Everything was fine until 60 days passed from the first round of investigations with no documents sent to me about the investigations. I cancelled, gave a good review because she was pretty reassuring that we would have results if we stayed. Called all 3 bureaus and not 1 investigation was sent to ANY of them on my behalf from CC. Pretty upsetting. No wonder why I never received any investigation results in the mail because they never happened! They got over $300 from me for absolutely no reason.
