Continental Credit Review

I want to thank Aaron Mittskus for the time invested in my call the other day, he made sure we had understand everything that was going on in our process at the time. With only 6 weeks into the programs a lot has been done, my credit numbers have change for better and even deletions have been done in all 3 credits. All staff have been great and im glad i have join to not only see positive results already but to continue seen what will happen in couple more weeks, I have been given advise on how to get were we want to be in our credit and not only in the process of a home loan but in the future finances as well. Again i want to thank everyone and specially Aaron you have been awsome! thanks :)

I was referred to Continental Credit to clean up my credit a bit so that I could purchase a home in the coming year. Franklin & Jeremiah have been so helpful and so hard working. They called when things were stressful for me. They have helped me understand each and every point on my credit, how it works, and how to keep it clean. These people actually care about me, my family and my goals. My credit score has improved almost 180 points in just 4 months! My credit is now good enough that I could qualify for a home loan! I just received an email from privacy guard alarming of new inquiries I never requested appearing on my credit report...since my first date with the agency the counselors have assisted me, but RANDY immediately heard the disappointment within my conversation from the several inquiries placed on my credit report, he allowed me to vent, with his expertise within his profession, placed my mind at ease.....went another step forward offered me his direct extension for any future questions I might have. I had a 595 credit score and wanted to do everything it took to fix it. I wanted to purchase a house and needed a new car. I was referred to Continental Credit by a co-worker. I was pleased to say I met over the phone a guy by the name Nate Eubank. There were several others but was so grateful that I had the opportunity to speak with Nate more than once. He was very pleasant and didn't rush me when I was sharing my issues with my credit and my future goals and very professional. Nate took time to look at my file and guided me in how to raise my credit score by keeping my credit cards low. I am now in the mid 680's. In less than a year. I'm so thankful for Continental Credit as I finance customers everyday with low credit scores and now refer them to Continental Credit. This is a safe and legitament company and definitely recommend this to all who suffer as I did, as we know in this world Good credit is everything. Nate Eubank is an awesome credit counselor who's patient, lets you speak about your concerns and has an awesome personality. I definitely recommend anyone to ask for him. I never felt pressured once. Speaking to someone that really cares means a lot. Customer Service is everything in this world as I am in sales myself and know that building strong relationships is the key!

It is so difficult and frustrating to deal directly with credit bureaus to repair errors that I decided to enlist this team. Best decision I could have made. I referred my son and daughter-in-law to their team as well to address any issues they have with their credit before purchasing their first home next year. What a terrible experience! I was referred to Continental Credit but my loan officer and he was even shocked at how poor the service was. Whenever I called in for updates I was met with condescending answers and lack of details. I was originally told my "minor" credit repair would take 90 days. When I called after 90 days to cancel my service as all of the inquiries should have been done by that time (per the time line they provided). They told me that there was still additional inquires to be made that required disputes to be filed and needed an additional 60 days. After those 60 days I called again and was told yet another story as to why I needed to extend my time with the service again. Every time I called I had to hold for 20 minutes before speaking with someone. Their service was aweful! I would not recommend using Continental Credit.

Kayla was so much help she explained everything to me .she took her time and wasn't in a hurry she answeransall my questions without even having to think and she was very nice iam very Happy with my score at this point I was able to get that brand new house...

Great Service especially by Jeremiah Hafar, I've been using them for 4 years. My credit was shot... They removed over 30 things for me and I'm happy to say I now have a credit score of 725. I highly recommend this service!

There are a lot of Credit repair companies out there that say they will help you improve your credit. This one does what they say they will do! My credit score went up 75 points! They removed so many old things that were just sitting on my credit report that I wouldn't have known how to get off. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can't tell you how difficult it was just to make this call. Afraid I was going to get reeled into some monthly service or speak with a sales person who only cared to make a sale. This was NOT my experience. I spoke with Dennis Miller who was very helpful and even shared his personal matter with me which made me feel comfortable and not so alone. He gave me great advice along with multiple options besides their service. Explained each option to me where I was able to understand. We discussed how he would be able to help if I hired him and what to do with the rest of my creditors. I was never pressured into anything. I recommend this company whether they can help or not; and request Dennis Miller! This phone call shed some light and I am hopeful again.

