She asked me abruptly do you have an appointment and I said no I'm stopping in because I have a problem with my headlights. She just stared at me and said you have an appointment I said no I do not and she was well we're busy. And stared at me. Okay. I said oookkay? And you have one when? Um how about you just PROFESSIONALLY say I'm sorry we are booked until X. Instead of playing 20 questions? Back to Willowbrook Chrysler where they were able to commuinicate.
