My name is Amber B. and I am a customer of Continental Credit. My go-to guy at Continental Credit is Jake. Jake has walked me through this bittersweet process from day 1 and I am SO appreciative of that. Jake understands that I don't know how this whole "credit" thing works, so he explains to me, in layman terms what I am reading on my credit report and the best steps to take to raise my credit score and fix my credit. When i signed up with Continental Credit 3 months ago my credit score was at an all time embarrassing low. In three months my score has raised an average of 45 points.
