The security guy named Evangelista ML was kind of rude, me and my friends went to the hotel coming from S Maison, he never welcomed us and we waited at the lobby for a few minutes, he was staring at us almost all the time, it was discriminating.

My only go-to place for Samgyeopsal. They offer unlimited side dishes but not the meat. But it's not the quantity of the meat, it's the quality. The marinates and the cuts are all good. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating, they would even cook for you and offer more side dishes. If I could give 6 rating here, I would definitely give them 6 star plus finger hearts

This is a nice place especially the cinema. They have those lazy boy seats with complimentary popcorn.
The mall is not crowded because it is hidden behind Mall of Asia. Directly behind SMX. The place is a bit upscale. There are numerious restos to try out. They have Indian, Japanese and fusion Filipino food. They also have the yogurt ice cream for those who have a sweet tooth but concerned about their health. Go explore the place. My wife and I loved the place. We will be back for more movie time and dinner.

I have been to Manila for more than 50 times since 2005. New hotels are built every year, and old hotels are remodeled. The MOA area of Manila is getting much better than before. I used to feel like an island, but I liked it a lot. I stayed at the Conrad Hotel for 3 nights and it was very good. Some good things, first! It is connected directly to the MOA and the bridge. I am always worried about Manila's poor security, but the Conrad Hotel was conveniently connected to MOA. The Solaire Hotel, the Solaire Hotel, and the Sofitel Hotel are all within walking distance of the hotel. And if there is no taxi at the hotel for other local sightseeing, we went to MOA and took a taxi. The second good thing is that you can see Manila Bay. The sunset is very beautiful. Okada Hotel and the Soraire Hotel. It is cheap to keep up with the facilities. However, it may be inconvenient for Gambler as there are no casinos in the hotel. As a five-star hotel, employees never lose their dignity and smiles. The bad thing is that there are fewer swimming pools and restaurants than nearby hotels. There were few kinds of breakfast restaurants. The menu of breakfast has been the same for three days. However, the price is lower than that of nearby hotels. Next time, I will use Conrad Hotel. Additional accommodation gives cute dolls. I hope it will be helpful for other travelers to post their pictures, so my review will help you to post pictures that other travelers have not posted. There is also a shopping mall called s-maison inside the Ahab Conrad Hotel. But the Starbucks in s-msaison was more expensive than other Starbucks in town. It was a little cheaper than Starbucks at Manila Airport.
I have had more than 50 Manila trips since 2005. Every year a new hotel is created and the old hotel is remodeled. The MOA area in Manila is much better than before. Previously it felt like an island, but it got better. We stayed at Conrad hotel for 3 nights this time and it was very good. Some good points, first! It connects directly to MOA and bridge. I am always worried about the lack of security in Manila, and the Conrad Hotel was convenient to the MOA. The nearby okada hotel, solaire hotel, sofitel hotel have only a small shopping mall inside the hotel, and there is no large shopping mall nearby, so there is no need to take shuttle bus or taxi, but Conrad is connected directly. And when taxi was not caught in other tourist sightseeing hotel, we went to MOA and took a taxi. The second good thing is that you can see Manila Bay. The sunset is very beautiful. The third good thing is the cheaper than the surrounding okada hotels, solaire hotels. Facility is not lagging, but the price is cheap. However, there is no casino in the hotel, so it may be inconvenient for gamblers. As a 5 star hotel, employees do not lose their elegance and smile. The bad point is that the pool and breakfast room are smaller than the nearby hotels. There were few menu types in the breakfast restaurant. The menu of the breakfast restaurant was also unchanged for three days. However, it is the same level as the surrounding hotels, but the advantage is that the price is low. Next time I will use the Conrad Hotel. If you stay extra, give a cute doll. I hope that other travelers have already uploaded a lot of photos in the reviews so that I can post photos that other travelers have not uploaded in my review. There is also a shopping mall called s-maison inside the Conrad Hotel. But s-msaison's Starbucks were more expensive than other Starbucks in town. Manila airport was a bit less expensive than Starbucks.

didn't felt like a luxury hotel, most materials used in the rooms are of mediocre quality, some workmanship issues, but the design was superb, if not kitschy. food served was delectable. views are meh, and parking sucks

The amusement park in front of the hotel has many local Filipino families and I feel happy just looking at it. Mall of Asia is also the best location right next to it. The hotel's breakfast buffet is a great choice to enjoy.

