Continental Credit Review

I have been working with Continental Credit for about 11 months now and my experience has been nothing by POSITIVE. They have helped me raise my credit score and have been critical in my credit recovery. Dennis Miller and Tommy Ferguson have been prompt and professional, answering all of my questions and emails immediately. They have brought me from the rebuilding stage to being able to get prequalified for a home purchase. I cannot recommend Dennis, Tommy and Continental Credit enough!

I order chicken and rice.
The rice salt, the chicken was dry, and pitta was like paperboard.

I have been a client of Continental Credit for a couple of months. Belienda Baardsen is a credit counselor there. She and I have developed a working relationship. She has been truly great to work with. Always gets back to me in a timely manner. She just doesn't give me a report on my credit situation but advises me on how to do things on my end to improve my credit score. Belinda Baardsen is a real asset to Continental Credit and they are fortunate to have her and her expertise for dealing with people that have had credit challenges.

I m starting to love the results with this company! Salina was so helpful in helping me understand the letters from the credit bureau in regards to my accounts. Helped me understand everything so much better! Thank you again for all your help Salina!!!!!! I appreciate it!!!

I ve been using this company since September when the mortgage lender told me how good they are since I was not approved for a home loan. At first I saw a few point increase. But since November I have had my score drop even lower. Ive called several times and when I finally got ahold of someone they convinced me to stay but since then my score has dropped 37 points but there is no changes to my report according to credit karma. My husband is also in the same boat. He has called 3 times and no answer left messages and no one has returned his call. I m very disappointed with the customer service of this company. When you talk to them they are polite but they offer very minimal help or guidance. I asked for an action item list to help and they seem to not have a solution, they just tell me to be patient and let them send disputes. The problem is I m paying a ton of money for something I can do with the credit company s myself or with an app called upturn. So if a lender refers you her beware it may work at first but is it worth the hassle and money when you can do it yourself. Worst part is I just want to cancel and I think that s why they won t return my call.

Great service during the time, helped me with the credit issues, then the last couple months nothing had changed, no updates, so I decided to cancel. That was terrible. The guy, a "senior credit specialist" was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. Pretty much kept telling me how dumb I was to cancel because I am going to end up paying thousands of dollars to fix the rest of my credit.. I had two collections that are now paid so I have no idea why this guy was so rude. I finally hung up on him bc he would not listen and just cancel. He made me feel worse than any of my debt collectors ever did. I even thanked them for all there help, I just didnt need their services anymore, but he didnt care. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never refer anyone to this company even with all the help they did, they dont ever want you to cancel and will do everything to prevent you from cancelling. Terrible terrible customer service.

I had no idea how easy it would be to get all the old junk off of our credit reports in such a short amount of times. You name it, old tax liens, medical collections, and junk that just didn't belong. My wife and I were seeking a mortgage and needed to bring our scores up significantly to qualify. With some smart, responsible decisions on our part and Max and the crew working day in day out on getting all that stuff deleted, we brought our scores up over 50 points and were able to achieve our dream of owning a home. Give these guys a chance and they can do the same thing for you. I've already referred two friends. You can sit around and let people tell you no or you can just get it done. Continental can help!

Continental Credit did a great job for me, When I started I had poor credit, below 600, and now it is 755 with at least one of the bureaus. They did a great job of relentlessly trying to remove the items that can be removed. This is not something you want to attempt by yourself. It was worth the money, now I'm getting the lowest rates if needed for everything. Thank you Continental!

I am extremely upset with this company. They ve taken $300 from me for what who knows. They stated that this was the perfect time to get things resolved due to covid making it an easier process to get things off your credit. Mind you the lady I just spoke with kept reassuring that it takes longer than 90 DAYS to see any changes and that s it s not as easy as it may seem. This company has never followed up with me since day one the only email I got was about getting a secured credit card that was it...it took me calling them 3 times for them to somewhat update me but the updates were useless. I never received any documentation from the credit bureaus NOT ONE and apparently on my profile it shows that things have been mailed out to where exactly?!! I told the lady I didn t want to pay this month because I feel like they ve done nothing for me and her response was well there s some bills that I don t want to pay but I have still have to pay them honestly how unprofessional is that. I m honestly upset I know it s 300 and we had two marks on our credit that needed to be removed although I sent the documentation to help them expedite it and nothing was done. If you want to waste your money and wait 90 days to hear anything from this company while they re taking your money then go for it!!!! I don t typically leave reviews but I feel like I ve been mislead by them!!!!!!

