The beauty of the room and the beauty of their isolation

We went here for desert museum and it was a great experience.

S Maison mall is a welcome relief the crowds at MOA. Visit it to experience an upscale mall experience comparable to the best in Search Asia!

A quaint mall with adequate dining and shopping options. Not too many people even during weekends so I would recommend this to people avoiding huge crowds.

Me and my husband was stayed for 3 days,.the place was so nice,.it's a 5 star hotel.its expensive but it's really worth it to stay..the room ,.the lobby, looks elegant..and we're lucky co'z they gave us a very nice view in our room..the bay with the sunset..and very accessible to the mall (Mall of Asia)

Was there for a couple of nights. A great hotel. Our first night we tried their turn down service. And you will see in the photo. What they made for us. Unexpected and loved it. Our daughter was so happy.
Conrad is also attached to the mall of Asia. With movie theatres with an IMAX as well.

Beautiful 5 star hotel overlooking the Manila Bay. It has a beautiful sprawling lobby and a coffee shop with a beautiful view.

Very nice and welcoming place. Staff is incredibly friendly and the accommodation is of a high quality. It allows you to relax to the maximum. Definitely staying here again when in Manila.

A great place to stay especially if you want accessibility. It is just beside in one of the biggest mall in metro manila, and it offers a nice sea view and the very popular manila bay sunset. It is quite expensive but considering the location, and the food around it at local resto, it's a go. It's just 10-15 minutes to the airport, but allot 30--40 mins if it's rush hour.

Very nice hotel, rated 3 star. Crew was strict to checking during entrance. We went here to send my husband cause it is the billeting hotel for RCL crew before joining.

Courteous staff. Big ballroom. Variety of food. Good thing staff was easily able to accommodate requests of 800 people at a time. Really amazing.

Fantastic hotel as usual. Huge rooms. Got upgraded to the suite as friend is a platinum member. Good breakfast. Love Jeremy Leung restaurant. And fantastic view of the sea front.

Always an amazing experience to stay at Conrad Manila.
We always stay in executive room and had the opportunity to use the lounge. But I hope they add more and better options for the food in the lounge.

The buffet was great, complete and delicious. The room very clean and had all the amenities. Staff was very cordial and knowledgeable. No hassles at all. I highly recommend the hotel.

Had a wonderful weekend. A time well spent with my loved ones.

I'll give it three stars because the cinema's flooring smelled like wet socks just taken off from an overworked feet.

1. Food was so-so compared to other 5-star hotels. There weren't anything greater than other breakfast buffets from other hotels.
2. The room was very modern and techy which is nice but I was a bit disappointed that there was no bath tub in the rest room. I was looking forward to a nice bath when we checked in but it turned out that there was no tub.
3. The lobby was a MAZE. You could easily get lost in their lobby.
4. The swimming pool is big and nice.
5. The view is of the sea is also great.
6. There is easy access to the mall.
7. Room service and bell service staff are very nice BUT the security guards are a bit indifferent and the receptionists are not as friendly as other hotels.
8. Room internet was quite slow (around 3MBps only). I hope someday they'd upgrade to Wifi-sense for their internet rather than old-school connection which uses LAN or passcode enabled internet. I checked in before with Solaire and their wifi-sense was around 38MBps upto 42 MBps. So it's a huge disappointment how slow the internet is in Conrad.
9. By far, this is their worst... they don't have enough parking slots for their guests. So, it's first come first serve. The parking is shared with the mall so the competition with the parking slots is quite high.

We only went to the mall. Not to many people visiting so it's pretty good for dates or just to hang out

I and my family love Conrad hotel because of its excellent views every corner of the hotel. The food in China Blue and the Brasserie is very delicious and the coffee and cakes at the lobby is great too. I particularly like the Paris Miki optical shop in S Maison . I just love the hand crafted eyeglasses with very unique colors and designs. The restaurants in S Maison are very good also. My grandsons enjoys playing in the Shopping mall areas because it's very safe and clean. Try in there and find out for yourself why everybody loves to stay in Conrad hotel

This time I could only stay 1 night due to the plane, but despite the reasonable price when I applied, I prepared a suite room, and it was spacious and comfortable to bed, and 2 toilets and showers There was one by one, it was a nice room. I wanted to have breakfast unless it was the early morning flight the next day.

Nice & Clean. Lots of restaurants available at the 1 first two floors.

