Was not doing the service for me but actually for a relative. Worst customer service i have ever received. The rep I spoke to stooped down to my level and argued very disrespectful. They kept charging a monthly fee, they claimed it was part of a contract. The contract was never signed and could not be provided to me after asking 7 times. Company is a joke and the minimum wage employees have no customer service skills. Don't recommend it.
