Continental Credit Review

We have had great success using this company to help us get a lot of old derogatory credit removed. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to build your credit score. The prospect of reviewing our credit reports from each agency to then be able to submit inquiries requesting verification, removal, etc, was a bit overwhelming. Continental Credit knows everything needed to make quick work of reaching these creditors & getting items removed and/or updated accurately. The wait to get someone on the phone can be a bit long, but you generally always get someone who knows what they're doing once you get connected to someone. I spoke with Hugh today, who provided great information to assist in further boosting our credit score.

The mortgage company we were working with recommended we contact Continental Credit to help with some issues we were having. Mr. Randy Blea is the credit consultant that was assigned to our case. Mr. Blea has walked us thru the process and assisted us with the necessary steps to achieve the results that was needed to secure our mortgage. I have never done something like this before. I was not sure what to expect or how easy it would be. I have worked with Charlie and have had a WONDERFUL experience. Nate was very helpful and did not rush me. He gave me valuable pointers regarding timing when paying credit card charges. He also clearly explained why I should not answer correspondents (i.e. one from Chase's Fraud Dept) and avoid responding from phone inquiries "tricks" deployed to obtain sensitive information from me. I truly appreciate his concern and attention to detail. Customer service is mostly a lost art in this day and age however, I am glad there are still people like Nate who cares.

It looks like they re doing what they said they would. Spoke with Denine today and she answered a few questions I had that will really help me out in the future.

This place is a Nightmare on customer service. I've called to cancel my account 4 times and have been put on eternal hold. Doesn't matter what time or day you call. Be prepared to wait for ... I've been on hold now for 30 mins for an account manager. Because they are the ONLY ones in the entire forsaken company that can cancel the account. The email on thier website doesn't work either. WAIT FOR IT>>>> BELOW YOU WILL SEE AN A LAME APOLOGY. STOP APOLOGIZE AND FIX THE SERVICE. Be prepared to incur a bank fee to stop payment with Continental Credit because the difficulty of canceling service.

Continental Credit and in particular Zach Archuleta have helped us immensely. We have had bad credit for many years with old negative things hanging on our report and cropping back up to bite us. We have seen about a 100 point increase in the last 6 months and getting better all the time. Recommended by our mortgage lender as well. Choose with confidence.

Dan was incredibly helpful. Things that I thought would never be removed were actually removed from my credit and my score went up significantly. It was really worth the money.

ERIKA HECKLER HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. NATE HAS ALSO BEEN VERY HELPFUL. I have been with CC since May 2013. Typically every time that I have contacted CC I am told what they have done, over and over and over again!! Much of what has been accomplished I have either provided the information and given direction to CC, or have done it myself. When is CC going to tell me what you are going to to do, and then get it done?? My initial contact with CC was Sean Nealon who gave me the song and dance about what CC could do for me. I have attempted to contact Sean by email 7 - 8 times with concerns and questions and he has not returned one yet. There is a saying among honest working people, "money talks and BS walks." I think that Sean does a lot of walking! With the exception of Erika and Nate, overall I would rate CC as MARGINAL!! If I knew in May of 2013 what I know now, I would NOT have chosen Continental Credit to assist in my credit repair. I hope that this evaluation will encourage CC to investigate their operational procedures; and move towards providing the service to its clients that they are led to believe is going to be done.

Worst Company to work with Nor responsive and only talk to you when you call them to find out what the hell is going on. I even got a call from a random company called Riverstone Law, and it's literally in the same building horrible way to market. Change the name and badmouth themselves so you can sign up again but work with the same people. Also they don't even take in person consultations or fail to meet you in person

This company has helped us clean up our credit so we can purchase a house next year. When this company started working with us, I was so far in over my head that I felt like I didn't know where to start. Now, I just feel like this company is taking care of so much of what has haunted us from our past, and it's so nice just knowing they are taking care of it, so I can focus on more important things.

I was referred to Continental Credit by my financial advisor as I was preparing to take out a home loan. I was wary about the process at first as I had always had in my mind that places like this would "take you for a ride" or something like that (not sure where I got that belief). They immediately (in less than 3 months) got everything negative removed from my credit report. I honestly was baffled. My credit scored increase over 100 pts in the first 80 days! They make it easy and digestible (which is simple since they do EVERYTHING for you & you literally have to do next to nothing) and they make you feel positive about the whole experience. My favorite people to work with were/are Jill Schaar & Cara Corzo (especially Cara). I am recommending them to everyone I know that expresses financial concerns or wanting to improve their credit. I am the Director of Finance at my company and I speak this language, so for them to impress me goes a long way :)

Just spoke w/ Jackson, a member of the team. He was incredibly helpful. I am a new client of only about 2-3 weeks. So far everyone has been really awesome. I like that they are working for me for 90 days without even having to pay them one dime yet! He took the time to discuss with me things I can do to improve my credit while we work on cleaning up my credit. I've never felt like I have a dumb question even though they are probably questions that people ask them over and over again. When someone talks to me about credit, my eyes glaze over. Just like when they talk to me about taxes. I don't understand it and I just leave it to the professionals. However, fixing my credit was something that I needed to do, so I wouldn't get such a high interest rate when looking for my home. My lender recommended me to Continental Credit. I am super glad he did. I talked to Franklin Burke and he is so knowledgeable and very personable!! He broke things down so that I could actually comprehend them and also understand everything that is going on! He is my credit fixing dream come true!! I will recommend CC to anyone, because he is so amazing and has made my whole experience this with this, actually, wonderful and stress free!! Thank you!