Jeremiah Hafar and the Continental Credit Co have bent over backwards to assist me in clearing an unbelievable blemish in my credit report caused by Equifax company. Thank goodness that in the Credit World there is a company like Contenental Credit and agents like Jeremiah Hafar to stand firm and not back down from challenging companies like Equifax and their missinformed information that has caused me many sleepless nights because Equifax simply would not listen to me when I was challenging them to correct the report. Thanks Guys for a job well done.
I have given Continentl Credit Co. 4 stars simply because of their use of "Loved It". That word "Love" is reserved in my vocabulary for PEOPLE I love and not companies. They are in my opinion a 5 star company that is competent and trustworthy.

Overall I am pleased with the service this company provided. I had several old accounts (all at that 7 year mark) on my credit report that were not favorable or falling off. I reached out to many of these creditors on my own and wasn't able to make any progress. Most of these creditors stated it could take 10 years before they would stop reporting. I was referred to Continental Credit and within the first 2 months I began to see old accounts falling off my credit report and my overall score increasing. After 6 months, all of the targeted accounts have been removed from all 3 bureaus. When it came time to end the service with them, Tyler Glasgow reviewed the progress made over the course of the program, made good suggestions and respected my position. I would highly recommend reaching out to this organization should you need some assistance in cleaning up your credit history.

I have been working with Continental Credit for 4 months now and I am very pleased with the work that they done so far. Everyone in their team is great, excellent customer service! Today I had the pleasure of talking to Alicia Armijo, she was very
knowledgeable, informative and helpful and didn't mind I put her on hold for about 5mins. when I came back to the line, she was as pleasant as if she had just pick up my call...I once again apologized for that, it was a very important call. And that is exactly how I feel every time I talk to someone at CC, "my call is very important to them too".

This service has been great and Randy has been very upfront and helpful in answering my questions. Randy is a true professional. This place juices you for as long as they can with no results after about 3 months. Ask what they do and you'll keep getting the run around that they're working on it and it takes time......

The Company did a fairly decent job in improving my credit score. I called them to cancel my service today and they had me on hold for some time, the person that answered transferred me to a Sales guy and he kept giving me a run around and insisted I stay on because of the good works they were doing for me. Granted, I agree, I wish he could just smoothly process my request. He had me on hold again for longer than I would have liked before transferring me to the billing person. I was charged 5 days ago for their service. I was told I will be charged the full billing amount in 3 weeks or so from now. It doesn't make sense to me why their charge won't be pro-rated for the service they provide, which should really be for 5 days worth of work not the full month charge since I requested their service to be cancelled effective immediately.

I was referred to CC by a mortgage broker. It was one of the best things he has ever done. We have been with CC for almost 18 months. The items on our CR's were horrifying. Some we have companies we had never heard of. Somehow it got on our CR. Just this past month we were finally able to purchase a home with the help of CC. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They have done a fabulous job for us.

What a joke! Did absolutely nothing for us! Canceling was a nightmare. Took them 3 months to cancel my account they continued to say it was closed no future payments then comes the next month and they took out another payment and refuse to give a refund because they supposedly did work but my credit scores shows no work has been done. This place is garbage and crooks. Don't use this company.

Tony Was Absolutely Amazing! I lost all hope until meeting Tony @ continental credit ! If you ever feel like there's no repairing your credit think again and contact tony at extension 519! He's a life saver.

Friendly staff. Hubby is skeptical of credit repair companies but I gave it a try, so far so good; looking forward to positive end results. Tommy is the representative I am working with and he is easy to talk to with realistic/ positive feedback. It's credit repair so if you are not ready to hear real advice about how you improve on obviously bad financial habits then it is not for you however if you are ready to follow expert advice and guidance it's worth giving it a try.

They have done outstanding! I was a loan officer and referred clients to them back in 2006 - 2008, when the economy crashed I lost everything and needed help cleaning up my credit history! I turned to them and within 6 months, my credit scores have increased a minimum of 30 points up to 100 point increase with TU!!! Brandy Andrade is my current rep and is very attentive and quick to respond... Very satisfied consumer and referrer!

It worked.
We closed on a new house today and started moving in.
My credit was down in the dumps in June of 2015, so was my wife's.
It was helpful that seven years had past and that some things would have fallen of the reports but I did not know how to get things removed and to clean up the reports but the good people at Continental credit helped us a lot.

I couldn't have done it without them.

