I started working with this company only about 6 months ago, and I have had a very good experience. I have been assisted by different staff but one that sticks out to me is Tommy, due to her true eagerness and drive to assist me in a way that I knew she gathered what she could regarding my account and relayed genuine sincerity in helping me continue the progress in answering all my questions as I am starting the first time home buying process and she educated me on what's to expect next. My credit score (all 3) raised over 100 pts in the last 4 months. I am able to refer with certainty Continental Credit to all the people I know that are trying to restore, raise or establish their credit.
I have learned so much regarding credit that I was clueless on, and the things that are required of me are actually very simple things once you get into that frame of mindset it becomes routine behavior and a way of life.
