I am changing my rating to a 1 because although my experience with the purchase of the vehicle was okay, they won't leave me alone! A different salesperson calls me every month asking me to trade in my vehicle or to purchase another vehicle. I've asked them a dozen times to take me off of their calling list but every few weeks some pushy new salesperson calls my cell phone telling me about some special financing offer. Listen Corwin. I'm not interested in a new car! The last vehicle that I purchased from you is still under warranty with only 20,000 miles. You've been calling me since the car was brand new. Leave me alone. It is bordering on harassment. Take me off of your call list please! Update on Sept 2018. They still call me all of the time even though a manager said they took me off the list. I have even blocked the phone numbers but they always call from a new number. Please stop calling me!!

I had a wonderful experience at Corwin Honda Fargo. Brandon Hjermstad takes care of all my service work. He is very knowledgeable at his job and willing to answer any questions I had about my vehicle. He cares about the customer and doesn't try to rip you off like some places. The new Honda location is very nice too. I would recommend going to Brandon for any service work you need done on your car because he's professional and will do a great job explaining why service work needs to be done. I will always take my car to Brandon at Corwin Honda in Fargo!

Corwin Honda took care of us in every possible way! A test drive with Matt Bauer caused me to come back with my wife a week later. He was extremely thorough in explaining all parts of the Honda Pilot we drove, though not to the point where we felt he was pandering to us or making us feel unknowledgeable. We agreed on a price just under the ticket because we were on a budget. Matt and his manager looked over our trade-in and offered essentially what KBB had it listed at. We accepted, then finalized the deal with Greg Brown in finance. Shortly thereafter, we drove an incredibly clean 2012 Honda Pilot off the lot! Fantastic service, low pressure, knowledgeable salesperson, and a great deal all around!

Just purchased a certified used Honda from Corwin Honda, Jeremiah was my sales person and never once did I feel pressured to buy the car that I had expressed interest in. The customer service was great - when I arrived the car was already pulled into the dealership so I could look it over out of the wind. Jeremiah was very upfront about a tiny scratch on the vehicle. After the deal was finalized and while doing documentation dealership told me that their will be a 299 dollars document fee. This fee was not discussed during entire time of the deal. I had to pay because they said everyone has to pay. Now for the license plates sticker corwin honda is just moving my call here and there without any answer and conclusions. I did not enjoy the experience of buying car from Corwin Honda.

If I was reviewing the sales department at Corwin Honda, I would give them 5/5 stars. The salesman answered our questions by phone and text, and was extremely accommodating we never felt pressured. The finance department was a completely different story. They pressured us into buying warranties and service plans that did not apply to our car with cheap warranty companies. Upon deciding to cancel within the 30-day grace period, our e-mails were ignored or responded to rudely, our calls were put on hold for 45+ minutes or dropped multiple times, and our voicemails were never returned. They resolved the issue way later than they said they would and claimed no responsibility, sending us to the bank and warranty company, when it was ultimately up to them to honor our request. We will not be doing business with Corwin Honda ever again.

Corwin Motors. I explained to Tony what I needed and Tony proceeded to present autos that would meet my needs. We finally settled on a Honda Pilot. Tony walked me through the process from
meeting with the sales manager and finance officer--where options were presented, it resulted in purchasing the auto we needed.
Shortly after the purchase we left for Florida in our new Honda Pilot. It was a wonderful experience

I visited this dealership today. The sale representative was very friendly, nice, and efficient. I had no problems in that respect. What absolutely startled me was the state of the cars I test drove. I know used cars won t always be in the best condition, but I have the expectation they are wiped down and generally clean. One car had crumbs in the back seat and unknown splatters on the dashboard. The next car had unknown orange splatters above the drivers seat, and they looked gummy. This car also had several gnats in it flying around. I really wish I was kidding. I lost trust in the dealership after that car. If they can t wipe out a car and ensure it is clean for customers, I can t trust the car I buy from them. Not sure what happened here, but won t be back and won t recommend to anyone I know.