My wife and I are truly impressed with the team. We were told that we didn't qualify for a home loan through USAA, but through the hard work of these wonderful people, we are now able to qualify for a home loan.
I cannot thank the team members enough for their commitment to help those who want to buy a home or they need to have their credit cleaned up in case they are on a time frame and need quick results.

I ve worked with another company LexingtonLaw and all the did was take my money. And double dipped at that.
Anyway continental credit took the time to work with me and my zany hours. A few people even assisted me at 2am in the morning.

I had an excellent experience with the representative Kayla, she was very educated about the company products and services. Kayla was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns, she's was very patient and went over my credit review, she provided me my updated credit scores. Kayla education me on my current credit card's account and inform me on how to bring them down to a 10% this was very helpful information that she provided to me, I would definitely recommend anyone who interested in having challenging credit to allow this company to repair it for you.

I used Continental Credit to help me to be in position to purchase a home this year. My target time frame to close on a new home was September of 2015. I am happy and excited to say that I closed on my home on May 20, 2015! The advice and service I received was great. I had my own work to do and along with the process that they use, it worked! Once in my home, I decided to cancel the service. I contacted Leon Santillanes and he helped me to cancel the service and also corrected a small error on my account without any hesitation. They have been very helpful! They start work immediately to help you improve your credit. I'm having them help me briefly in order to get my score up enough to get approved for a home loan. I only need a few points. I had questions about how long it would take cause I'm on a time frame to get this all settled. Justin Ayling was very courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed to do on my end to help as well as getting in contact with my leander to determine what algorithm she uses to determine my score. That way they can use to same algorithm to know where I'm at so we can be ready to apply as soon as they know. I highly recommend this company, I was very skeptical of the reviews and any hope for my credit being repaired but desperate for help I went for it. They have exceeded beyond my expectations in just under 3 months. So far they've been able to take me from a low 600 to above 700, Im still currently enrolled & moving forward.

I have been a customer with CC since 1/28/19, and since then they have worked diligently to clean up my reports which had raised my credit offer 100 points, so far. Started in middle of March, now in the end of May... seeing results, will continue to post updates Exp score started at started 575 hit 609 today 34+ need 31 more to go. Trans 537, now 556... 19+ still a bit to go 94 points, but they have cleared 8 Collections medical collections, Equifax started at 563, now 591...28+..need 58 more....this was FICO SCORES, not Credit Karma

I received an inheritance and wanted to make sure that I got things completely squared away with my life as I wanted to take this money and invest in a house as I don t think that I would ever see this much money again in my whole life. The first step in doing that was getting my credit score taken care of and I needed help!

When I contacted Continental credit and wanted to look into buying a house I LITTERALLY had a credit score of ZERO. THAT S REALLY BAD if you didn t already know. When I was 18 I got 2 credit cards and completely ran them up on useless crap. On top of that having medical bills racked up over injuries from being a thrill seeking type of person I had no idea where to start. Tommy at continental walked me through the processes that we would be going through and gave me advise on what to do moving forward. He was always very cool with ANY question I asked no matter how stupid I felt for asking it and always was very good about getting back to me if I left a message. I was trying to buy a new home last year but ran into issues with my credit scores. My mortgage agent recommended Continental Credit to help get my credit repaired. While it took about 6 months, the results we got were pretty amazing. One of my credit scores went from 602 to 690 while all of the others increased significantly. I am very happy with the work these guys did for me.

However, they are very aggressive when it comes to keeping you on as a client once you have determined that their services are no longer needed. They will offer to lower payments, suspend payments, and more to keep you on board and only seem to take the 5th or 6th "No" before they will let you cancel services.

Also, while their services were great for the most part, it would have been nice to get regular reporting detailing what they were doing. In almost 8 months of service, I only once received a detailed report of what was completed and it was only after I called them to ask for one.

Overall, I would recommend Continental Credit to anybody who needs to repair their credit. They do what they say they will do. It may take about 6 months before real results are realized, but it was totally worth the wait. Just be sure to let them know up front that you'd like regular reporting and, once you reach your goal, to let you out of services without hassle.

Kayla went above and beyond to ease my anxiety about something on my credit and made sure to make me feel comfortable that Continental Credit was going to fight for me!

I had utilized a different credit repair service just a few months prior to hiring Continental Credit and I cannot emphasize ENOUGH, how much MORE efficient Continental Credit is! I have seen WAAAAAY more results in a MUCH smaller timeframe and the customer service is ASTOUNDING!