Do not waste your time or your money. BEWARE. Notice how almost all these "great" reviews are within the last month or two? They tried to trick me into leaving a wonderful "comment" about my experience on the phone by sending me a link that would win them a "BBQ" if I said they were great. It sent me directly to writing a google review. This company did nothing but take my money with absolutely no communication or results. When I tried to call and cancel, I was told that all their "credit specialists" were busy and she would send out an e-mail and have someone contact me. No one did, so I had to call again the next day and spent an hour on the phone on hold and getting the run around all because I wanted to cancel my services because after 6 months there had been no change on my credit report. They were very frustrating to deal with and never followed up and could not tell me exactly how they were "helping" me rebuild my credit. If you want an honest review, check all their claims with the BBB, because there are several. Just a warning.

Everything was fine until 60 days passed from the first round of investigations with no documents sent to me about the investigations. I cancelled, gave a good review because she was pretty reassuring that we would have results if we stayed. Called all 3 bureaus and not 1 investigation was sent to ANY of them on my behalf from CC. Pretty upsetting. No wonder why I never received any investigation results in the mail because they never happened! They got over $300 from me for absolutely no reason.

I started working with this company only about 6 months ago, and I have had a very good experience. I have been assisted by different staff but one that sticks out to me is Tommy, due to her true eagerness and drive to assist me in a way that I knew she gathered what she could regarding my account and relayed genuine sincerity in helping me continue the progress in answering all my questions as I am starting the first time home buying process and she educated me on what's to expect next. My credit score (all 3) raised over 100 pts in the last 4 months. I am able to refer with certainty Continental Credit to all the people I know that are trying to restore, raise or establish their credit.
I have learned so much regarding credit that I was clueless on, and the things that are required of me are actually very simple things once you get into that frame of mindset it becomes routine behavior and a way of life.

Almost a Year and my credit is till the same.... wasted money

I just recently started using Continental Credit, and after speaking with Rachel Nelson for only several minutes I feel like so much weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I found myself in a credit nightmare recently, and I had almost given up until a friend advised me to reach out to Continental Credit. I already feel like it s one of the best decisions I ve made. Rachel was very professional and informative. I can tell that she loves helping people reach their credit/financial goals, and that gives me tons of confidence and comfort in my current situation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! My credit score went down while they were "working". Gave me the run around when I tried to cancel service and refused to give me a refund even though my scores went down! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible service!

Was not doing the service for me but actually for a relative. Worst customer service i have ever received. The rep I spoke to stooped down to my level and argued very disrespectful. They kept charging a monthly fee, they claimed it was part of a contract. The contract was never signed and could not be provided to me after asking 7 times. Company is a joke and the minimum wage employees have no customer service skills. Don't recommend it.

The Customer Service Reps are exceptional!!! They are very detailed in issues and positove outcomes of what is on and deleted from your credit. They also push to get everything off asap! I definitely recommend this to any person looking to fix their credit!

AAA+++ Speaking to CC specialist, Tomas Pilius, I am so very happy with not only seeing results in such a short period of time, but having Tomas explain my credit report in detail and taking a lot of time to explain what I need to do on my part as well as what they are doing (and what they have done) in such details, is showing me what great customer service and what a great company this is! I have gone through a couple different credit places who have charged me double of what CC does and after being with both companies over a year with no results (so 2 different companies in 3 yrs whom LOWERED my scores and neither gave me any kind of refund), I was VERY hesitate to try CC. but they were highly recommended by my mortgage broker. So I started with CC and about 8 months later, my credit scores were high enough to qualify for a mortgage at a low interest rate. I am a very happy with customer!

I was with this company for over 2 years which is more than enough time for their service to have helped me. After this period of time I decided to cancel. I sent in an email requesting my cancelation. I received a response that they received my cancelation. Then on my next credit card statement they charged it again. This is absolutely unacceptable due to the fact that I had been with them over 2 years, paid every month on time and sent in my cancelation. It's amazing how a business turns when you try to cancel. Makes me wonder what they really did for me while I was on their service as we as customers aren't in the know about credit repair. Seem like I would get the same disputes month after month. Gave the a good chance and then they go and to this. I would not give them my credit card if I were to do business with them.

I was with them 6 months and nothing came off.They lied and said items came off and they did not. I kept telling them to can cancel and they did not.

I have been working with Continental Credit for roughly a year and half and in that time, not only have I seen drastic improvements in my credit score, but I've also had the opportunity to receive advice on how to continue pushing my credit forward and up. Had a bit of a miscommunication about some things and today I spoke with MARK in account management and for a solid 50 minutes to an hour, we had an in depth conversation about my current credit, as well as my credit potential and what I can do to keep increasing my credit score monthly. Do not recommend anyone to this company, was referred by a great friend of mine who actually used the program-they got her into her home, made it happen and increased the scores....however 2 years later still in the program being convinced that she is able to get the items that keep being sold that you can remove them---------65 years old and they take complete advantage of her, you people should be ashamed of yourself explaining that it will benefit her if she removes and item when the scores are in the 750's? hmmm sounds like they take advantage of the people who absolutely need help.....great way to make money for yourselves.......great way to never get recommendations....i will be sure to let everybody know what you have done and i wouldn't recommend anyone to your company if it were the last company on earth that does credit repair.......scam artists.
