Great hotel, beautiful and big room, Bathroom is nice. Breads in the buffet are great, the rest of the food aren't bad. Going from floor to floor was a hassle though. My niece's wedding reception was held there and they booked rooms at 5th and 6th floors. Card key has an access to the room's floor only when using elevator. We had to call each other to get to their floor.

The place are besides Mall of Asia, room are excellent and technology innovation. Very nice view at Manila Bay.

The room is good, I stayed in partial sea side room. The hotel staff are great, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is connected with the Mall of Asia, the biggest shopping mall in Manila. Accross the hotel you could find a medium amusement park and restaurants along the sea side. I was a bit bored with the breakfast menu, they served almost similar menu everyday. But overall, this hotel is a great place to stay while in Manila.

Lovely staff and service, HUGE and clean gym and equipment. Super security at all entrances. I've never felt safer. Definitely worth a 5 star rating.

We got the 1-BR suite that came with access to their executive lounge and complimentary breakfast for all registered guests. From our arrival, during our stay, and even pre-check out, we were well taken cared of by the staff. From time to time, I would receive text messages from the hotel/staff to check if we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and cocktails in the lounge. The food selection, especially the canapes, was wide. The Brasserie - where we ate breakfast - offered a gorgeous view of MOA Complex Seaside Boulevard. If you're lucky, the sunset views are superb. The breakfast spread is huge and has both Filipino and international selections. We also loved that S Maison is easily accessible from the hotel lobby. For those looking for a beautiful staycation in the metro, I would highly recommend staying in the Conrad. I paid with points+ cash for our stay and while it practically slashed everything I had in my Honors account, I would say that the value for money was worth it.

If you want not so crowded mall go here with lots of nuseum to enjoy

Very fancy place. Not so much stores. But a lot of good resto and a fancy cinema.

Great sweeping view of Manila bay and its world famous sunset.

The location and services for the club rooms were excellent. I was a little hurt when I fell in the pool and the first aid was also perfect.

I thought i will stay in the five star hotel with five star hotel services . But i was wrong. I have found one cockroach inside the fridge and under the fridge theres so much dirt and dust. They didnt even get rid of the cockroach they have just clean the mess. So the cockroach is still alive and ready to hatch eggs. Manager was not that approachable. I could say it was a bad experience in staying in five star hotel so far. I am very disappointed sorry. So I am gonna give 1 star.

Very nice hotel. Clean and very good hospitality. Right next to the mall so perfect location for tourists looking too shop.

People are very accommodating, from bellman, receptionists, they look you to the eyes when they talk to you which to us Filipino is respectful, lounge area is very peaceful even with some noisy people I don't know why that oriental guy have to talk loud with his partner when being asked of something about info for check ins, we were there also yesterday waiting for our key card. Anyway, I love the Conrad hotel it's our second stay and still going to stay there this December. Thank you

It's very confusing kind of hotel with two phase elevator , two lobby's ... client handling methods is poor ...never stay or recommend such place

Very new building with a clean pool and an accommodating staff to assist in our stay in the hotel.

Feom parking all the way to the vicinity is very much impressive

ACTUALLY IS THE STYLISH & MOST ELEGANT HOTEL, I really liked the decor, ambiance, spacious, new and modern style.
Window view, seeing amazing view of the sea, nice beautiful skies.
The room is so beautifully furnished. I loved my stay there, they really took care of us, feeding us with everyday during quarantine, food is amazing as well. Probably better than Mariott Hotel lol

It was a new mall compared to the famous establishment near to it. However, it did serve its purpose in a distinctive manner.

Great hotel, there is a mascot doll in the room at check-in, there is red wine in the room for an extra charge, and there is also a wine glass for drinks in the room. You can see the sea in the hotel lobby and you can see the sea when you wake up.

Fantastic hotel, lovely rooms and nice lay out. Restaurants are excellent as are the staff, welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. Excellent place to stay. Only negative... windows could have been cleaner throughout...

Steps away from restaurants and shops at Mall of Asia and waterfront carnival. Brasserie execution is excellent and consistent -- on par with the best Conrads (eg Toyko) but front desk and other staff lack training so anything but the simplest requests can cause frustration. Still, a good choice for Manila if you don't have to stay in Makati. I'll be back.

Great Experience as Usual. Staff are very much appreciated especially Randy Raga the bellman who assisted us from the very beginning until the end of our stay. He did not left us until he is sure we are safe going out of the hotel. He is always checking on us everytime he sees us. His service is beyond whats expected from him. Over all, can t wait but to think of my next schedule to reserve my room in this Hotel! Congrats for a Job well done Conrad Manila

Very nice views of Manila Bay. Good food options. Rooms are big and comfortable. Recommend pool views because these type of rooms give you views of both bay and pool. Spa area also enticing with couples rooms. Has an art space. Quiet ambience with cool temperature. Big spaces similar to a cruise ship. Easy access to nearby malls S' Maison/Mall of Asia, cinemas, convention center, food food food, grocery, department store and convenience stores.

One of my favorite hotels.
Got an amazing breakfast if luck you get an amazing view. Sunsets are is a spectacle itself.
Gym was also nice and clean, they have this fruit infused water which i absolutely love.
The pool is also nice.
Very comfy, very clean, and very accomodating to requests.

Fantastic place for meetings. Good choices for food. They have nice rooms too. Although quite a bit pricey.

Excellent hotel experience. Friendly room service. Many things to do nearby within walking distance.

Outlet pricey. Buffet didn't include coffee!!! You have to extra for some of the food displayed on the buffet spread.

One of the better 5 star hotel in the city, great proximity to everything, literally everything transportation from land air to sea, from shopping to dinning, and even concert and expo venues. They also have great rooms and excellent service that showcase filipino hospitality.

Labyrinthine lobby hard to navigate. Lobby feels empty and uninviting. It's just open space. There are no chairs or artwork. No bathtub in the room I got

It's everything you can expect from a high-end mall. I am not yet sure how it will handle huge Sunday/holiday crowds (it will get there), but if it will still smell good and look clean despite heavy foot traffic, I will definitely give it 5-stars again!

Was here in Oct 2019 for 4 nights. I really loved my room. It was huge and the bed was very comfy. The only sad thing was it didn't have a bathtub :( The executive lounge was great, even though there weren't much varieties, the quality were awesome. The breakfast spread at the lobby floor was more than satisfactory. I looked forward to it every morning. And of course the staff was great too! Always helpful.

The place is cozy and nice. Has a bridgeway from and to Mall of Asia, which is ok.

Huge room and amazing views. Make sure to request bay view. Even if you don't get the corner room, even the one in the middle facing the pool is great.

Luxurious hotel with excellent service. At 4th floor is jogging path. Gym's locker room have sauna so no need go to spa. Breakfast buffet is extended and delicious

I love their service. Well, aside from the amazing view of the Manila bay. And the breakfast restaurant, the Brazzier 3, they have various choices that even a Muslim with meal restrictions like me can also enjoy.
