The only thing that could have made the experience...

The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been waiting 6 hours for the oil change instead of only 4. After all, the internalized desperation from the experience of waiting intensifies a desire to feed the addiction of buying consumer products, and also gives me two extra hours during which I am encouraged to spend money -- rather than maliciously hoarding it in my bank account, or "saving" it for my unenlightened "plans" for future spending, -- which in turn could give a needed boost to the local economy, increasing demand for labor and encouraging investment of capital into small businesses.

Now, this is really just my humble opinion, but I'm willing to wager that some may agree with me in thinking that, perhaps, if -everyone- were encouraged to wait 6 or 7 hours for oil changes, we could really start doing some good for the community. After all, since this clearly is beneficial for us locally, that means we perhaps should enforce it, and therefore save that much more than we otherwise would by allowing the blind hand of free markets and lassiez-faire capitalism to run our lives and ruin our chances at a green Earth. Just some food for thought. ;)
