service technician, we would have been stranded out of town until Monday. Thanks for the swift and efficient service!

I was promised an approximate time of 2 hours for inspection when I would be able to get my car into the shop by 8am. I called at 1:00pm and was told that my car wasn't being checked yet due to unexpected delays.

The service rep. just said, "Thank you for your patience. We will call as soon as I hear something." Even though I was clearly unhappy with their inability to follow through with their promises and clearly was NOT being patient since they hadn't even begun to look at my car.

If I had no job and nothing to do all day it wouldn't be an issue, but the fact that I have a schedule and they still haven't contacted me yet has led me to believe that I won't even get my car back today.

Give me a couple hours to look at it does NOT translate to, bring your car in at 8 am and we won't call you until we feel like it. I wasn't contacted until 3pm, but they promised to have both rear wheel bearings replaced by 5pm and for $650.

They have posted inside that every customer interaction is important to them, and frankly, I don't feel like they give a S***. The least they could do is call to let me know what is going on by the time I was promised.
