I spoke to Randy Blea today about my concerns on the update of my account and he was very helpful! I bank and have insurance through USAA which I always considered to have the highest level of customer service, and now I changed my mind. He is on par with them in my opinion, and I really appreciated all the help and advice he gave me. I told him that I will certainly be recommending this company to others, specifically to him.
