This people is a joke as long as you in the program they tread you right if you try to cancel they are rude and they don't to cancel for they want you to just keep it going don't want send letter saying you can they told me I would get another for the back when you start you pay ahead of time but when you cancel you pay a month back funny..... also the guy mention you have to many inquiries in your account that we still need to clear off I said I understand that but I am fine because all the collections that you guys haven't being able to cancel in 6 months I pay off myself jesus I just wanted my services cancel I being in the line for the pass 50 minutes trying to cancel I need to get to work and they just don't want to cancel at all... They did help me in the first part of the process now they are just taking my money there is nothing else to take out sense I pay everything off dammit :(((((((((

Continental Credit has been great. I have been with them for almost a year and my credit score has risen 60 to 70 points. I was referred to this company by a realtor. The sales rep was super nice very informative. The first two months my husband and credit score went up a couple of points. Each month after that our credit score crashed! Each time I called I got no answer and the employees where extremely unprofessional! I called to cancel my account I waited on hold for 45 minuets and it took three phone calls. I am still receiving phone calls to comeback to the company with no answers to why my credit went negative! I lost the closing to my house due to this! I hope this review saves another hard working person looking to buy a home! This company is the worse I spent six months to start all over again!

Super honest review:
I was referred to Continental Credit by my broker, as we're working on getting a home loan and are trying to fix our credit from old stuff out of high school/fresh into college mistakes. We had previously worked with another company, and saw results, but nothing amazing. I touched base with CC and the guy I first spoke with I thought - uh okay... I don't know if I trust them; I feel like they're gonna scam me. BUT my husband and I talked it over and we couldn't afford the other company anymore, so we said "lets do it. If they don't work, we'll cancel and move on." Spoke with the same guy again (I want to say his name is Brad) and realized I must have just caught him on a bad day last time. He explained everything to me thoroughly (though quickly) again... Signed on and saw results within the first couple months. My lowest score was a dastardly 495! 4-freeking-95! It's been less than six months and It's jumped up 100 points! DAN is my MAN!!!! He explained to me how they do it and I'm liking their system! Much better than the last company I was with. They do it all non-stop, where as I was doing a lot of the foot work for the last company I was using. I'm getting updates from TransUnion, Experian, etc constantly about things that have been deleted from my report.

Thanks to their (but especially Dan's) help, we're looking at applying for home loans in the fall/winter. I'll continue to use them until I reach mid-high 7s. They've been amazing!

Desiree was very knowledgeable and brought me up to speed with what was going on with my account. She also gave me a few more suggestions to help boost my credit and helped me out with a payment issue. She also let me know what was being worked on and when I should check in next. She then followed up with 2 emails detailing what we had discussed. She is the reason I did not cancel my service with this company. Thank You Desiree!

I'm fairly new to Continental Credit, just joined a few months ago. So far I have been pleased. I recently spoke with representative Charlie to discuss a couple of questions I had. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he answer my questions but he looked over my file and discussed some other things as well. At the end of the conversation he made sure that he answered my questions and asked if I had any other concerns that we needed to address. So far I have had good interaction and have gained a lot of knowledge myself about dealing with credit. I am very pleased with this company.

Continental credit and Amy Watne in particular have been amazing!

I was with them for five months. They never advised me on anything. They wrote a few letters and charged me $80 a month. When I questioned them on how they were helping me, they turned into sales people. Jake Zastrow got real nasty with me when I asked them to cancel. I would steer clear of these people!!!

Austin helped me out and did a fantastic job!! I have been with continental credit for about 4 months now and my credit has improved so much. They have deleted 5 out of 10 negative items on my credit. I m extremely grateful for this company. If you don t understand the creditors and how they work then you need to contact these guys. When you challenge frivolous accounts, the creditors will do what they can to get money out of you so if you don t understand that concept then you should probably read up before blaming a credit repair company for your problems. Jake has walked me through this bittersweet process from day 1 and I am SO appreciative of that. Jake understands that I don't know how this whole "credit" thing works, so he explains to me, in layman terms what I am reading on my credit report and the best steps to take to raise my credit score and fix my credit. When i signed up with Continental Credit 3 months ago my credit score was at an all time embarrassing low. In three months my score has raised an average of 45 points. I've been using continental credit less than 60 days now to dispute inaccurate information on credit reports, that I've tried to dispute for almost 5 years on my own. I learned early in my corporate sales career that "owning" the customers problem was the single most impactful thing that could be done to get extremely satisfactory business results and customer loyalty.

