I purchased a 2008 Honda Accord with 66k miles on it, I own this car for about two months when the engine blew up. Then the real nightmare began after trying to deal with their service department which completely has no customer service at all. The service manager was a complete jerk, rude, insolent, disrespectful and snide. They would not deal with us at all on a proper resolution or at least discounting the cost of the service or labor to perform the repair. We were promised that they had been in contact with the Honda company of America to see if a recall was an option for us, but after all of the other misrepresentations and lies I doubt that they had even attempted to contact Honda at all.