I have been working with Continental Credit for a little over a month now. From the start they made me feel like I was in the best hands, and they are going to work as hard as they can to help me with this stressful situation I have put myself into.

I love the service I have gotten so far. Haven't had a single complaint and so far and I've been working with Mandell Brown and Josie Vincent for more then a few months now. Mandell worked with me on the Deposit needed to start and Josie has helped me to understand some of the things going on behind the scenes. She has explained everything I ask her to without any run around like other companies do. Very pleased with them and will refer to anyone who asks!

This company is just bs. We have been with them for four months and no change at all. We have been trying to cancel and contact them for the past week. Everytime you call just send you to voicemail and no call back at all. So don't waste your money with them.

Tony, your help was greatly appreciated. Your ability to explain something as confusing as the contributing factors of how my credit score is calculated, in layman terms was incredible.

Do not use this company. They sit on disputes and don't send them out just to continue to charge you more money. Also it is very difficult to cancel. When you ask them to target something they ignore your requests, and do what they want to do. Depending on who you speak with, the response is always different.

It was a pleasure speaking with Nelly Lopez. She was very polite and sweet! My husband and I have been working on getting our credit scores back up where they should be since March! I have been with CC now for 6 months and called today and cancelled services. I spoke with Kayla Madrid. She was rude not helpful. I was told to call back in 6 months for review. She advised I would need to pay $15 additional fee to pull credit report bc they are no longer providing it free as of March. This company lies and wants more money from you everytime you call they want to upsell you other services. A collection came off and was put back on by another collection company. I asked to speak to manager, and she puts me on hold over 15 mins. I called back and decided to cancel with this company bc they ask me to have 20% settlement for all my collections to settle and asked me that last month when I called. They also told me to just give them more time to send more dispute letters. They are a waste of time and keep you dragging along. Stay away from this credit repair! Waste of time and money!

They were able to get rid of one zero dollar medical collection and one inquiry over the course of about 8 months. Not a very good experience. I probably could have done that myself.

Jake is amazing! He has helped me out so much!! He is friendly, has wonderful customer service and is extremely knowledgable! I would recommend Continental Credit to everyone.

I am currently a member at Continental Credit and for the most part I am satisfied with my results. At first I signed up through my realtor with one of their representatives. They were kind and very helpful. But as of late I have spoke with Matt Stoch who is one of the Credit Restoration Specialists for the company, and he is great! He answered all of my questions and helped me with all my documents. My score has seen a huge boost so far only after 60 days. Keep up the good work!

I have dealt with 2 other credit report agencies prior and had a horrible experience. As they say "third times a charm". I was extremely skeptical about dealing with yet another horror story. Not the case at all with Continental Credit. I was assigned a personal agent to my account (Randy Blea) who has been phenomenal. I had some pretty bad stuff from years ago that I had no idea was there and why! All I can say is...GONE! I have a couple more things to clear up. My score has gone up literally over 75 points. Thank you Continental Credit, and to you too Randy. I recommend to anyone who has been through the ringer, or just needing some minor details

Just met with Zach A on the phone and he was AMAZINGLY helpful and supportive. He was able to walk through the different processes with me, develop a plan, and schedule a follow-up appointment to ensure I am on target. I have been with this agency for 5 years and he was the best person I have met with during my time. I definitely think I am closest I have ever been to purchasing a home because of this agency and people like Zach A. Thank you for all the help over the years.