Just bought a 2016 Honda Fit and was helped every step of the way. They were friendly and offered options but not pushy. Needless to say I had to follow-up twice on getting the second key for our new car, which was a disappointment and the biggest reason I subtracted a star.

The service center is very much like a hospital waiting room. That said, everyone is of course nice to the point of annoying! :) You can wait for service and watch TV, drink coffee/soda, and they have charging ports for your devices.

Very thoughtful with the exception of the key.

Dear Corwin Honda and George Shipley. I want to first off say that when I looked at a vehicle to buy for my business and personal use you were very cordial and friendly. However, in the first 6 months of ownership I had the air go out, an issue arise on my front left wheel, and an overpriced headlight go out on the vehicle which is extremely difficult to change.

I tried to call and see how you could assist me with my issues a couple months ago. I connected directly with George who never asked what issues I was facing or how he might be able to help me with my $28,000 2013 GMC Acadia SLT that I paid full asking price for and didn't even haggle on. Rather than diving into my pain (a golden sales technique) He told me that I should connect with a specific person in the service department and didn't even say, "Let me check with them for you and see what we can do" After following his instructions on who to connect with directly in the service department and calling 3 times and leaving voicemails I never received a call back.

Today, I call and each person I talked to expressed their sympathy. However none of them were proactive enough to see what they could do and offered me, after talking to the 4th person on your team, a "sorry I can't look up what your warranty covers" and finally a "sorry the aftermarket warranty you purchased will not cover any of your issues.

It's okay, I own my deficiency, as I understand that I purchased a policy that doesn't cover my issues.

Just so you know I am a peaceful protester. I will slip away quietly. I will reflect my experience with your company accurately, as I am doing here, and move on. It is important to have stellar front people to make a consumer feel good at the front end of a sale but the real mark of excellence comes in how you handle the customer when they are most in need. Next time I am in need of a vehicle I will be looking elsewhere.

I wish you the best of luck in your business endeavors. I will be by to get my periodic oil changes that my aftermarket warranty does include. However, I will give my repair business to other companies that have helped me resolve my issues in the past.

Corwin Honda will sell you a car in a jiff, but anything beyond those services you are left on your own. I have contacted Corwin dozens of times for weeks, spoken with several call agents, left numerous voicemails and they have refused to assist me in attaining the necessary paperwork I need for my insurance claim WHICH IS TIME SENSITIVE. Corwin knows about the totaled vehicle because they keep sending me emails to purchase another vehicle from them but won't help me finish up the first car! Some of the worst service (or lack thereof) I've ever had. I will not be coming back after this experience.

Bought a Civic here in 2014 and owned it for six years and only ever had it serviced here at Corwin Honda. The carelessness and disrespect towards my vehicle, however, ultimately drove me away. Two of the biggest examples of this were the technicians not tightening my vehicle's oil drain bolt which lead to oil dumping out and my engine stalling out while driving. Second example, was the technicians forgetting to reattach my vehicle's splash shield, which came off and was destroyed while driving. They pretend to care, but behind your back will screw you over. Mistakes happen, but when they routinely occur it's obvious it's intentional. Glad I switched to Subaru and have received much better treatment at Muscatell.

Not a great experience from the beginning. Josh, who sold me my 2010 Chevrolet Traverse LTZ about a year a half ago, knew little to nothing about vehicles in general. I was a 25-year-old female that was purchasing her first vehicle and I felt as though I knew much more about vehicles than he did - that might not be his fault, however, perhaps there was insufficient training.

While working with the financial representative, I wrote my check for an odd amount that included my down payment and the amount to have a block heater installed, as my vehicle did not currently have one. I was told an appointment would be set up for me and I would be contacted when the block heater had come in. After over a month of waiting, I called Josh to inquire about my block heater, thinking they must've just forgotten about me - honest mistake! After informing me that they had used the money intended for my block heater and just added it to my down payment I threatened to take my business elsewhere. A few hours later Josh called to let me know they would "just take care of that" for me, as if I was the one that had made the mistake.

A few months later, I realized that my car heater on the driver's side did not work - so much for that 30 point inspection!