We have recently gone through multiple, complex, challenging financial situations with far less than ethical institutions including Chase Bank, JPMCB (sister company of Chase Bank) and most egregiously with a regional bank in Western Colorado; Alpine Bank.

We have been working with Continental Credit to get multiple, serious inaccuracies and out-right fraud off our credit report from these institutions. I most recently spent 90 minutes with Senior Credit specialist Jordan Tate, getting updated with a full, extremely knowledgable overview on exactly what Continental Credit and Jordan specifically had/has been doing on behalf in fighting these unethical institutions (double reporting, removing and restating false claims as many as SEVEN times, and outright tax fraud) and what the plan/strategy forward from himself and Continental Credit would be.

There is ABSOLUTELy no way we would ever have been aware, let alone able, to know about the flagrant and continued misuse of our credit by these institutions. Jordan was extremely reassuring, patient and completely expert in walking me through the the entire situation. He had CLEARLY STEPPED UP TO OWN our situation is undoubtably fully committed to working it through, all of it, to complete and accurate resolution.

Employees, let alone advocates are like this are very rare in today's world. We have found a keeper in Jordan. Thank you Continental Credit.

Yeah all those reviews on the bottom are basically a bribe for them to win a free month of the services . As soon as you try to cancel your service with them they give you the run around and send your accounts around to other parts of their company to get you to come back. You don t need them, TRUST me. I will applaud them for the little that they did for me, but I refuse to have them take $70.00 from me every month when I don t need them anymore. Then they have the nerve to try and charge me another month for services that I will not be using. They can take that deposit that I gave them and send me my check in the mail. Ask for an update and they will tell you they are removing the exact same thing from the first credit report. Everyone is your account manager . I m done with this company and their in professionalism. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I just spoke to Tony at ext 519, what a professional he was able to give me a lot of guidance on how to fix the mess I have gotten myself into. I am excited about getting things cleaned up and I am sure that will happen soon with help from Tony.

My experience with Continental Credit has been amazing! Leon Santillanes is my guy! He begin working on my credit March of 2014. My score increased by 100 points and I closed on my new home July 1, 2014.

Continental Credit Repair has provided a persistent effort to improve my credit score. I have read a number of complaints on line about them and understand why some folks have been dissatisfied. I believe the problem in the relationship is due to impatience. This is no quick fix!!

When we started with CCR over a year ago, we were coming out of a bad situation which include having been defrauded resulting in problems with the tax authorities....

CCR and their associates worked to improve our credit by doggedly pursuing the creditors with requests to review our history. This proved to be a winning strategy as our score have increased by over 140 points in the last 14 months.

As I said above, this is no quick fix, but slowly the bad remarks fall off and the score will increase.

I had a payment issue with them about 6 months ago and thought they were not performing up to par...The representative was patient in her explanation and transparent with her communication about the actions CCR had taken and the results that had transpired since my agreement to enlist their services. Our conversation quelled my suspicions and I agreed to continue with their service....It has paid off and I now have a top "excellent" credit score.

The last person I spoke with was a gem and I can recommend speaking with Kylie Kupka or any of the case managers at CCR.

I spoke with Randy Blea at Continental and he was extremely helpful. I have been a customer for some time now and I trust their service. My family is looking to purchase a home and it is because of the help we received from Continental Credit that we are able to do. They were more then helpful during this trying time. Thank You!!

The second time i am using them and they didn't turn me down. My score went from 500 to 775. But it does take time, give it at least 6 to 9 months depends on how bad your remarks are on your report. It is really not up to them if they are late, it depends how complicated your case it. Just a statement to these people who put only 1 starts in the review..

I had the chance to speak with Lauren at Continental Credit and she was able to assist me with questions I had that were related to my credit history and let me know how the process was being handled. I feel that since I have been working with Continental Credit my score has risen due to their hard work knowing their customers needs.

It was great working with Rhonda today. I felt as if she really cared about the account and I appreciated her giving me information on the credit cards to help raise the credit score. I highly reccommend Continental Credit Service for credit repair and removal of inaccurate items from your credit reports. Be sure to ask for ask for Dan Schaller. This guy is a stud! He worked his tail off for me. His efforts have raised my overall score on all 3 bureaus by more than 15 points in just 3 months, and he is still on them like a dog on a bone. I also reccommend signing up for their higher level service plan. With the upgraded service, I got a telephone case review with Mr. Schaller, and he made himself personally available to me by phone and email for monthly case updates and progress reports. He usually responds to my emails the same day. Mr. Schallers' service is excellent and worth every penny they charge. The money I save in lower interest rates every month more than pays for the service, and has improved the financial outlook for my entire family. I get notifications from my credit card companies that my score has improved the last 3 monts running. I couldn't be more pleased. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Quite literally did nothing; besides collect my money. My credit actually declined when first paying them. After taking steps on my own (without their "help"), my credit began to improve. I contacted them about three times to get my money back. They finally called me about a week later to argue with me. The company was never able to susbtatiate any efforts on their part. Very poor experience. I wish that I had allocated the money I gave them towards paying down my debts instead.