A couple of weeks later I met with Logan R telephonically and was able to get a hold of him on two occasions. Logan has been great as well. Not only did he finalize the plan with me, but when I hit a snag he helped me troubleshoot the plan make a contingency plan and walked me through the processes for achieving my credit goals. Logan is the person that got me to the finish line and for that I am eternally grateful! This place, apparently, has a great staff and I would highly recommend this company to anyone if the other employees are anything like Zach and Logan.

Our greatest desire is to become homeowners, however with our financial past it had seemed impossible! The first step in our journey has been to work with Continental Credit. I am now getting credit card pre-approvals in the mail. I called recently & spoke with Aaron, He answered all of my questions & really went above & beyond. I have and will continue reffering friends & family to Continental credit!

Today I called and spoke with Randy Blea. He spent quite a bit of time answering all of my questions as thoroughly as possible. Lord knows I had a ton! Not for one second did I feel he was rushing me off the phone or was bothered in any way, which is so important! I am excited to work with him in the future regarding my credit repair needs! Nothing but happy with continental credit and Randy's knowledge and customer service!

Hugh Mc Dougal is awesome he explained everything to me so I understood the process and what was going on with my account.

Used Continental Credit approximately 3 years ago to purchase my first home. I was referred to them by our realtor. I was VERY skeptical at first. They managed to dispute some of the things that made my score low. And was able to get my score up to qualify for a mortgage. I am using them again now to fix my credit again. Bruce Greene is the best! I have faith in them. Highly recommend!!!

Continetal Credit is great they all do great work and I would recommend them to anyone needing credit repair but it is a two way street if you dont provide all information and push them then the repair is much slower and it is case by case and you may not be able to be helped but this does work I can prove it but you have to work at it with your account managers I do thank them very much for the hard work just a reminder to everyone continental credit is not the party removing disputes on your credit it is crediters who allow it to be removed so keep that in mind they will do their best to help you but nothing is free I bought a house after 4 months in the program I followed up as much as possible now I am working on my next goals of keeping good credit ps if you have a credit card stay under 10% for better scores thats how I done it with credit disputes from the great service they provide here Thanks again David M.

I have no words usually I don t believe in these things but one thing I can tell you I gave them a chance and in Feb of 2020 I will be with them for 2 years and I cannot tell you how much my life have changed my credit it s unexplainable what Continental Credit has done for me that I would not have been able to accomplish today my credit was so shot after my marriage and everything was left in my name I had about a total of 39 accounts and now I m down to like 6 I would not have been able to do it without them they have changed my life. It s real. It sucks for other companies scams that has ruined it for other people. They reach out they help you plan out your financials how to maintain your credit score as well as make them disappear. Again I want to thank the team for all the times I had questions troubles even financially they have been there for me like if they were my family again I can t be more grateful and happy to be able to provide to my two children and give them a better life than what my parents could have given me

Working with Charlie at continental credit yesterday was a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient answering the same question of mine 3 times. I can not wait to see what my future has in store with them working on my side.

I would like to thank advisor Hugh M, he really helped me to identify areas where I needed to make improvements and also offered solutions to me when I could not afford my initial payment amount. He is very customer service oriented and quick with solutions. I can attest to improvements with my credit in the past three months including credit debt deletions, derogatory late payment comments and accounts from my report. Although you will need to be patient through the investigation process in the beginning it is worth it to stick it out to see the benefit of your credit score increasing. This company is great. Marisa is an absolute jewel. We worked with them for a year and they got us a great credit score. That in turn got us a great interest rate. We are closing on our brand new home a week from tomorrow. We could have purchased a older home and got in sooner but we decided on building. They stayed on top of everything and did a great job. Very pleased with them. If you need a boost to your credit score definitely call them. You won't be sorry.