Now, about 18 months later, my entire power steering system failed while I was driving back from a trip to Duluth. They quoted me SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS to have that repaired, along with my struts, and other miscellaneous break parts. My car doesn't even have 100k miles on it; me driving to work, the grocery store, and the occasional trip to Bismarck or the twin cities does not cause that much damage in 18 months. Even if this is a Chevrolet failure, I feel as though the car shouldn't have been on the lot with all of these (what seem to be obvious to them) issues. I had a terrible first car buying experience.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because Aaron Erickson in their service department sent my car to Gateway Chevrolet to get a second opinion/fixed by a Chevy dealership, with much more knowledge pertaining to my vehicle and possible extended warranties for these parts, and he paid for my rental vehicle while I did not have one. Thank you, Aaron.

He listened to everything I was interested in and ended up finding the perfect car for me. He was patient with me being a first timer and wasn't pushy at all. We've talked to numerous managers and each one has said they would handle the problem, but it's one issue after another. No return calls, cancelled or moved appts, this is the last car we'll buy at Corwin.

Extremely professional service. I worked with Joel and right oft the bat he went to work. I told him what I wanted and not an hour later he had everything set up. Joel was able to quote me the lowest price or off the six dealerships I visited. Additionally, he valued my trade in significantly higher than anywhere else. Price point wise Joel exceeded my expectations and beat the competition. If you are outside of Fargo definitely consider talking to Joel. You will be pleasantly surprised by what you've been missing out on by shopping in the cities

Had a great experience at Corwin Honda the other day. Salesman Chase Dahlgren really helped me buy a car that is a very hard car to come by at a good price. I found a used Subaru WRX online with super low miles, and had nothing but a good experience. They valued our trade in very well, and even helped me get the car bought and here from a different corwin in Nebraska! Best buying experience I have had.

Took my Honda Insight for an oil change & tire rotation. They explained everything that they were going to do. Went over cost before starting. During the change they determined that 2 other filters needed to be changed as well. Also went over cost before making the change. Once the changes were completed went over everything plus the point inspection.

We placed a $250 deposit on a vehicle to hold it while we determined if we were going to buy it. The deal was contingent on our house selling, a fact that was discussed with our salesperson from the beginning. Unfortunately the house deal fell through so we had to back out from buying the vehicle. We asked for a refund of our deposit as seen in the timeline below (as outlined by my wife, who has been corresponding with the dealership:

31 May: $250 deposit to hold vehicle was given

3 June: I informed the sales rep, Eric Johnson, that we will no longer need the car and would like the deposit back.

6, 7, 9 June: I sent messages to Mr. Johnson asking for confirmation that the refund has been processed, he replied with "I will check on it" each time, but never followed-up.

9 June: I received a call from Eric Taylor, the new car sales manager, he called to give me another sales pitch and attempted to convince me to purchase the vehicle since he told Honda that the car had been sold. He continued to tell me that it doesn't make sense why I would not want to buy the vehicle. I told him repeatedly that unfortunately at this time we are not in the market to purchase a new vehicle and would just like our refund back. His last reply was, "I will figure out a way to contact Honda and let them know." then he hung up the phone.

12 June: I followed up with Mr. Johnson again to see if the refund had been processed and received no reply.

14 June: I texted Mr. Johnson to check on the refund and he again stated "I will check", he never followed-up.

14 June: I called Eric Taylor, manager, and left a voicemail asking that he call me back to confirm a refund has been processed on their end

15 June: I still haven't received a refund, or confirmation that a refund was being processed. We also called our bank and they confirmed there was no refund pending.

I bought a car from here, and within a week my power steering broke. The replacement was done WRONG, so later I had to spend $380 to fix the original faulty repair. I sent messages & received nothing in return. I'm baffled by the lack of customer service they're providing. I've had two other serious issues with my car as well. If you buy a car here, expect to pay double for the car-the repair bills will get you there with no help from customer service.

