While the people there are friendly and professional, the claim of credit repair is false. As of last year, continental credit is NOT currently reporting to Equifax due to claims of technical issues. When pressed for a date of resolvement of this issue, they could not provide a answer at this time

Our lending broker recommended Continental Credit when we went to purchase our new home in late 2014. While my credit was ok, there were programs I could qualify for if I was just a few points higher. Well, they did a great job of getting me high enough to qualify for a conventional premium loan and they kept working. After 6 months my credit score is over 100 points higher!!! They did the job!

I was signed up with this company for 6 months. Promised a 3 month improvement on my score. I got nothing. There was no communication. The guy who sold me said he would be the one I would deal with always. He wouldn t return my emails or phone calls. What a waste of time and money. Credit hasn t moved.

Chris Giraldo was a huge help with my account and they have great support. I would suggest that the customer portal has more information about what was removed and the status of each item, but their system works.

I work with a mortgage company and have sent well over 100 client referrals to contential credit and have been extremely frustrated with there services. I have worked with several other credit repair companies and this one has got to be the worst out of all of them. Out of all my referrals, I believe only one completed with credit repair after it taking way longer than it should have. It makes me sick to think of the money my clients have wasted after trusting I was sending them to a place I thought I trusted. After almost two years of working with them, I think it s safe to say there was pretty much no success with any of my poor clients. There are several other credit repair companies, save your money and go elsewhere.

So, I recommended this company a year ago and now I can only add even MORE good things about them!! I continue to get the best people and best service every time I have contact with them.
Yesterday I spoke with Tomas Pilius for quite some time. He is so patient, detail oriented and professional, and makes you feel like you are the most important person he has to talk to!! These guys could write a book about "how to give the best customer service possible!".
My credit score has improved SO much since I have started working with them and I will hopefully be closing a mortgage soon with a very low interest rate! They've helped me with that process too and been terrific.

While I have no complaints about their services I will complain about their ethics. I have used them for two years. I decided to end the relationship because I felt they could no longer assist me. I notified them in writing and was instructed that I would have to call to cancel the service. I have yet to call them and it has been 24 hours. I just received a call from a loan officer with a bank who was the person who referred me to Continental Credit two years ago. Long story short, CC called this individual, not related to either me or CC to notify them that I was cancelling. They gave him my phone number and he called me. He honestly didn't even remember who I was saying something to the effect on voicemail, "I'm not sure where we met, if it was in a bar, etc...but Continental Credit called and told me it was time to pull your credit report again...". Now I don't know about any of you reading these reviews but I do not appreciate a company giving information about my business or giving my phone number to anyone outside of their company. This is unethical and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. Just wanted the public to be aware that your information is not safe with CC....apparently.

I can not recommend Continental Credit, specifically, Franklin Burke, highly enough. My husband and I first contacted Continental looking to improve our credit scores so as to be able to buy a house. With lots of student debt and the usual things "little things" weighing our credit down, we were a bit skeptical at first to start paying an outside agency to help us out. It took a little bit of juggling as the first agent we were assigned to got a promotion and removed himself from our account, and I have to say, this juggling of staff members only worked towards us getting more and more nervous. However- the moment we were handed to Franklin all of those nerves disappeared. He is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It seems like these things should be a given- but sadly they so often are not. Franklin took the time to break down our files in layman terms so that we would really understand all the steps that were being taken. He has always been available when we have questions, both via email and phone, and has that rare ability to make you feel like you are his only client when he is speaking with you! Aside from just being an incredibly patient, re-assuring, and informative person, he has also suggested several "outside the box" steps for my husband and I to take towards raising our scores. We have already seen significant improvement, and are happy to say that thanks to the help of Franklin we will be purchasing our first home this season!