Checked into this hotel on 15 June and everything was not very smooth from the start. I booked a room for two prior to arriving at this hotel. The check in staff greeted me as a HH Gold member. After completing the process, she told me that breakfast was charagable. When I asked about the Gold benefit, she checked and replied I have only got complimentary breakfast for 1 person. I argued that since my booking was for two, it should be for 2 persons, if not I would have booked a single rate. I eventually got the 2 complimentary breakfast but it felt like I was begging for it. No lounge access given coz she said I chose the breakfast, which will not entitle me to lounge access. But in the HH benefit it was was for both upgrade to executive lounge if possible and complimentary breakfast, but I really don't feel like begging again. Room and location is nice but staff service and familiarity on HH benefits is sorely lacking.

Pricey but good service and accommodation. Nice view if the bay and of coarse shopping is right down the corner.

The room is so cozy and the view on the veranda is amazing, Especially when you're there to see the beautiful fireworks of Philippine International Pyrolympics that happens every 1st quarter of the year. :)

Superb no-fuss service from check-in to check-out. Facilities are tip-top.

Attended my nephew's wedding last Dec.2017. Chinese food was not good though more of fusion with wastern food.

High end shopping mall with limited retail choices. Great resto mix though! Kids will love the dessert museum and VR place too! Come for a more calmer scene and if u want more shopping, theres a footbridge that leads you to MOA.

Probably has one of the best, if not the best, view of Manila Bay

Everything in this place is " top shelf " . Luxury plus surroundings .. shops .. decor. A very pleasant facility with fabulous variety of restaurants and food outlets. Great cinema complex.

Awesome ambiance. World class service. A real place to conduct business meetings or just to unwind.

Pool and gym were really big and comfortable. Rooms were great! No smoke smell Friendly staff too

Sm mall It is good to be near and Manila bay was right in front.
Traffic is a problem, but let 's ride a taxi.

The Conrad has superb service and friendly staff.
The hotel is linked to the S Maison mall which has a walkway to the SM Mall of Asia. Safe transport around the city can be arranged for guests at the concierge desk through the Grab app. Lloyd at the concierge desk was helpful, kind and attentive.
The views of the bay from the hotel are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Great service. Awesome pool. Super relaxing executive lounge. Ridiculously huge breakfast buffet which rivalled Vegas. Great pool and awesome views.

I mainly in here to watch movies in directors club. The best movie theatre I've been in. The hotel feels like an 8 star hotel. You can probably lick the ground because of how shiny it is

It is expensive, I do not want to smoke again, I do not want to stay again.

Beautiful and modern hotel. Unique design as well. Lobby is bright because of the Sunlight shining through the glass windows.

Elegant mall with top notch brands and art exhibit. The mall itself is a work of art.

I eat here from time to time, Hard Rock, Texas Roadhouse, Red Lobster. American restaurants a plenty!

Going to Lobby on the 3rd floor, there is an amazing 270 degree sea view, wow! Really amazing, no chance to live, it is worthwhile to visit.

What a contrast: luxurious and Manila the great poverty in some neighborhoods.

Very pricey but the experiences were worth it. Loved every bit of it and it's really a luxury hotel. Will be back very soon

Beautiful and well kept property. Swimming pool and restaurant have good food. Club lounge has a nice location to see the sunset and very good food.

We stayed here for our wedding. Great staff and excellent amenities. It is a little bit pricey but the view at night is amazing especially if there are fireworks display at MOA.

If you would like to experience, first class mall and hotel. Better to visit Conrad at Pasay City... You would experience both Urban and Sea bay.

This is one of my favorite place. clean and beautiful place to eat and shopping.

Reception failed to do as their manual, which I had to tell them he will be needing my credit card :( Ok.... room was clean, sea view was nice..... breakfast was awful.... seriously they need a proper trainings to the service staffs since they are acting like a motel staff. I ordered fried rice, the guy asked me to come back after 5mins, went back.... asked me for another 10mins since he just give all away to random people.... another 5, another 10..... fxxk this, its good that i didnt run over him and start yelling. I will just not eat it after wasting my 35mins of waiting... fine!!!!!!

I prefer other big casino hotels around instead.... we all goto these hotels to rest, not tog get stressed by uneducated retards.

Problem here - Service staffs (Reception, Restaurant, House keeping)....