As a result, I bought a car that I am very happy with. Jessie offered a very low pressure, very effective and customer-centered experience. Pretty good service here. Had parts. Discovered another issue and fixed it. Really quick. ** Now 9 months later I discover the quick job done wasn't quite done right. I never use my brakes. I use the engine to slow me down or I coast in gear. The serviced rear brakes are already worn and sqeaking. So, maybe this isn't so good. For what I was charged the brakes ought to last longer than nine months. I haven't replaced the front linings yet. They are still in good shape 165000 miles later. There might be another reason the serviced rear brakes arent right. A caliper might be hanging up or something but that should have been repaired when the brakes were fixed. That's as objective as I can be. Honda cars are still awesome.

While there are dedicated workers at this business, they could not fix the Honda 2019 Pilot I bought that does not blow warm air in below zero weather when not accelerating (ie: sitting at a stop light etc). The engine is designed by Honda that way and they have no solution to this. Which is fine if you don't get stuck or stalled in the country in North Dakota at 30 below as you will get cold quite quickly as it only heats when accelerating. Corwin knows this and allowed me to keep trouble shooting and wasting my time. I have documentation of this from Honda. Also if you own one that is out of warranty and go in to have this looked at, they will gladly try several "fixes" that you are charged for. I heard this from other Pilot owners.

I worked with a sales representative named Aaron Mathison and give 5 stars based on those experiences. He was very pleasant to work with and easy to talk to about all the specifics and details regarding my first (personally funded) car purchase. He was honest, which is hard to find in any type of salesperson, but also did his job and sold some extra 'stuff' to me too, which he was able to do by simply talking to me person to person and discovering what services he thought would benefit me. I would have never got the [seven/eight hundred dollar] extra coat of whatever it is that preserves the paint and interior had I not trusted the rep I was working with as far as trying to sell me things that are absolute wastes of money go; he wasn't just trying to sell me extras and he didn't push anything on me. My dad was saying the car was way too overpriced the entire time but Aaron remained easy to talk to, polite and positive to both of us; I personally understand that that is extremely aggravating to a sales person. I did a Kelly Blue Book search and their asking price matched pretty closely to what Corwin was offering; the aftermarket rims were extra cool in my opinion, and the price was fair in that I got the exact black shiny G6 I wanted with a couple extra things and even aftermarket rims with great customer service. I would definitely recommend Corwin specifically based on my experience with Aaron.

So many issues from the start. I shouldn't have to go back in to a dealer multiple times to sign papers because they made mistakes. They wouldn't let me change the signing dates because it's fraud...isn't having me put a date that was three weeks before fraud as well? In addition, it took over a month and my husband calling to finally get the things fixed on my brand new vehicle that were wrong on delivery.
The sales guy was great, but still - it shouldn't have been that much of a headache. Yes, things were finally fixed but c'mon.

I hired Corwin Dodge of Fargo to perform approximately $4k in aftermarket service to my vehicle.
They caused approximately $8k in damages, with a total cost to repair in the $10-12k range.
I have left reviews and pictures, but their PR team is highly skilled. Trying to resolve this without dragging them to court, but they are refusing to do the right thing. It has been 3 months.

And what you're paying for here is good quality repairs. I definitely approve - their waiting room is fantastic as well!

I find it laughable that they have a commercial talking about if you're sliding around in the winter to come look at a CRV. I bought a CRV about one year ago and the tires that are given to you on this vehicle are not good for winter driving. I slide around more in this thing then I did in my Scion xB. Additionally, I only get about 20 miles to the gallon, and that is using non-ethanol fuel. All in all, I feel that if you are looking for a four-wheel drive vehicle there are better options out there for almost any situation.

Honestly not a fan of corwin period. I've had employees be very unprofessional with me while trying to sell me a car. I've had the financial department swear at me because I wanted a car with a specific transmission and I wasn't going to buy one with a different transmission.. they had one in stock even and they were very pushy to sell me one that I didn't want. I literally had to find the car on their website. They pushed me for a positive review. Idk if they're the worst dealership.. but I'd rather buy a car from any other dealership

Josh was very knowledgable and friendly as were the Sales Manager Curtis and the finance staff. I got a great deal on a new Honda Civic and a really good value on my trade in.