The good

The good
1. Awesome bathroom... actual high pressure hot water showers not from one or two faucets but 3 yes 3 faucets spraying hot water all over your body.
2. King sized bed so soft it was impossible to even want to get up.
3. Free wifi.. free TV... free A/C... free complinetary VIVA spring water every day.
4. Very polite courteous helpful employees of Conrad.
5. Great outdoor swimming pool.
6. Very tight security. No vagrants walking around the hotel.
7. Walking distance to the mall or the beach front.

The bad
1. Awesome sea front view... which we never got from our room because we were facing the wrong way and the only view we got was a big air vent.

Oh well so um yes that is the only thing that made this 4 out 5 star instead of a 5 star review.

You can't win them all.

I attended a one day seminar on this hotel. The place is really great. You can view the sunset at the manila bay. Beside the hotel is buffet 101 and other restaurant at the sea side. You can also go shopping at the hotel's shopping mall.

Attended a wedding here, we had the set meal.. Service is slow.. food is subpar.. had to wait half an hour to get into the parking.. only to find lots of slots open.. very frustrating experience..

I attended a wedding here, and the hotel itself is really nice and contemporary. It is connected to the SM Mall of Asia and being in close vicinity to the SM Arena and airport as well. The function hall are cozy, large, and suitable for a great number of events, and the in house restaurant, China Blue also is wonderful not serving very traditional Chinese food, but rather infusing some modern flair into their dishes. My only issue is with regards the rooms as they seemed to have been hastily done, not having the finish expected from a Conrad hotel.

Very good place to visit with all good facilities in it. Very nearby place to mall and supermarket. In front of it there are nice beach activity and fun games. Very good and caring staff.

The one star is for room quality which is unfortunately the only good thing I to have to say about my stay here. I transferred from another hotel to this one solely based on reviews and the fact that it s a 5 star property hence good customer service is given. I am not sure if they are short staffed due to covid situation but nonetheless there is no excuse for their complete lack of customer satisfaction.
The issues I have faced in the last 3 days of my stay here, to list a few-
1) They have no concierge so the expectation is that guest should drag their bags to their rooms, considering how huge this property is, it is a pain. Not sure why they don t have facility as basic as this.
2) The staff s behaviour - while checking in I was made aware that the checkin time is 3:00PM which was 3hrs away. My travel team probably forgot to inform me (which they haven t accepted yet, as per them they weren t aware) about it otherwise I would have transferred from my previous hotel accordingly. However having no choice, I tried to explain my bit and request an early check-in but was told by the reception that they are sold out and that I can move to another hotel if waiting is an Issue, this is after they had already charged for the deposit. The desk representative was extremely rude and didn t even bother to apologise for her behaviour or the fact that they couldn t accommodate a basic request.
3) Their guest services and in room dining number is rarely answered, again basic.
4) Today morning, I somehow managed to catch hold of someone on their guest services number to order for breakfast as their in room dining number remained unanswered for an hr. In Short, I had to follow up twice on my order as it took 2 hours for it to come through and surprise is it was incorrect. So after giving specific instructions and waiting for 2 hours for food which is the longest I ever had to wait, I had to sent the order back call them again and now it s been another 30 mins and breakfast is nowhere in sight.
I understand that there might be delays or staffing issues however it is basic courtesy to atleast notify the guest, just because this place is sold out doesn t mean that staff can completely disregard basics of customer service. Needless to say it has been One of the worst hospitality experiences for me and I still have another 2 days of stay here.

Really awesome hotel in a great location with views of the bay and connected to the Mall of Asia. The hotel room itself is roomy and well laid out. I highly recommend a room facing the bay. But what really set apart my short stay was the lovely and warm service I received at the Executive Lounge. Everyone was super friendly, including the Manager Alice as well as Abby, Baine, Blanche and many others. If you can do so, I highly recommend upgrading your stay to the Executive level, the breakfast, teatime, and cocktail hour that come with the upgrade are well worth it for the delicious food and gracious hospitality.
