Its a hotel at the heart of the Manila city. Very close to the beach and next to SM mall so its easy to get food. I had a panorama bay view. Staffs are very friendly but its a little too expensive for me... its a 5 stars hotel anyway

One of the best hotels we've stayed in so far! Very nice rooms, great service. The breakfast buffet may not be as extensive as other hotels, but the selection is great and of superior quality. The children loved the pool and the excellent view afforded by our Bayview room. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed at PREMIER ONE BEDROOM SUITE for a week. Everything was perfect. It was a state of the art hotel facility. There was a mango in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is connected to MOA by bridge. The pool and fitness were also great. What I liked most about it was the hotel staff always smiling and greeting. Club lounge staff were all professional. I want to visit again.

A hotel where you have a very good and easy access to everything.

Excellent new hotel in Manila. Located about 15 to 30 minutes from the airport depending on traffic, and about 5 to 10 minutes from the Mall of Asia, this beautiful new hotel is a five star Edition to this area. Everything was brand-new I stayed here the first night it opened. For my first visit I only stayed for one night I booked a standard room with a standard view. The room is excellent. That is extremely comfortable, pillows are very nice, beautiful bathroom with marble, rain shower, nice HD flat screen TV, good desk, nice sofa in the room, and all of the basic things you would need. Went to the buffet for breakfast, outstanding. Excellent fresh juice bar, excellent fresh baked pastries, very good egg bar, and very good selection of very high quality breakfast selections. Overall excellent highly recommended. I spent about 150 US dollars per night on this room. I don't know if that's the standard rate but I felt it was well worth the money.

Could be better. Some walls seem hollow and an elevator wall was noisy. Really nice. Looks 5 star but feels like 4 star. Buffet has good bread selection and juice bar was great. Filipino selection was so so.

Excellent service from entire staff. Accomdation were outstanding. View from excutive diplomatic suite was outstanding.

Actually Maison is the place where we go to spend time and look for quality products. Accessible for the southerners and northeners

Never knew that Conrad Hotel has its own mall not until I checked in. Boutiques and restaurants are quite intimidating. It's a high end shopping experience. I liked it because there are very few people inside this mall -- very peaceful.

It might be a bit pricey, but it sure is a high quality selection. As a coffee lover, I was happy to discover Starbucks Reserve. We also tried the Director's Club. Awesome!

If you want a quiet mall, that's it. There are so many stores you can see, many Ramens. EXPENSIVE

The view was amazing! The restaurant was pretty good though on the high side when it comes to price. Wouldn't mind staying here during my next staycation

Nice Christmas decors, clean place, no musty odor of carpets. Beautiful place. But parking is difficult. We had to wait 20-30minutes to get parking slot. And no clear signs how to exit.

The side dishes were great, the servers were really friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

Stayed here over 10 times and upto 60 days total in last 1 year. Every time I am here, they would have made some small changes and improved their services. It has excellent sea views , well equipped gymnasium and a large swimming pool with pool bar, largest breakfast and lunch buffet in city.

Conrad is high end shops and services with a hotel with easy access to Mall of Asia. Has a movie theater with lounge chairs. Definitely a place to check out.

Been to Conrad Manila for a few times now, really like the location. Just beside they have the SM mall, convention centre, lots of food options and shopping.

Room is pretty clean, service is good. Only thing was that our check-in s pretty slow to process. Got the suite room and glad to have used their meeting room at level 7 beside their lounge for free!

Overall, will recommend this stay if you wish to stay away from Casino$ places.

New hotel in town. Room rates changes daily! Friendly and accommodative employees. Just hope they got better swimming pool.

I like the design although for food options you can only choose few unlike other hotels. I like the vicinity of the hotel. You better go here in the lounge during sunrise because you would be fall in love to see how it turns your day. I like the food although it is less options which i expect too much from it. It is a little bit expensive however there verenda with the water sorroundings was a great experience. Staffs needs to be more educated with active listening.

It's a clean hotel recently built. It is close to Manila Bay and is convenient to the Mall of Asia and convenient to eat. The friendly staff also adhered to ... and I was able to rest.

Very much enjoyed staying here. The executive lounge is well worth paying a little extra for . View of sunset attached. The staff were extremely friendly. It's a 3 mile run along the front with no traffic and the mall is next door. Booked for 3 days and extended to 5.

Wasn't able to make the most of our one-night stay here because of the heavy rain. Better plan your stay ahead!
There is a walkway from the hotel to Mall of Asia and it's just minutes away from the bay.
The breakfast menu cost it 1 star because there is no food variety compared to other high-end hotels.

Clean, spacious, easy to go by, cool airconditioning, and the place smells great. The stores are on the high side but are affordable. Not your typical have it all mall, they only have selected stores to suit the high class vibe.

What impressed me: Modern, convenient and luxurious facilities. The open sea view lobby. Cozy and clean bedding. Separate bathroom sink toilet in shower room. Servantship service full of smiles. Hearty and varied delicious breakfast. A clean and spacious swimming pool. Convenient currency exchange for shopping meals right next to the Mall of Asia. Cute Conrad doll. Chinese New Year red envelope. If you remember anything else, it will be less ^^

Hotel food is delicious. Room is clean & comfortable

Rooms are spacious and nice. Poor customer service, valet service takes so long, they don't offer to help you with your bags unless u tell them to do so.

Just stayed for isolation purposes. But they have good food.

This hotel has awesome views of the ocean and is conveniently located next to the Mall of Asia.

My pictures don't do justice to the sea view, but if you can just imagine how it looks like at sunset... The sea and sky are so blue during early morning. What stood out during the conference: courteous and helpful hotel staff, quick refill of food during the buffet, almond croissant, and salmon (name of the dish was not indicated). Espresso machines served other coffee concoctions, not just brewed coffee, throughout the day. Lemon and orange infused water also available. There's a bridge way connecting the hotel to SM MOA for convenience. Ballroom for plenary and breakout rooms for simultaneous sessions are situated close to each other.

The ball rooms have very beautiful designs and ornaments. Additionally, they are very spacious and accommodating. The food there was nice though the dessert was served quite late in the evening. However, the bathrooms should have had better sanitation. Overall, the hotel gave quite the experience.

Hotel rooms good - not a good experience if you dont like unruly kids and their parents - for a truly 5 star experience go to one of the Shangrilas or the Penninsula. The Executive Lounge is in fact a childrens playroom where kids stand and play on the tables and people try and eat as much free buffet food as possible!

Conrad Hotel sits next to Mall of Asia on the south wing side, with it's own shopping amebities inside. Small, but posh mall.

This is currently the best hotel in the area of Mall of Asia. It's pretty new and has an upscale mall attached to it with a lot of nice restaurants and lifestyle boutiques. The rates are competitive and you can't beat the convenience especially if you're attending a conference at SMX or watching a show at Arena.