Had a good experience with Jordan Tate. Got straight to what was going on with credit then ask if I had any questions to make sure I understand what was going on.

This business is a scam!!
Please do not put your trust and credit in their hands. They are expertly nice and always deflect any question and are "always in a meeting". I have been in this program for 7 months and my credit has not improved even one point! There is zero communication and they only tackle credit files that are the oldest on your account, that most likely have zero affect on your score. My mortagage broker couldn't believe the deceit and coverups.
Please go with someone local that you can trust and at least talk to that gives you the ability to see the progress.

Did a great job for me. They were able to get my FICO score from 580 to 795 in 4 months. Will recommend them to all of my clients.

Franklin Burke has went above and beyond for me. He has answered every single tedious question. Continental Credit has done very well for me and fighting to remove the things that I couldn't handle myself.

Everyone I talked to was extremely professional , courteous and helpful. They fixed my credit with fantastic results in a few months. Tomas Pilius was very helpful each and every time I called or emailed. I cannot believe how quickly I received results and they were better than I had thought possible. My husband and I recently applied for a mortgage. We thought our current credit would be acceptable even though I was stay at home mom with no income for almost two years. Our loan officer told us we needed to increase our score and the typical online credit reports where not full service. When we started an account with Continental Credit and the detail credit report information is always correct and accurate in a timely manner. I've been so pleased at the information and professionalism that Continental Credit has. It has been very secure for me to truly trust with my personal information and even alerting me when I was logging in through a different device to confirm that it was indeed me. I've also recommended it to close friends and family. You will be pleased.

I had been struggling for years trying to get out of more debt than I could have possibly managed and felt as though all was hopeless as far as having a new home to call my own again and bankruptcy was NOT an option.

I had a friend who introduced me to Nate Eubank with Continental Credit and everything thing began looking up from there. Nate and the team have cleaned up over 27 negatives on my credit report. There are a few stragglers but I have confidence Nate and the team will knock them out of the ballpark.

Nate made himself available not only to correct my credit reports but also serve as an advisor on the purchase of a brand new (not used) truck. The vehicle that I had prior to the new truck continued snatching the tranny and causing me further back issues and with my father ailing I needed reliable transportation to go see him. With counseling from Nate personally I was able to have my credit in order and purchase that new truck.

Our ultimate goal was from me to be able to purchase a new (to me anyway) home. Nate and the team worked frantically to assist in accomplishing my goal. As of Sept 23, 2016, I was able to close on a home and move out of a two year massive rat infested rental.

My intentions are to keep with Continental Credit even beyond this milestone to ensure that I continue making great decisions and until I feel confident enough in myself that my finances are back under.

We met the goal of purchasing a home and I have been working with CC and Nate for almost two (2) years. It is amazing that he and the team at CC can clear up 16 years worth of bad decisions.

Would I recommend Continental Credit? Absolutely in half a heartbeat.
Would I tell my friends? Already have.

I would highly recommend that anyone having credit issues and not wanting to deal with a bankruptcy on their credit report, get in touch with these guys and let them guide you to a brighter future.

Hello, Jeremy did a good job helping me today. When I could not get him access to my credit report online, he was able to send me a link so I could upload my credit report files in order to send to him. He kindly directed me on how to download and save my credit files then helped me to upload them in order to send to him. Continental Credit was a great resource when I needed to restore my credit. Leon Santillanes was especially helpful when I called about my account.

I am not one to write reviews normally but I feel I must given the amount of guidance and help Continental Credit has given me. I have been with them since July 2015. My credit score was terrible (535) and I was given their information from my realtor to help fix my credit so I can get a house. Tommy F. was the first person I talked to and luckily I have received him on the phone each time. The amount of knowledge, effort, and help he provided me is unparalleled. Not only did he come up with an amazing plan but within a year my credit score is now 616 and projected to be over that within the next moth. It is now possible for my wife and I to get a house because of Continental Credit and Tommy F.

On the plus side every time I had a concern or issues they were just a phone call aware, answered quickly, and resolved my concern or issues very fast. If I had to do this again I would easily have chosen Continental Credit.
