Good bec they have strict protocol on guests even for the restaurants. Very good food in braserrie and china blue. Classic and elegant interior. Convenient for big event because of the venue.

I just want to say Thank You to all the staff of Conrad Manila! Very accommodating and professional. Special mention to the Food Department for providing sumptuous food. They are very versatile in providing appropriate food that you need or requested. Also to the Housekeeping Dept for the prompt response and assistance. Lastly, to the friendly, accommodating and professional Front Desk guys for catering our needs and requests. Kudos to all! Keep up the good work. Hats off and thumbs up to all of you. Staff are courteous and warm. Awesome automatic blinds and curtains, Amenities are great if not superb but no tub on our room
Within walking distance of MOA, SMX and ARENA. They also have a high end mall down there connected to MOA.

From the moment our cab arrived, we were treated like royalty. Everything was simply impeccable. The view. The room. The service. Check in was simple and concierge Brian and Lloyd went above and beyond the make sure our stay was simply the best. All the members of the hotel smiled and greeted us whenever we walked though the lobby. Our experience at the Conrad Hotel in Manila has simply ruined our future stays in any other hotel. We can't thank you enough for the amazing and relaxing stay. Also, a special thank you to Kaiser, out pool bartender for always keeping our cocktails cold and full.

We had you upload to room where the sea was seen in front. The cocktail time at the lounge was from 17:00 and we were able to relax while watching the sunset over Manila Bay. It is directly connected to a shopping mall and is a very convenient location. The lounge is very polite, so be sure to stay here again when you stay overnight in Manila.

Really nice place but I stayed in the penthouse and it was so dirty.

Room was great but you have to pay for internet per day. I mean cmon! Coffee shops even have free internet

If you are looking for a classy authentic Chinese restaurant that is not going to reap your pocket apart, goto Paradise Dynasty at Contrad.

The hotel is nice but you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Also the designated smoking area is a long way to go and required a fill pat down through security each time you go out and back in

It's a modern hotel but not as welcoming. Lobby is unimpressive

Always a go-to hotel by my family coming home from the US. Enjoyed the panoramic sunset views of the Manila Bay. Locavore, Brasserie on 3 among others serve delectable menus and we've had great evenings at the C lounge.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff are nice and the rooms are very well equipped. The outside structure is undergoing some repairs despite being reasonably new. There is free internet if you explicitly ask for it after checking in. I'm not familiar with Manila so I cannot compare to other hotels in the city.

Cozy place. Has very good view of the sunset at Manila Bay. Service for me is not that of a 5 hotel

It was an excellent stay experience with very nice room with the amazing view of the sunset and the bay. Highly recommended for those who need a relaxing and enjoyable staycation.

We really loved our elegant and well-equipped room with a nice view of the Manila Bay. The bed and pillows were also my favorite - soft, warm, and delicately scented. We went out of the room after checkin and when we returned, some sweets and a gift were waiting for us in the room.

The staff were always nice and helpful. We were also given the option of an express checkout so that we wouldn't have to wait in case there would be many people checking in the next day.

I am really looking forward to returning to this hotel.

I love the Hilton experience and why I try to maintain diamond that makes the experience even more special. Mitch, Juancho, Jenny at the executive lounge just makes you feel special everyday. They are just the perfect hosts. The spa experience is just amazing. You get your own suite with your own sauna and steam room, etc. Mel was awesome. I plan to get spa treatments everyday, it's so worth it.

Security, cleanliness, friendly service, and wonderful amenities are noticeably above par.
Executive lounge pampers you but disappointingly only two guests allowed per room. So unlike the Executive lounge in other countries.

Such a fantastic hotel, Breathtaking from the first minute, It has 3 reataurants, beautiful huge building, tables outside to have dinner or coffee with the sunset. the rooms are high tech so clean neat calm with good A/C. The price is worth it. The pool is very lovely. The staffs are the best in the world, smiling, helping, welcoming, serving and loving. In addition, there is a bridge from the hotel taking you to the MOA Mall of Asia. and there is a mall in the hotel it had clinics resturants cinema and more.

Wonderful place for short vacation, strategically located. Reasonably priced chinese restaurant at the lobby for the intended market.. Lobby area has a strong leak from the rain.. Room rate is on the high side..hotel design and feel is not at par from other competitor.

I was shocked to find the place quiet with the majority of shops & restos closed & a few vehicles in the garage due to the quarantine applied during the pandemic. What a waste of time & money!
