Jeremy has handled my personal credit file for quite some time now and I trust him completely. He always over delivers with his promises and he is the first one that I turn to when I need a complex credit file problem solved. He is a detailed oriented person that walk you through how to manage your credit finances.
If any of my friend or colleagues need credit repair counseling advice, I would always highly recommend they talk to Jeremy.

Had a chat with Trevor on 9/20/19 and very helpful and explained things to me that made sense great company doing great things for me.

I highly recommend this company. Within three months my husbands credit score has raised 100 points. This is not an exaggeration, it literally went from 540 to 640! Tommy has been so help full and every time I call he answers my questions and is always such a wealth of information. This is not a scam by any means. They truly advocate for their customers and raise credit scores. You wont be disappointed.

Continental credit is awesome. I ve been with the for a few months now. They answer all your questions and concerns. I spoke with Kaylenne Lathrop on Wednesday she literally answered all my questions and resolved the issue. I definitely recommend continental credit if your looking to repair your credit.

Update to prior review in December. I had to call my bank to make sure this company could not continue to take more money from me after ignoring my written request to cancel my service. Contract states you must write your request to terminate but gives no address to send it. I sent to customer service email. Was replied to with a voicemail that everything is going great. (My score dropped 15 points in 30 days) Then an email that they need more info and I must sign into my still active account and give permission to them to act as power of attorney. Replied w email confirmation that they do not have permission to do any further 'service's on my behalf'. Finally reached a human who acted concerned and said that my account is cancelled. 3 months later, March 1st I am still receiving letters from all 3 credit bureaus that I have been disputing items that 1) have already been disputed 2) weren't supposed to be disputed to begin with when my account was active 3) they should not be doing this and are at this point just doing it to further harm my credit and or harass me as there is no payment and account has been legaly canceled. A complaint has been filed with the FTC. Please, anyone else with a negative experience file a complaint with the FTC. It takes only a few minutes and will hopefully bring upon a class action law suit against this company who preys upon those who are seeking help in an area of their life which is extremely important.
I had to call and do a credit freeze with the credit bureaus and am now going to be going to speak with an attorney for advice as I do not want feel it is fair to need to keep my credit on freeze. Why do this to people? They are as bad as the phone scammers

Been with this company for less then a year however I have already seen so many good results. I recommend this company all the time to everyone I know.

I have been immensely satisfied with both the customer service and the education I have received from the folks at Continental, Specifically Joel and Devon. They have been patient, thorough, and encouraging through the entire process. Before working with CC I literally had no clue how the credit game (as I cal it) worked. But now thanks to them I have a more concrete understanding and together we ve been able to bring my credit score from fair to good in a short matter of months. I recommend this company in the highest regard! Our country s citizens need more companies like this helping them and less plunging them further down the rabbit hole of debt that consumes so many of us! Hats off to these guys.

So far so good, Leih helped me out today by answering all of my many questions in detail, which I appreciate. She kept her cool and calmed me down when I was worried about the discrepancies on my report and she also went into detail about certain things to expect, the mortgage program, etc. She was great to talk to. Time will only tell if they really work because I haven't been with them long, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Eddie Kuehneman did a great job explaining not only what I can do to raise my credit but also gave me a few different options to look into. I was very pleased with the service he provided and the knowledge, which he clearly had, relating to the subject of credit. He was so good, that I will probably choose to just speak with him when I can. Very personable. Would recommend to others who are looking for ways to build/repair credit.

These guys have gotten everything removed from my credit, including federal student loans. I didn't think that was possible! Great company to work with, especially Karole Reed. She's awesome, friendly, very helpful, and was even in a good mood, despite me calling 15 minutes before closing time.

