Came here for one night with my boyfriend for our cruise and glad we didn t book a second night. The pool/jacuzzi was under remodeling so they wanted us to go to the hotel next door. There is no fridge, no microwave and no ice machine in our room or anywhere on our floor. It was very clean and management was extremely nice but not worth the price if I can t even heat up my own leftovers because of sanitation purposes . Oh, and WiFi is NOT FREE! It s 2019 in the United States...as a paying guest, WiFi for one or two devices is seemingly always included everywhere else I have stayed. I will say...if you re just looking to sleep and take a nice bath, this is your place but definitely not convenient for the price.

The pool setup was a little annoying and closed VERY early (7:30pm). Pool bar didn't open in the morning at 11am like posted. Most rooms don't have balconies, which fir the price is a little disappointing.

Service was great and the beds super comfy. Spacious room, but a small TV. Enjoyed dinner out on the balcony at the restaurant.

Got another star for the complientry champagne on check in.

It is annoying having to take 2 elevators to access the room and that the pool is in the building opposite is also uncomfortable. The fare is expensive and does not include breakfast. The positive: the bed is very comfortable

Very well priced based upon similar hotels in the area. Excellent service from the valet to the concierge and main desk. Perfect room, nice view. Did not get to use amenities at the spa, fitness, pool or the bar and restaurants because it was only 1 night. Would definitely pick this again!

We enjoyed our stay.. Beautiful hotel and well organized, located downtown about 20mins from South Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping center. Loved Valet Parking. As soon as we check in we was greeted with wine. We was also upgraded to larger room with a beautiful view. Would come back again. Thank you Conrad for making our anniversary one to remember.

We chose to stay at the Conrad Miami after our cruise since we were Hilton Honors members. The stay was memorable. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The concierge gave us insights on how to find the real Miami. The real winner however was the view from the bar on the 25th floor..

Looking to splurge on a romantic getaway? Look no further. I checked into the Conrad Miami and it was an amazing hotel. I had a great full view of Miami from my corner room. I love the addition of the aromatherapy soaps as well as the bath salts. There is also a very nice rooftop pool that you have access to as well. My stay could not have been any better. It is right in downtown Miami and is not far from many restaurants perfect for a splurging romantic getaway.

The espresso machine was a little hard to use if you wake up a little intoxicated from a late night out in Miami. Look for the instructions! Even still it was an amazingly great stay.

A former dishwasher at a Miami hotel, fired after missing work on Sundays for religious reasons, was awarded a $21 million jury verdict.

Sixty-year-old Marie Jean Pierre was a dishwasher at the Conrad Miami Hotel for more than a decade until she was fired in March 2016.

Pierre, a devout Christian missionary born in Haiti, said she was fired by her boss at the hotel after she missed six Sundays from work to attend Bethel Baptist Church in Miami.

Very luxurious stay in downtown Miami. The hotel was beautiful. But the reason for my 4-star rating is because this hotel was at times very awkward. The feel of the environment was not very welcoming.

the hotel is good ... BUT I WATCH because they charge CHARGES that do NOT CORRESPOND ... they charged me the breakfast and I had it included .... they told me everything all right and they charged me twice ... I make the claim and nothing nothing A SHAME getting dirty for a few dollars..I''LL DENOUNCE THEM because they DO NOT MEET what they say and nobody answers or phone or email

Rooms are great super friendly staff. But a lot of the amenities are closed due to covid. And I realize that's not there fault. But they could have things open by appointment. That the only reason I'm giving them 4 not 5 stars.

Really warm welcome up on the 25th floor. A nice glass of fizz on arrival made a great touch too. The rooms are all great sizes, bed super comfy, there's even a pillow menu. There's a nice bar with an outside terrace worth a try, although the service out there was quite slow (didn't ruin the amazing view and nice wine though).

The pool is over on the other side of the building, which also includes a tennis court, it's very private and a decent size.

This hotel offers very spacious rooms with a nice view, very friendly staff and there are lots of good restaurants to have lunch and diner, all at walking distance. The view at the terrace of the bar is really amazing.

My first time in Miami and my first time in a Conrad. I absolutely loved this hotel. It's right in downtown with most places within walking distance. Fantastic, spacious room with plenty of accommodations and an incredible view. My only issue was the jacuzzi at the rooftop pool which was really dirty with no attendants in the area. I would recommend the Conrad to anyone visiting Miami.

One of the worst if not THE WORST hotel I ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Booked for 7 nights here,

First night checking in to my corner suite, the bedroom had no curtains, asked for a solution, did not get a room switch until 3 hours later. Tried to call guest services more than 10 times they never pick up.

Second night came back to the room with 1 bath towel, and they know we have 2 adults and 1 child staying in this room. Called 5 times, picked up and says there s only one person working at the front desk at night and they cannot do anything about it.

I ve booked this hotel because it is a Conrad, a top of the line Hilton group hotel, and yet a Hilton Garden Inn has better service, and I m paying $600 a night here.

My recommendation to anyone thinking of booking this hotel is STAY AWAY, go book Motel 6 at one tenth the cost and you will receive better service than this so called 4/5 star property.

Stayed for a few days for a conference. Great location - close enough to south beach to catch a morning swim before my flight out. Rooms are clean and simple - I had all I needed for a work trip. Pool is great and very relaxing atmosphere (was there on a weekday) Breakfast was so-so, but there are plenty of options outside. Great for a quick business trip..

