Update. I got a call offering me a refund of the payment they basically stole from me to remove my bad review. This explains why they don't have many negative reviews.

If I could give them a zero I would. They did nothing to repair my credit and lied to me and told me my account was closed and kept charging me.
Update. I never got the partial refund I was promised. Do not use this company.

I appreciate the work of the employees at Continental. As a result of their efforts my credit is continuing to grow. When setting up my account I was informed that I would receive regular updates. However, I only received updates when I would call or email and generally days after I reached out. While the work Continental does is great the communication promised is not.

I was really apprehensive about how this works and what all would be done to improve my credit and debt situation. It took a couple months to see the hard work being done, but after that, all these reports started falling off and my score was rising. I left all the "bad stuff" in the hands of Continental Credit while I focused on the "good stuff" and showed consistent responsibility with my lines of credit. They cleaned up while I built up. I have been with them since September 2015 and its now February.... my credit score has gone from 495 to 635-650. They have disputed and successfully deleted about 13 collections on my report and even fought with my student loans to update my "late payments" and got them deleted and refreshed to reflect on time payments. That report was highly inaccurate and nothing I was doing would make the loan company budge or correct their misreporting. I have spoken with quite a few reps from Continental Credit and by far Leon Santillanes is the most informative and genuine person. I'll be honest here.... the guy I talked to last month for an update was totally rude. Leon was a breath of fresh air. I had considered cancelling my services this month because of that guy who cut me off and wouldnt let me talk. Lets just say.... not everyone is meant for customer service, especially with something as sensitive as your credit. Ill be calling Leon from now on. He helped me more than anyone has in months. I cant wait until I dont have to use your services anymore. That just means you guys did what you promised! Thanks!

I just recently contacted this company from a referral from my mortgage broker to inquire about holding off buying a home and to try and improve my credit score. My work leaves scarce time for me to make contact with businesses due to working the same schedule and once I m off they re closed. My realtor had already initially explained this to the company upon obtaining my permission to send my info to them. I have only been in contact with Tia Rodriguez and she s been extremely great at communicating with me via text and email so I can make it work with the small allotted time that I do have. After doing company research and reviewing everything she sent me, I decided to go with them due to her educating me and having an answer for every question I had. I have been disputing my credit myself for the past 2 years and trying to get it fixed only to spin my tires and end up where I basically started. So I m truly excited to see the potential gain I can have as an outcome of this company. I will update this review in 90 days to see where I m at credit score wise.

I would recommend this company if you have damaged credit due to a short sale or other issues; I have been working with them for about 6 months and my credit scores have been improving; they know how to deal with the credit agencies to get old items that effect your credit scores and get them removed which in the end helps improve your overall score.

Randy was great. Although I was skeptical at first because my credit score was already considered "good", my mortgage broker recommended tighten up my credit history, Everything Continental said they would do was done and more. My credit score increased 30 points within a month!!! They were able to remove a derogatory acct. that had been dragging down my score within weeks of signing up! It's a bit pricey but worth every penny. Now I'll be saving literally tens thousands of interest on my mortgage ! Def worth a try even if you have good credit.

Chris did a fabulous job just like all the former employees who have helped me in all aspects to improve my credit over the last year. My score is up most negative are removed. Its been so worth it.

Where do I start...?

I was referred by a lender to help increase my score to help get a really good rate. I was all for it. I checked reviews, typical all over the board. But I figured I'd give it a go.

I started off being told I'd just need a 90 day program (max). That came and went. Then just another 60 days. I called to cancel. Just a while longer!!! It never seems to end.

I have spoke with the gentleman for the last time today. And let me tell you....it is a challenge getting out of their program. Be aware!!! When you say you want out...don't take no for an answer. Do not let them keep you in against your own judgement. They will definitely want you to stay in longer for "just one more round" of investigations. And they will be the one that makes the biggest difference!! Its all bull$#!+.

They did some good for me but had a very hard time getting out of their program. To CC Credit...when we say we want out...let us out. Quit trying to talk us into staying in longer. I don't care what your people say is good for the customer. I was too nice with you.

Was great at first. Try to cancel and they bill you for months and months and give you the run around when you try to cancel. Decided to stick it out for another 5 months and haven't gotten a single update. They don't return phone calls either. At first I gave this company a 5 star cause they removed lots of things from my credit report that needed to be removed. Fast forward to about 6 months about I canceled my membership and one of the collections they removed came back to sue me for non payment. When I called them their response was "sorry but we don't guarantee that the companies we remove won't pursuit you again" I was beyond upset and looked through my contract over and over again. It doesn't state that in the contract but I was going through some medical problems and I didn't have the time or energy to fight them. This is the worst company ever don't do business with them.

Eddie Kuehneman, I can't thank you enough THANK YOU! We have been with continental credit for 1 year and 9 months. Our loan officer that was doing our home loan referred us to them. I was very nervous about doing this at first, but I wanted a home very bad. We was in a very small mobile home 2 bedroom and one bath and there was five of us. We joined continental credit and have been very happy for what they have done for us. They also worked with us when we was haveing a hard time with our payment with them. We closed on our home a couple of months ago and still working with continental credit to get our credit scores even higher. I would recommend these guys any day. They always took the time to explain things to you. Eddie Kuehneman is one great guy to work with. He worked with me and my loan officer to get the things I needed to get my home. My local banker suggested Continental Credit to me. Leon Santillanes has done a very good job of getting a lot of negatives off of my credit report my credit is much better now and he is still disputing more accounts which will hopefully be resolved soon. so it will get even better.

I have been working with Continental Credit for a few months now. In the beginning, I had a lot of questions in my initial sign up process. After that, I would call in and speak to a different rep everytime, ask more questions, get some answers. I wasnt really please with how some of the reps explained different outcomes to me, but nevertheless, my questions were answered and understood with a little help from google. My last call to Continental went better than all the other combined. Tommy was the rep i worked with, and will continue to work with exclusively. I explained to him my situation, time constraints, and worries I had. In my opinion, Tommy is the only rep I've worked that actually cared, or seemed to care, about getting my credit to where it needs to be by a specific time. He explained to me different things that I could possibly do, if need be, that noone else has explained to me before. Tommy really helped me better understand the issues I need to work on and how/when to correct them. Thanks for all the help, Tommy, it was and is extremely appreciated.

Buyer beware! Do not use this company! They have been doing "investigations' into my credit report for 8 months nothing has changed. They told numerous times that i had pending accounts that were going to fall off. Nothing fell off nothing was going to. The only thing I had on my credit was a bankruptcy and an account that was resolved during the bankruptcy. I called the account holder and had it removed myself. CC LLC. did nothing for me but take my money. When I finally stopped believing their rhetoric they charged me for a final month saying "we just sent out more investigations so we have to charge you". The only thing that can fix bad credit is time. Stick to your guns, make your payments on time, and talk to account holders that you know you don't owe money to, they will listen.

because they did take off things off my collections account, but after canceling because i received my house. they kept calling back saying i never canceled and I had the confirmation # that i cancelled. just know your going to have a hard time getting the account closed. Which bugs so much.