At first its a little discouraging because you don't know who you are going to talk to. Everyone knows personalities can clash and that's the last thing you want with whoever is helping you out with your credit right? But, as soon as you realize everyone is striving to be the rocky balboa of ding deletion, you can relax and watch your points go ^^ on the scoreboard. I'm waiting a little bit longer to check my score but my wife's went up like 30 points since about 3-4 months ago. it's still in the shop under going surgery but looking like a full recovery is eminent. Last credit tech I spoke with was, Chanley Jetton. My credit is like putting a shattered window back together but she assured me that it was being put back together. No bs, just a bunch of down to earth individuals laying the smack downith on crooked collectors. S/o to Chanley for dealing with my impatient self.

Mosby was awesome, she took time to explain tome how I could increase my credit score, encouraged me to continue to pay on my accounts on time, and to stay in contact with Continental credit in order to get my score up higher. She was pleasant and kind, and explained everything in layman terms. Thank you so much Mosby.

I was getting my update from Jake today and it was a please speaking with him. Continental credit has done bug things for me and my wife . I definitely 100% recommend them to anyone needing there credit fixed. I went from a 599 to a 723 in 3 months.

This company is the best!!! I hired them about 3 months ago to help get my Husband's and my own credit report in a better position and score up so we can buy a house. With in this time my score has jumped 80 points, and still climbing!!! Natasha Landis is wonderful, and very helpful with great customer service! I have recommended this company to my friends and family, and are worth every penny!

Everyone at Continental Credit has been extremely helpful. We did not know where to begin to correct the credit issues we had on our credit report. My representative (Joshua) was helpful even with documentation needed for school.

I was told when i signed up with Continental Credit that they would have my score up within 90 days. They told me they would be working on my CREDIT. (Keep that in mind) The next 90 days destroyed my credit. They lit a fire under creditors that hadn't bugged me in 6 years and i started getting calls about stuff that was about to fall off my credit. My credit score DROPPED about 80 points. When I confronted them about it they said just to pay the creditors and told me they had never said they would work on my credit score. (What??)
After a few more months i found out i was having another baby and needed to cut costs and i decided this needed to go. I paid my last bill and told them to close my case. They waited a few weeks and then proceeded to call me EVERYDAY saying that they bill AFTER they do the work and that i owed another month. (Keep in mind i had to pay AHEAD of time to even get them started on my case???)
It doesn't matter how many times you tell them they've been paid and tell them to close the case, they still call everyday trying to weasel one more payment out of you. They will destroy your credit and steal your money and lie to you.
Oh also, good luck getting a hold of them. You'll sit on busy for an hour.
I'll be reporting them for breaking consumer laws and harassment.
Don't waste your time and money. they don't care.

I had a manager call me yesterday. She explained a lot of things to me and still seemed interested in helping with my credit oddly enough. She removed the remaining balance, closed the account, and gave me 2 months of continued service for the trouble. So I'll add one star for now.

I must admit, I was very skeptical when I first signed up for this program. When the team at Continental Credit started producing results from the first month, all skepticism when out the door. I apologies for not remembering all the names of the reps I had spoken with, but the one that does stand out to me is Fallon Fleming. During our call, Fallon was very confident, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She listen and provided an answer to all my questions and I do ask a lot lol. After hanging up with Fallon, I felt relieved knowing I am in good hands. I am especially thankful for Fallon and the team, having the judgment removed from my credit file. What you all accomplished in a couple of months, was what I had been trying to do for a few years now. Thank Fallon and the rest of the team at Continental Credit, for your hard work and for all the advice had provide me.

Lexi Aragon was outstanding. She guided me on what needed to be done to improve my credit score. She was exemptional in her service. I highly recommend continental credit to my friends who needed it. Thank you Lexi - keep it high.

I got a great discount to sign up with Dennis Miller! Now I've been a part of this company for almost 2 months and they're cleaning up my credit quickly and efficiently. I don't have any problems getting ahold of them and particularly Matt today was wonderful. He gave me a very detailed update and was personable, friendly and responsive. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this company!! I was VERY skeptical at first due to the fact they were out of state and I didn't really know what I was getting unto.
