Excellent location and impeccable service. A bit pricey though for room prices but they are spacious.

It is a real 6 star hotel. I would say it is the best .. next time I will stay here again.

Location - walking distance to largest shopping mall in Philippine SM Mall & convention centre

I booked a one bedroom suite & I was extremely delighted with everything - customer service, interior design, amenities, breakfast buffet spread, and access to executive lounge. Too bad we didn't get to try their facilities due to our very tight schedule. The hotel is connected to Mall of Asia & has its own (upscale) shopping place called S Maison. I will stay again at this hotel.

Cozy and nice interiors. Different events coming up almost every week. Shiny floors bring class on the facade. Its a leisure place to relax, shop and stroll. Various new restaurants. Conviniently has 2nd floor connecting way going to Mall of Asia.

High end, expensive, great rooms and design perfect place

One of the best luxury hotels in Manila. Food is okay but where it really shines is all the art decorating the hotel from notable filipino artists. Don't miss the sunset view from C-lounge, best seat in the house

A really gorgeous environment with great choices of where to eat, shop as well as to see some unique exhibits.

Lovely as always, can hangout at the couches if not in a mood for eating.

The sea view of the sea view is unlimited, and you can enjoy the sunset of Manila Bay gracefully and beautifully!
The room facilities are advanced and novel, but it is a pity that the pool does not look at the sea!
The hotel is located on the third floor or above, the first and second floors are shopping malls, shopping and dining are convenient, and the second floor also has access to the Mall of Asia, without going to the sun.
Hotel service staff is professional and fast, and it is worthy of appreciation!

Finally got time to post review. This place is beautiful. I cannot stress my joy as I walked through it. I recommend anyone who is traveling to look them up.

Very pleasant stay with courteous staff... Have to commend the staff at the Brassiere restaurant for being very friendly and attentive to our kids need... A place to stay if your ever in the area... =) Good job!

It's really good, on the seafront, fairly recent, access is controlled by security guards before arriving at the hotel, an airport-style search when you access the building, an elevator takes you to the second floor to access the hotel. the reception, at the same level a bar with a small terrace overlooking the sea, there is an excellent restaurant with a great buffet, for all three services. Another series of elevators distribute the rooms to the upper floors.
These are clean and functional. From the hotel there is a protected air passage which leads you to the SM ASIA.

Lovely room and friendly service

My room was not a pool view, so the views are not so good. Inside is an ordinary Manila hotel not too bad or bad. Thank you very much for the staff who kindly invited me to call the taxi on the last day of return.
The biggest advantage is that there is a cloud bridge connected to sm city.
The pool is good not to expect so much.

We loved the place so much that we stayed again a day later - but as an anniversary gift for our parents. The rooms are wonderful, especially the bay view ones. You get a fantastic view of the Manila bay and of the baywalk.

The details in the rooms are very much appreciated: like the window blinds and the curtains can be opened by buttons next to the bed. The premier room even has a small TV screen embedded in the mirror. The shower has three different kinds of shower!

Unused spaces in the room are also artistically filled, but not intrusively, of wall decorations or sculptures.

The mattresses are so comfortable. I've had a good night's sleep. The hotel satisfyingly honors your wishes whether you want to have a quiet room or close to the elevator.

We were also fortunate to use the spa facilities. They have rooms for couples - complete with a bath, sauna and steam room. I would highly recommend the massage and the whole Conrad SPA services.

Their hotel pool is probably one of the best here in Manila. There are plenty of towels, benches and even sun beds. There's also a pool bar complete with very attentive pool staff.

They also have a wide variety of food selection at the buffet at Brasserie 3. The executive lounge was also a highlight of our stay! Drinks all day, food all day. :D

Oh, by the way, the windows in the two rooms that we've stayed at (7th and 6th floors) could definitely use some cleaning.

Did not stay here, just meeting here. The meeting rooms are in good condition, and the meals, tea and coffee are also good.
Of course, the most attractive thing here is the sea view, which is suitable for watching the sunset. The variety of buffets is quite rich, the ingredients are fresh, and of course there is a clear gap between Sofitel and Shangri la.
In the position of Seaside, it is cost-effective. The hotel facilities are very well decorated, and the scent of the entrance is too rich.

It's as delicious as Macapagal and the atmosphere is good!!

I am a Hilton diamond member and I visit many Hilton properties. This hotel does the best job at recognizing this loyalty out of all. Great room upgrades, great executive lounge, fantastic service and great checking in experience.