Great hotel right in the middle of Brickell Financial District. Bar is great and a outdoor seating so great to enjoy the weather and views. Only thing is the corridor smells a bit funky so hope they fix that. I usually always stay at this hotel when in Miami (outside of Sobe)

Joshua and the reception team were lovely and bent over backwards to be helpful, showing real personal care, and unfortunately the hotel itself didn't live up to the expectations set by my stay at the conrad in Pune, India. Its amazing what a difference one star seems to make! The shower not working properly, no bottled water in the room, no alarm clock, a broken coffee machine (all of which were rectified by the very helpful team - I changed rooms after one night) broken curtains and ongoing renovations to the elevators compounded the sense that attention to detail was lacking and the hotel needed some love. Overall my stay was OK; staff were quick to help and very sweet, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were tired and in need of some tlc

A room with the most amazing view. The bed was super comfy, the stuff a good night is made of. There's a spa in the hotel that offers amazing services. I can't forget the smiles, the staff always smiled warmly and were ready to assist. I only wish our room was equipped with a microwave. Also I couldn't find an ice machine on our floor.

Nice hotel views, awesome spa, not very crazy about the pool area and disappointed about their breakfast. 27 dollars for a buffet breakfast I was expecting a nice selection, it was nothing different that any other complementary continental hotel breakfast with a nice presentation. No omelet station not even fresh eggs. Boxed "real" scrambled eggs are not real I was expecting fresh out of the shell eggs but that was extra it wasn't included...

Imposing. A little annoying the noises of the restauran. They do many conventions. I could not use the pool x it was reserved for a private event ... At the end one pays x comfort and service and the guest becomes a background ...

I use the hotel Spa for when I have connections and it gives me time to get out of the airport and get some rest. The spa is quite simple, but it has absolutely everything you need to be comfortable, it has a hydromassage for water massages, but most importantly, the massage therapists, all ... are spectacular! Then you can stay on the hotel terrace, which is very nice with views of Brickell Bay!

Nice hotel. Clean, great location. Jonathan Diaz checked us in and he was awesome. He even upgraded us to a suite. Then they sent a bottle of complementary champagne. Pool was pretty. Nice fitness facility. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel really well located not too far from Ocean drive and south beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, wide enough, and the view is stunning. If you're visiting for a couple of days, don't look further! Highly recommended.

Was really amazing. Service is excellent.
Reason I'm giving 3 star is the elevator system is very complicated, in my 2 day stay I still didn't completely get used to it.

Rooms were OK, but no better than you would expect from the price. On checkout they tried to charge us again, although they had been paid in advance. Finally sorted that out, only to find they had charged us USD 15 for "incidentals", despite saying at checkout that there was a nil balance. They have subsequently refused to reply to any queries about this spurious charge, or even to provide a receipt. Trivial amount, I guess, but left a really nasty taste at start of holiday.

Beautiful hotel! I've stayed at a regular Hilton Hotel before but Conrad takes it to another whole level of luxury.

I came to Miami for an Ironman Triathlon race and chose this hotel because it was so close to the venue where the race was taking place.

The design and architecture of the building is so sleek and modern. As soon as you pull up in your limo/bus/whatevafloatsyaboat you are met by the valet dude and bell man.

Didn't really need the bell mans help since I'm a big boy. When you first walk into the lobby it may seem a bit confusing because you think it's the lobby but it really isn't? I was told to go up to the 25th Floor and to check-in there. Uh okay!

I went up to the 25th floor and voila! The lobby is surrounded by big large head to toe Windows with a gorgeous view of the bay and Brickell St.
Beautiful artwork all around the floor, small convenience corner with little to-go supplies for purchase.

On the same floor, the bar is also located. I didn't get a chance to check out the bar but every time I walked by it was kept busy. In fact, one of the times I walked by it was roped off for a wedding reception. So yeah, it's pretty nice. During the early mornings there was a breakfast buffet being held. (Not included according to the cooks).

Let's get to the room. My room was an all-in-one kind of unit. It included a full kitchen with a dishwasher and full-size fridge. There was also a full-size washer/dryer included.
The bathroom, OMG! Love it! Very spacious walk-in shower. An oversized bathtub with a mirrored wall -- HOT!!! ;)

The bedroom had a large queen bed, with the normal stuff like a tv and closet - yada-yada-yada.

Living room had another TV with a pull out leather couch and table. The patio was okay. It was overlooking the bar with a somewhat ok view of the bay. It's weird because it's an indoor patio.

Overall, I stayed here for 4 nights and I loved it. Next time I'm in town, Conrad will be on my places to stay at list again.

This place does not live up to the name. The staff that spoke English were friendly enough. The hotel/spa itself is just dirty, old, and broke down. They seem to be doing some renovations but I would skip this place especially for the price! There are many hotel and spas in the city for the same price or cheaper in extremely beautiful hotels. It's Miami! Move on..

It is a perfect hotel for perfect vacations. All very expensive, but excellent, the quality of the food, rooms, breakfast place, parking, EXCELLENT.
The bathrooms in the rooms were spectacular.
The hotel's attention is excellent.
There was a problem with the card to open the door and in less than 2 minutes, it was solved and without asking for it we got a refund on what we had paid.
Tipping at this hotel is worth it. The view is beautiful.
I RECOMMEND IT TO 100 PERCENT FOR ALL.