My fiance and I have been using Continental Credit for many months now, trying to fix our credit so we are able to get a home loan. Feeling discouraged that results weren't happening fast enough, we literally called last night to opt out. That was until we spoke with Hugh McDougal. He is absolutely amazing. After speaking with him and receiving his undivided attention we decided we will continue with our credit repairs. I have dealt with several different people at continental credit which left my fiance and I with a sour taste. I asked Hugh if we could work with him directly from now on and he was more than thrilled with that. My feelings of discouragement are gone, and that was because Hugh was extremely polite, informative and actually caring to our needs as we go through this very frustrating time. I was referred to this company from a realtor Mike Estates and I ve been with them for 1.5 years my credit went from a 690 to a 500 with the same 3inquires on my report 2 of which I had already made a payment on. The inquires was reported again and placed on my credit report all over again which made it go down and there excuse was another company took over the bill and billed me again but if your credit repair this does not suppose to happen they say that they have been in business for over 20 years and I said of course if your leading people wrong who trust your company I ll be in business to if I m paying monthly fees for horrible service and the credit card that they offer that supposedly help OPENSKY is also b.s too. I recommend noone to this company the system does not work at all!!!!!

Terrible. It takes 30 min or more to cancel. Not sure what they did, but they did not listen to me. I had a fraudulent account that was due to identity theft, they did not use the information I provided. Two months later I was able to resolve the issue myself after contacting the lender.

Please save your money and google ways to improve credit. I just got off the phone with a representative who was extremely rude and upset that I no longer wanted to receive services. I did not want to dispute my student loans and they addressed all of them. A waste of time and a waste of money.

I am genuinely thankful for the assistance of this employee in helping me with my credit score report.

I have had 12 charged off private student loans removed from my credit report in about 4 months. Things are changing around for me. This is legit!

Omg where do I begin. I signed up with this company because a mortgage lender recommended them to me to help my become eligible to purchase a home. I signed up with them in May 2020 and have paid them on time monthly ever since. Things got horrible around August 2020 when it was time to review my account and see if I was ready to apply for a home loan. I was promised call backs and never received them. I was told basic information about my account and didn t see any more items being removed despite being told they were being disputed. I called Continental in October to cancel service and was ensured that things were moving and to give them more time. I was also promised a call that I never received. On November 18 I called and spoke to a Noah who was beyond disrespectful to me. He argued me down about cancelling my services and had the nerve to tell me I will be billed again in December. He argued with me, cut me off with every word I spoke and was using items on my credit as a tool against me!!! Like throwing them in my face almost! I told him I was not authorizing any additional money to be deducted from my account and he told me yea we will see. At this point I am about to file a fraud claim against these people. I hope this review helps someone stay away from this company!!!!

this is my first time using a credit repair service, i've had initial consultations before but was immediately discouraged to even try to use them. Continental Credit has awesome service and awesome employees! I've been working with Leon Santillanes and it has been awesome so far. i've seen improvement in what they have promised and their customer service is exceptional!

I'm really satisfied with the progress and results of the sevices that this company provides. All of my credit issuses are being addressed as promised and the results are great. Anytime I have any questions or concerns customer service is always very courteous and helpful. I spoke with Jeffrey today and he took care of what I needed and also gave me an update on what actions are being taken to keep my score rising. I have no complaints at all!

I signed up with this company if hopes to get two mistakes off of my credit report. I do feel like they sent letters asking for verification every 45-60 days. The were successful getting 1 removed in the 18 months I was a client. My rating is not based off the removal of items on the credit report, but the cancellation process and ease of speaking with someone about your file. In order to cancel service I had to talk to 3 different people. Finally I spoke with Lee Penn who said he would cancel my service and he sent me email confirmation. The following month I was still charged for the service. I sent him an email asking him to check into it and then called the next day. I spoke with Neil Stamm who verified I should not have been charged but let me know he was not able to credit my acct. He said all the relationship managers were in a meeting and I could expect a call back in 72 hours. The process to discontinue service has been terrible and it's still not resolved. For the reasons listed about I would avoid using this company.