I had the pleasure of chatting with a very knowledgeable counselor Mr. Matt Stoch. When I called him I was in need of help with my credit. To my surprise continental credit and those who work with people like myself in need of help was the FIRST AND BEST investment to repair my credit. The initial fee and monthly cost is nothing compared to the knowledge Matt has shared with me about credit bureaus and how the banking industry works and how it affects the consumer's credit. Most of this "CLOAKED" information the average consumer has no knowledge of and written to confuse the consumer which is unfair. Matt explained what he would do and how the process will work over the next 90 days. I was told about Continental Credit by word of mouth through a co-worker in 6/16. I wish i called back then. Matt's efforts along with the team of counselors helping will have given me a HUGE second chance and I am so thankful for Matt and Continental credit. I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and will tell and in fact have told my friends about Continental Credit. I will write another review in about 90 days from now so.... to be continued! Thanks again.

Talked with Cris G. and was happy with the service. The company over has really helped me with making bad things on my credit disappear and rase my credit score up.

It's been a experiences working with Continental Credit. We were in the market for a home loan but had some credit issues. We got in contact with Continental Credit and 5 months later we were able to get the home loan. I recommend Continental Credit if your having some credit issues. They are great. On my last call it was directed to karina, she was great in explaining ways we could improve the credit score even better.

This is the worst company EVER!!!!!
First off and foremost I ve been with them since 2014 of May and at first it was going OK .....

But for the past year and four months I have the exact same negative and inquiries since November 2016 until today ....

Example time: I was in debt to Care Credit, then care credit sold my account to perfoliate recovery... so technically care credit needs to drop from my negative report because it is against the law to double book for the same account.... I brought it to their attention four times and they kept giving me the runaround .... I literally paid for for the last one year and four months of their service and they did absolutely nothing (Nov30,2016 - today )

No deletions no resolution absolutely no answers...
What I paid them I could ve paid off my debts by now .... then they have the audacity to ask you to write them good reviews on Google and yelp ???

I had been with Lexington for 6 months paying $200.00 a month for me and my husband to get our credit scores up. The scores were still not where they needed to be by the time I got in touch with my realtor and she connected me to the Lender. The Lender, Thomas Dubeau, referred me to Continental and I spoke with a guy, I think Scott, and he gave me so many pointers and things to do and not to do as far as my credit cards and other information that I was amazed. He stated that my score could be up within 60 days and although it isn't where I need it to be as of yet, I am closer than I have ever been! Just within 10 points away or less! I have spoek to Jackson O. and Randy B. today and they were Excellent! I appreciate all the info and support that I have been shown by Continental and your staff and I look forward to purchasing my home within the next 2 to 3 months. Thanks again you all are Awesome! Hello, I have been with Continental Credit for about 6 months now and I honestly can t stop thinking about the news I received yesterday. The progress on my credit was astounding and believe me seeing is believing MY SCORE HAS JUMPED UP 100 POINTS!!!!! This is more than amazing it is a MIRACLE! The Continental Credit Team is fantastic and with Sebastien, Randy and Andrew on my side and their great customer service, not to mention loyalty, and reliability .. It s so easy for me to understand my credit progress! Randy was extremely FRIENDLY and helpful in explaining what had happened to my credit (due to a bad divorce) and what I need to do in order to keep it climbing and believe me at this rate I will be in the "EXCELLENT" ZONE by the end of the year. I have been with Continental Credit for a few months and I just spoke to Leon about my account and the progress on my credit. It is amazing what they have done. I used another Company a few years back and nothing changed on my credit. I am extremely happy with the progress with my credit, and am excited that in no time I will be able to qualify for my first home loan. Leon has been extremely helpful in explaining what has happened to my credit and what I need to do in order to keep it climbing.

Continental Credit has done wonders to my credit score. I worked with them for 6-9 months on repairing everything and it completely paid off. They are always available, very helpful and informative. Leon Santillanes was a great help :) They completely leared all negativity on my report from all 3 credit bureaus.

Called to get a update on my credit and spoke with Tidus hope I m spelling it correct, answered all my questions and was very helpful. My credit score was bad, still not what I want it to be but it has gotten a lot better then it was.

Highly recommend. Titus was very professional, patient, understanding, great listener and resolved our issue. And, we REALLY appreciate his excellent customer service. He should get a raise- very hard to find employee like him.

