Reception failed to do as their manual, which I had to tell them he will be needing my credit card :( Ok.... room was clean, sea view was nice..... breakfast was awful.... seriously they need a proper trainings to the service staffs since they are acting like a motel staff. I ordered fried rice, the guy asked me to come back after 5mins, went back.... asked me for another 10mins since he just give all away to random people.... another 5, another 10..... fxxk this, its good that i didnt run over him and start yelling. I will just not eat it after wasting my 35mins of waiting... fine!!!!!!

I prefer other big casino hotels around instead.... we all goto these hotels to rest, not tog get stressed by uneducated retards.

Problem here - Service staffs (Reception, Restaurant, House keeping)....