I was in desperate need of some credit restoration in order to apply for a home loan. I have been a customer of Continental Credit for a couple months now. Continental credit is amazing! They give great customer service! And the results of their credit restoration process are amazing! Today I spoke with Matt Stoch and he was so helpful in explaining every detail of the process! This is a company that is out of dishonest errand! First a fee for establishment at 9100, - please charge for transfer of 15000, - so insurance fee of 40000, -! A perion in debt crisis does not have this money! Bloodsuckers. Stay far away from this company!

I have been working with CC for about 7 months now, they have remove some stuff from my credit... but please keep in mind that while they are working on your credit your scores will go up because, if an item is being disputed then it will not show up on your report therefore your score will go up temporarily then once it come back into your report which it will do 30-60 days later your score will drop. Also if you are in the process of buying a home you cannot have disputes on your credit... this happened to me and now I have to wait a few months. they DO help, but it will take time and effort from your part as well, you need to understand you credit and how it works I am giving them 3 stars because it is hard to get someone on the line to cancel the service.

I can't say enough about this Company!... I was extremely desperate to buy a home and found all this Negative items on my credit. I hired them to help me and to my surprise my score when up and they get rid of so many Negative items some too old to be there and some just I have no idea I had in my credit. this Company is the very Best in my Personal Experience. I Super highly recommended. Eddie Kuehneman took the time SO MANY TIMES TO assure me of everything they were doing and to help me clear many negative items and also took the time once for over an hour to go over all my progress and how he could help me get all needed to increase my FICO Score and I thought the process was going to be long but in only weeks they did what takes years to get rid of on my credit and to help me increase my Future opportunity to Succeeded! Jake was a great help I had a number of judgements on my credit and numerous amounts of blemishes and they are all now gone and I just put an offer on my family's first home thanks to them u guys are awesome thank you so much wish that we could do business again but I hope that I never need it

I received a call from Micheal, a supervisor of accounts. We spoke for about another 45 min. explaining to him my MAJOR frustrations with how my account has been handled, LACK of / or NO communication from the company and little to no results from what I could see. He offered his apologizes and stated he REMOVED the final payment that they stated I was having to pay in April, Also offered 60 days FREE service. I agreed to make an update to my post for him reaching out and with his offers. So I'm updating....I'm not going to give more than 2 stars at this time until my scheduled follow up call in May. We'll see if in fact Michael does as he says and if so, I'll make another update. STAY TUNED........

Like many of others who have stated, I to was referred by a lender to assist in Credit repair. As I am looking to purchase a home. All they have done is take my $$$$ and shown NO results!! No calls, No letters, No emails with any updates on their progress to my credit. Now I don't have a lot on there, just some things reporting wrong, I've disputed myself on CK and gotten further than this so called company. These guys do NOTHING but take your Money!!! Then I request to cancel and they keep going round and round....I requested 5 times to cancel, I no longer need/want their services. Then they STILL say they have to charge me for April!! Why ...you've done NOTHING!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY NOR IT'S COHORTS!!! Just do the repair on your own! It takes time, but you can!

I have been using Continental credit for about 2 months now and have seen my score go up by over 100 points!

Thus far Dan Schaller has been great to work with, keeping me up to date on what he is doing to improve my score. I would highly recommend giving Continental and Dan a try!

I've been with Continental Credit for a bit and they are amazing! Matt Stoch was quite helpful and informative this last time I spoke with someone. Highly recommend anyone needing help with their credit to give Continental Credit a shot.

At first this company guarantees to remove collections and other items from your credit based on the creditors not following the proper steps. They send a request to challenge the accounts. Because of the dispute the creditors remove the charges and your credit goes up. But after some months everything is back on your credit and your credit score goes back down. They ripped me off $400 on their monthly fees and their excuse is they can't make any promises the charges will be completely removed. Even though the GUARANTEE they CAN remove all these negative charges on your account. Don't trust them, all the positive reviews are probably bough.

Just received a call from Josh after telling my agent how crappy this company has been as a referral. As i tried to explain my complaint to Josh He Hung Up on me LOL, very nice. Add crappy customer service to their unprofessional work ethic.
